Its ok if you just want a quick car wash. I pulled up so they could vacuum my car, and the young guy asked me was I going to vacuum it out. Dont know what he was thinking but I told him no. I paid for a quick wax which I thought they were going to put wax on it but that was a nope. Then after the wash, I thought they were going to wipe the inside of my car. They only did the windows and the dashboard. The middle of the console and the doors got no love. I had to ask for a wet towel to wipe a little part of the console off. I paid $36. I thought my car would have been a little better than it was. Ill have to look for a different car wash and get my monies worth.

Short review: CORRUPTED service at Leetsdale Dr. car wash (not at Havana St. ).Detailed review: I paid a platinum pkg $60 (including clean wheel service) plus $25 extra.They did NOT clean the four wheels at all! NOR other areas on the listed service of platinum pkg. I added some pictures shown, besides the unclean wheels.One of the employees was so unkind when I asked for cleaning all wheels to them, after my car key was delivered to me. At the end, they and the owner (Arnie Slaugther at Leetsdale Dr. car wash) did not care to do it.

Spent $80 at this place and they forgot to clean the inside of my tires and Im very upset about it!! I will never be spending another dime at this place!! If I was able to give it no stars I totally would!!!

Only giving one star because 0 is not an option. Firstly, they opened over 5 minutes late even though there were at least 4 cars waiting. The greeter, Rickey, was nice and suggested the gold wash because it would include vacuuming the cargo area. His exact words were hed do a real good job for me and take his time. Upon return to my car having already paid and tipped on my card, I discovered a vehicle that was not vacuumed with floor mats not replaced properly, even upside-down. I talked to a supervisor and Rickey, who now lied to my face telling me he said it wouldnt get very clean unless I paid for a detail. They offered to re-vaccum or give a free coupon for my next visit. I asked for at least a partial refund and was told they have a no refund policy. They would rather stand in their lot arguing with a customer about how they should pay more for a detail job if we want it properly vacuumed, than offer to make an upset customer happy. Completely unacceptable work and no attempt at honest customer service.

Literally the worst car wash I have ever used, They charged me $80 and forgot to clean the top or the back of my car, they didn’t vacuum the floor, still have garbage sitting on the floor. Cleaned half my dash, half my windshield. I’m more annoyed that it was $80 and the quality is only $10 worth.

First time going there since I moved to the area. They did a decent job. Noticed that one worker did a better job than the other by looking at which side looked cleaner. Also noticed when I got home that the roof wasnt fully washed. Surprising for a 100% hand wash that they would miss that.

Called at 5:10 p to confirm closing time, the attendant on the phone said they close at 6. My dads a veteran & has supported the business for years. All 3 of us, pulled up at 5:40 p and they had cones placed. We were all turned away. First, why doesnt staff know the protocol? Ive been to plenty of establishments who let you know, we close at 6, but doors close at 5:45 etc. They basically made new rules for today, because as the guy said they were short staff.No consistency, sometimes service is good & other times its short of terrible.. and their reviews are 3.1. Anyone running smart business would at least keep their loyal customers, ya think? Or check their reviews & improve. None of us will be back.Oh, FYI, if anyone employed here does read your reviews, Im a trusted & reliable source for reviews on Google. I have over 10,000 views on one, and average about 150-300 on common or regular spots around Denver.

They brake my hand brake the supervisor don’t wanna come see my car messed my seat. The worst place to take your car I used to come here every week once but no more for me.

I showed up and saw that the lot was busy, but we are trying to sell our car and I asked them what package would be best, they encouraged the $60 package (that also had a $10 up charge for an suv, so $70). I figured it would be worth it since we were trying to sell it I wanted it to look its best. Fast forward two hours later, and when the car was finally done I opened up the driver side door and the first thing I see is my hair on the seat along with some crumbs that hadn’t managed to get vacuumed up. Next I look down and see the floor hasn’t been vacuumed properly either, there’s still leaves in the hinge of the door, I go to visit the backseat next to see that even though I had unhooked the base of a car seat and moved out of the way they did not vacuum underneath it. Checked out the back cargo Area two again fine things not vacuumed properly. I went back inside and spoke with Victor who as my understanding is was the manager. He was pretty dismissive, and didn’t seem surprised at all that they had not done a good job. He offered to vacuum and wash it again, something that sort of blew my mind because I didn’t understand why that hadn’t been done in the first place for a $70 car wash. Unfortunately, after waiting two hours I had to go pick up my daughter from school, so I couldn’t wait for them to vacuum it again. He offered 25% off my next wash… Which would have been about five dollars off since I would never pay this place for more than a baseline car wash if I ever did return. Then he offered me a free baseline car wash because he could tell I was upset. he wrote it on my receipt, which is when I realized I had also tipped $10, something I should learn never to do before actually seeing the work done. I tried calling the shop later after having to leave to discuss a partial refund or being charge for a lower package and they just kept insisting that I could bring it back. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to bring it back. I work more than full-time and have two kids. The two hours I spent there for nothing is that something I’m willing to repeat. He kept telling me that they don’t do refunds, and when I asked why they hadn’t just cleaned it right the first time If he was so sure that it would be an easy fix, he hung up on me. I will be disputing the charges on the credit card, and have learned my lesson not to go back. Really disappointed, mostly in how little they care about their own quality of work.

