I have a monthly membership and live in Highlands Ranch but work in Aurora so I frequently go to this wash on my break… the guys never use the brush on my car for bugs and what not. All the other locations use a brush. I go here out of convenience but may just start having to go elsewhere after work.

Great car wash I pay monthly so I can wash my vehicle as many times as I need to. Then I can vacuum when Im done. The employees are really nice.

Very unimpressed. I bought a standard car wash. When I went to pull into the wash area, the boy that was there to guide you onto the track was not clear with his instructions and then was rude because I didnt understand him. This caused my vehicle to fall off the track and he just stood there and watched as the track kept rubbing against my tire when he should have hit the shut off button. Another employee had to come out to fix the mistake. After I finally got through the wash, it did a pretty terrible job. There was still dirt that wasnt fully washed off and my mirrors and rear window never had the soap fully rinsed off. Would not recommend.

Cost per wash is reasonable. I like that they have a floor mat cleaner. However, it is the only carwash that I have ever been to that charges instead of providing complimentary interior wipes and air freshener.

Great price 9$ for a Basic car wash and free vacuums. One kid had a great attitude the other looked like he was working a ride at Eliches that he hated other than that awesome experience Ill be back.

I get car washes here often, probably twice a week, NEVER disappointed!Always makes my car look amazing! Love their promptness in brushing the car before entering the wash, I just wish theyd use a little more soap in the buckets. 😁

This Car Wash Express needs some TLC. I travel a lot between Northern and Southern Colorado, so I frequently get car washes. I have a membership and so I utilize various Car Wash Express throughout Colorado. This location is by far my least favorite. I hit it up in a pinch, because it is closest to my home. If I didnt have a membership I would definitely be upset about the wash, because it leaves dirt and Ive had to take a second pass through and it still doesnt catch all the dirt.

For the past several years Ive purchased the yearly pass. The carwash is great especially in the winter, but year round being able to just pull in and run through is awesome. They are professional, courteous and its a great value. RECOMMEND!

The car wash itself did not actually offer the services I personally required, however they were kind enough to direct me to another unrelated car wash that did. Outstanding. Overall, the business itself looked and acted like a truly quality car wash. If I am just wanting the outside of my car cleaned, I will surely go there, it is right by my bank and other businesses I frequent in the same business complex.

Under new corporate management. If you pick the “cheap” $9 wash, they will give you a disclaimer that essentially it is intentionally bad (my interpretation). Not everything in life needs to be about “good, better, best” and upcharging and upselling. It’s a car wash. All of your options should be good. Don’t sell intentionally bad products, you are just losing customers. Just look at the most recent reviews.

Had some issues with the car wash pulling my panel off, made a complaint with the manager. It was really both our faults and even though I think it was my fault, had a opening where the blinker was, the manger made sure to help pay for it

This used to be a good car wash. Their prices keep increasing, and theyve reduced their service. Just went through the car wash, and my car came out very wet. That didnt used to happen. Ill be looking for another car wash.

The customer service was good. The wash was quick but the drying sucks. I had to get out and dry all my windows so there would not be water spots on them.

I like this car wash . This is the first time using this service on a monthly plan and it does a good job cleaning my car . I use the vacuum service every time and the service to clean my mats and it does a great job. The monthly service is about 39.99 a month but I will get my money worth this month because of the snow.

It does a half way good wash will leave left over soap on your vehicle I wish they would fix the wash process and dry a bit better.

NEVER SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP ON THIS CAR WASH! Trying to cancel my membership with them second month now. Every time they say its been canceled, but another charge comes up right of the beginning of the month. You always have to go there and talk in person to cancel your membership. No one answers the phone. As i write this comment I was on hold for 25 minutes. Tires to spend my time to this jokers....

My car always looks great after it gets washed, and the monthly membership is a great deal. It pays for itself if you wash your car 3x per month (I use it way more than that). I think my favorite thing is the floor mat washer though. Makes getting those things clean so much easier and mess free than if you had to power wash or something.

Free vacuums to use and reasonable prices. The wash itself was pretty nice, you just roll through like most automated car washes. The soap they use smells nice if you turn on your air 😉

The price has increased every year over the past 4 years . The only thing Im happy about is they closed off the free vacuum cleaner for anyone that is not a members.

My car always looks brand new after a trip to Car Wash Express. Run your car through the wash, then detail yourself with their free high powered vacs and car mat wash. The day after Thanksgiving (up to a few days before Christmas) they offer a huge discount on a years pass. You can go every day for a year and get their premium wash package for almost half off the normal package price. I wash my car a lot, so Ive happily purchased for 3 years in a row. You can then run through the Express lane essentially cutting in line in front of the normal car wash purchasers.

The staff is amazing! They always have a smile and genuine kind tone, while welcoming you to their location. They never have the trash cans spilling with trash like other locations. The restrooms are always very clean. I have not had the pleasure of meeting the manager, but from my experience, when a store is this clean and staff is this friendly usually they have a great management team.

I was billed for additional services without my permission. They have refused to return my calls to remove the charge. I had to call the credit card company and refuse payment.

This place is awesome! Have the monthly pass for both our cars. They catch front and back before entering. Come early or come late, theyll be great.

I have visited this location twice. Both times the associates that assisted with purchase were not rude nor exceptional. They were simply a body on site. The wash each time was $9. It was not sufficient to truly clean my car. My car had road DUST, no mud or heavy dirt. It is a below average cleaning. I will not be using this location again. The premises was clean. The vacuums worked well. For the money, I will search for better service and clean car outcome.