Missed too many spots. Took a long time and had them to re-vaccum the back seat which had particles of plastic that had been shedding off of our dog hair cover. They finally did and it came off without a problem, which makes me wonder why they didnt do it in the first place. They didnt wipe the inside of the doors either, so I had them redo that and a few other spots. Their system is harder to navigate than others. Had a few language barrier issues too, so they had to get someone else to speak to me about what they missed which took a little longer. Wouldnt really go back unless I was desperate.

Its a an alright place but they dont do that good of a service. They often lack personal to work so they often open late .And because of lack of personal they rush to do the job and it ends up in it not being a well done job .

As I was looking to find the attendant, 2 people came up to my car waving their arms in the air and yelling at me. I asked for their help. They told me if I didnt know what to do to ask. I said I AM asking. They started using foul language, so I turned around and left. I miss AutaWash.

The Car washers there are Very Thorough and Detailed! I have never felt like my car was Rushed washed. I used to Detail cars some years back and they fit the bill for my needs. Been here a couple times. Good wash, car looks good.I just wish they didn’t use the same rag to wipe my paint, then wheels, then the door entrance then interior dashboard and then paint again . You can’t mix contamination like that. You can scratch something with a dirty rag. I’m surprised they do that even working in some very nice car’s that I’ve seen at the place. Please fix this. Have a person do wheels only, another do interior only with its own rag, another paint/glass only.

Got the premium car wash $78 but for that money I would rather just keep it and wash it my self only reason I took it there was because I had a 1500 mile road trip amd was tired. Car had dirt spots in almost every panel from were it was not washed and dried propertly.

This stor makes me a fake I payed $150 for detail clean of my car then the guy who cleaner was a deap so no people to complaint in addition I missed a lot of items from my car , when I aske , they were not allowed to assist you proper way.

I took my car to them to be detailed. It was $270 because I have an SUV, and they literally didn’t get it clean at all. They were supposed to blow out the vents, they didn’t do that as there was still dust in the vents! They were supposed to clean the carpets, they didn’t do that for sure because I just cleaned them myself right after and so much dirt and many stains came out! They told me they would need 3 hours to get it completed and then finished in an hour and half! Had to get an Uber there which took time and the guy was impatient pushy and rude because I had gotten there after closing time due to my Uber going to the wrong detailing spot initially! Oh it was a mess! I wasted my $270 with these people and will never do it again! Don’t go to these people if you really want your car cleaned! They won’t actually clean it

After shopping around for a full service car wash and detail I found that Red Carpet has the most affordable prices. I should have took before and after pics because everything from my leather seats, interior, exterior, etc. looked like new once they were done. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and provided great customer service. They have made a customer for life.

They do a decent job I had a full detail done but I dont know if they really pay attention to what they are doing they.left mud on the bottom of the doors and didnt wipe down half the interior stuff it was ok but I wasnt impressed

Me and my husband came to get both our vehicles washed and were extremely satisfied with the service. From the start the staff was polite and asked what we wanted done, which was a wash inside and out. The outcome was a job done great and couldn’t be more pleased!! I would definitely recommend bring your car here for a wash!!!

Ive been here 20 minutes, my car is still not started on...everyone works at turtles pace, one guy was drinking while working (trying to be all sly). Considering everything they stole, the 45 dollar special cost about 110 bucks. They spent 45 minutes on it, leaving the backseat STILL unvacuumed. The outside looks pretty good, considering. My girlfriends dad lent her the car while her Lincoln SUV was in the shop, if she agreed to have it cleaned; a pretty fair deal to be honest. Heres what was missing (that weve noticed so far) when we got in to drive away after paying for the Platinum wash (60 bucks + tax):- easily $20 worth of change, and it was in the cupholders so it wasnt easy to conceal as it went missing- an umbrella- her apple charging cables (2 of them, front and back - these were Apple brand, not brand-x- and finally, her $45 20,000 mAH portable power source.I even tipped the guy 10 bucks! Of course that was before they cleaned the car. And clean it out they did - of anything off even a small value.

CAR STOLEN FROM THIS CARWASH!!!My niece took her car to this carwash on 11/07/2020. She gave them the keys and they gave her receipt ticket. They washed her car and then GAVE THE KEYS AND THE CAR TO A RANDOM GUY WHO SAID IT WAS HIS!!! That was a week ago and the owner Arnie Slaghter has IGNORED all of our phone calls. She now has no car to get to work and we are going to have to hire a lawyer and go to court. BEWARE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It’s not worth all this drama for a carwash. And I will NOT take this post down until my niece is reimbursed for the car that they gave away while in their possession.

Dont waste your money!!!! This place is awful, with the absolute worst car cleaning Ive ever gotten. My car was about the same level of dirty after I paid and tipped as it was when I brought it in. They barely wiped anything down, did the worst vacuum job ever, and left out all the extra things I paid for, like vacuuming the trunk, cleaning the cup holder, and using fragrance. They didnt vacuum under the mats, didnt wipe down the seats, didnt clean the windows... I could have gotten the car cleaner in 10 minutes. I will NEVER go back. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever had an a experience with, apon show me the list of options the gentleman was very rude , he is very interested in anything I had to say, as I was asking questions about services he proceeded to tell another co-worker she doesnt know what the @@@@@she wants this kind of service is unacceptable. To top it off he is setting a bad example by not correctly wearing his mask and smelling like drugs and alcohol. I will not be returning.

Waited about an hour and half and my car came back only slightly better than the way I brought it. Wouldve got the same results from a shake of the mats and a quick run through a gas station car wash. Definitely not worth 26 bucks.

Ive been to a few different hand car washes around the city but Red Carpet Hand Car Wash did the most thorough, quality job on my car than Ive experienced anywhere else. It might have partly been due to the fact I went at an off-time when there were few customers, but Ive never had anyone work so hard or take so much time making sure my car was perfect. I chose the Gold option but was surprised by a happy hour discount, which knocked $5 off the price. I will definitely go back.

This is an excellent car wash. The basic wash appears to be done with a mechanical car wash but then the workers finish the work by hand both inside and out. The result is a truly clean car.

It was great, there was this guy scrubbing my car and he was working really hard. Pays very close attention to detail! It was refreshing to see someone work so hard. I asked him his name it was Scottie. If you want your car cleaned right go see him!

Top notch! They did a great job. Reasonably priced compared to other places. Friendly people. Dropped the car off on a Saturday went to the plaza across the street to kill time, it took about 2 hours. When I got the car back I was super impressed! It looked great inside and out, smelled great, and was super shiny. Will for sure be back next I get it detailed.

A little bit over price and poor customer service, I don’t think I would give them another chance, and the car wasn’t that clean when it came out, I didn’t like their job, it wasn’t $46.00 worthy.

Great place to get car washed. I like that its all hand washed. While drying the car they opened the doors and trunk dried the inside along the edge. My grandson had spilt crackers between the front seat and console, they were able to get all of those out. Made me one happy Nana!

I read the positive reviews of the establishment and decided to take a chance. My car was woefully stained and had lots of scratch marks from my 2 boys. To my surprise Jeff and his workers did a good job of not only cleaning the interior but also did a good job of touching up a lot of the deep scratches on the exterior. I would definitely recommend Detail Plus to anyone.

This place is not close to me but I will be using Red carpet for all my cars and all my work vehicles. I have been in this business and I know how tough it can be. These guys did a great job and ahead of schedule.

Not really the best place to spend $30 on a Gold wash,I got my car back and they never cleaned / vacuumed the car properly. Pretty substandard work done on a $30 clean. I had to go back to them and get my car vacuumed again. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone willing to spend $30 on a car wash!

HUGE shout out to Red Carpet Carwash off of Havana and Mississippi. I came to wash my car today and I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. Unfortunately my car was impeding the flow of traffic on a VERY busy day and the owner Arnie was nice enough to drive me to my home to pick up a spare key. The staff was very friendly and understanding during a busy and stressful day. I am so appreciative of their Stellar customer service! If you are looking for quality, value and excellent customer service come to Red Carpet to get your car washed!

Avoid. I came in for an interior car wash this afternoon for $15. When the car was returned, the limited amount of carpet/fabric in the car had nearly the exact same amount of debris and pet hair on it. The seats and floor mats had not been touched. I was able to speak to the manager who was, more or less, dismissive of my concerns as he did not recognize me to be a regular customer. He stated that an interior car wash was only comprised of a vacuum and “wipe down” and was bewildered that I assumed the seats, which comprise a large chunk of the interior, would have been cleaned. Of note, the details of an interior car wash aren’t even detailed on their pricing sheet. I do not plan to give this establishment any more business and am ashamed that I tipped before seeing the condition on my car. Again, avoid.

Took my truck here, very unprofessional place. Even the owner Erny is unprofessional. One of the workers hit my truck on the curb and scratched my front bumper and my rim. Brought it to theyre attention they tried to clean it off but it simply wasnt going to get fixed. Told them i wanted to speak to the owner and they kept insisting to fix my truck. I left all my info so the owner can give me a call. About a month later no call Ive been calling and calling the store asking for the owner but he never seems to be there, until once I called and he answered, still he said he wasnt there but I had seen him at the store since I drive by there everyday and he tried lying he wasnt there we set an appointment, next day he wasnt even there. This place is a joke. Do not recommend, also most of the people driving the cars dont even have license or anything to be driving the vehicles. Might take this to court if I dont get a call soon.

As Ive been here waiting on my truck for the past 2 hours, Ive been trying to figure out how this place stays in business. I think its because theres nothing else better in this part of town.employees arent motivated to work quickly, take frequent breaks, and many come into the office often to flirt with the cashier.when you ask how long will that take? or how much longer? you get the same answer every time. I dont know if thats just a rule that everyone follows, or if theres generally no concept of time

I bought the Platinum wash and overall the wash was decent. The outside wash was very good, but the cleaning on the inside was less than satisfactory. They use a pressurized spray to coat the dashboard with the equivalent of Armor All. It was not wiped off and now I have dust and dirt glued to my console. I will have to go through it again myself.I had some change, maybe less than a dollar, in my cup holder. When they were done, I noticed they had taken the change. It was less than a dollar, but I wonder how much they get from all of the cars in one day. Do they also search throughout the car?I will not be patronizing this establishment again and I warn others to take anything of value out before they take their car here.

Had a pretty good experience. Got our car fully detailed and washed. We own a dog so it was a big job. Dropped it off at 9am and picked it up at 1:15. They said it would be done around 11 or 12 but took much longer. Not a huge issue because we live close and they did a really good job. Weekends are crazy busy though.

Place was Old and Dumpy. 15+ guys working outside... Not doing alot, but yelling, arguing and one even walked out.... !!!NEVER again.... Oh... and the wash inside/outside was a 3 outta 10. Interior wasnt wiped down, dash and door panels untouched and cup holders not even vacuumed.... Terrible job for $25

Not open when they say they will be. Do not answer the phone. Web site prices and what they charge are over $100 difference. Greeter was very rude. Told the detail would take 3 to 3.5 hours. Took 5.5 hours. When I voiced these concerns, no one cared to listen or off to help. I will not be going back.

Did drive thru and dryer STILL broken...dried good only but better than last time as it didnt dry at all. Had to BUY dry cloth and dry rest of car...so $9 plus $1.75 and my dry time...makes me unhappy.

I took my new highlander in for a wash, as they were drying and what not my son in law noticed they were having a problem with the door he went out to see what was wrong and they said nothing, well he said then why cant you close the door? Well they had pulled the rubber gasket away from the door, the pin holding it in was now broke. Upon trying to put it back they pushed so hard that they put a hole in all the way to the outside of it. So I talked to the receptionist and she told me I would have to talk to the owner Arnie she gave me the number and when I called she answered. I have called almost every day and he is never there. He did call once and left a message but now I can;t get him to call me. They also did a horrible job on my car, they didnt empty me trash can , they forgot to do my wheels, I think at that point they just wanted me out of there. I will never go there again.

Went today to get car washed vacuumed and cleaned inside. My car mats were thrown in back seat. It looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. My wires under the seat were all pulled out. All my stuff from the seats were taken out and thrown in the side door. Took an hour and a half and now I have to go to another place to get it done right! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They did an okay job but my rear bumper was dirty after the wash and the spokes on the tires werent clean. Had to do that when I got home.

If I’m spending 30 bucks on a car wash, I expect someone to at least wipe down my rubber floor mats, takes 30 seconds. They did a bad job overall. Fast forward a couple years, I decided to give them another shot because I was in a hurry and my other place was closed. They still do a terrible job! But now it costs even more. I had to pull the car up to the vacuum and do it again myself! I could hire first graders to do a better job! I honestly don’t know why anyone goes here. Waste of money

And both the inside and outside of my car are still dirty. He sold me on the $21 dollar wash telling me how detailed my car would be. Wrong. And never again...Definitely not worth the $25 spent.

If I could give them a no star then I would. They did a horrible job at detailing and they broke the gear to the vehicle. Denied breaking it and even the manager backed them up. Dont ever go there... unprofessional and lousy service plus the wait is too long for a high priced car wash that even a blind man can do.