Car Wash Express as a whole gets 5 stars. For $35 a month, I get unlimited washes. The fact this is on my way home works out great. This location compared to the others I have been too, only gets 3 stars. Its good, but always seems to have some issue. Lately I have been left with a lot of soap on my car at the end of the wash. Ive mentioned this to the staff and every time in told they think parts are on order... For about two weeks, the whole right side of my car wouldnt be cleaned, nothing was ever posted about the wash not working properly, so I feel bad for the people that paid to go through. Also, this is the only location that will push my side mirrors in when the brushes go by. The tire shine here doesnt seem like its meant to do tires larger than a golf cart, it only gets about a 1/4 of my tire (275/65R18), the one in Highlands Ranch will cover the whole tire. The owners of Car Wash Express should look at this wash and figure out why it never seems to work right and get it fixed up.

Now my issue is mainly with management. I have several car and got shuffled around to see if they offered a discount. I was told call the manager, he referred me to Corp, and Corp referred me back to him. After speaking with him he said he would return my call the next day. Its now a month later, never heard nothing. The front vacuums dont have as much pressure as the back ones and they have this cool car mat cleaner. Youre in and out.. car was is actual good.

This place gets the job done. They have multiple packages for pretty much any budget. You can go from just washing your car, to getting it waxed and having the upholstery cleaned. Very professional staff and easy to understand process(es). They also do promotional stuff so keep your eye out for deals. They take most forms of payment, ie cash, credit/debit card. However, they do not take mobile wallets or pay apps.

Drive in, wash goes around your car. We selected the medium priced option. While it got the majority of the road salt off the vehicle I would not say this was thourogh job. I probably will seek a different wash for the price.

I have two montly car wash accounts and on one of my visits I was given two card coupons for free car wash which do not have an experation date and today I went to use one off them and I was told it expired and that they were having trouble with those coupons anyways so I couldnt get my truck washed. Im very disappointed and Im changing car wash company. So keep your coupons Im going elsewhere to do my business.

This car wash will get the job done, but it will not impress you.The carwash express on Arapahoe seems much better.This one always has a weird smell, and NEVER dries your vehicle. You always have to get out and wipe your vehicle down, or get hard water spots.The vacuums are fully functional, and Ive never had any issues there. The staff seems happy, and they always have a great attitude when interacting with them.Just please fix the smell and the drying options here!

This is great if your car doesnt get any real dirt or mud on it. If it does, you might need to take it through a couple of of times. I had to go on a dirt road with my Murano while it was raining and the back was still in bad shape when I got home. Look before you leave and have them do it again. I wish they had the brushes still out there for us to use before we ran it through the car wash.

Always a good wash and love the free vacuums. If you need a quick wash and dont have any supplies, they have a detail kit you can buy. They also have mat cleaners, they arent the best, just run them a few times through.

Quick, fast and the facility is clean. They have everything you would need to clean your car etc. The pay month lane is LIFE. They have vacuums (the ones in the front dont have any pressure), and they have a mat cleaner that looks pretty cool... Why I gave two stars, is because I have a lot of cars and was informed to contact the manager to see if he could give any kind of discount. I did just that, he referred me to Corp and they referred me back to him. After the tag your it game I spoke back to the manger and he said he would give me a call back the next day, a month later still nothing. I didnt want nothing for free, but was hoping for a discount. The manger also said Corp does a business discount when its a certain amount of cars, but didnt know if they were getting rid of that all together. But again he would give me a cb the next day to see what he would be able to do.............. Nothing!

I have an express pass on all my vehicles. Love them. I drive anywhere between 50 and 350 miles in a day and sometimes go here once a day. I get dirt/mud/oil/winter sludge all over my vehicles and they take care of it. If it doesnt come off the first time they scrub it with the brush and let you go through for free the 2nd time. Thats why I got my membership here. Friendly staff too!!

I always have great service and the lines are not terrible. However, on a sunny day you may have a little bit of a wait. I wish they would put up a barrier like the one on Arapahoe to prevent random people from just driving up and using the free services. But other than that the staff is great, super friendly and my car is always fresh!

Purchased the top of the line $17 wash. Had residual grime on the car which this service didnt completely clean off.However, they do offer unlimited washes for $35/mo.Guess I could have signed up for that and gone twice on my first day...

Vacuums dont clean and got stuck in carwash for 10 minutes before they turned it back on.

Its a great place to get your car wash quick and fast. It also has free vacuum, floor mats cleaner, and air pump for your tire. However, there are many people who goes to this place just for the free services that they offer. This causes some purchased customers to unable use the free services because there were too many cars. In a busy day, the line sometimes gets too long but not that long that you would start honking. I do wish that it opens earlier so I can wash my car before work.

Friendly staff, free vacuums and mat cleaner. Car wash does a fair job. The body gets clean, however, it never seems to get my rims very well. Next time I might try spraying them with a presoak before I pull up. Vacuums are adequate but I have to agree with other reviewers that some people blast their music while they detail. Not sure how the staff could handle that.Over all, a decent place to wash your car. It’s fun for kids to be inside the vehicle as it’s pushed through. My son enjoys the colored soap!

At least they dont stop shampooing carpets before 11am like the other place told me. This place has coin operated shampoo machines so you can do it yourself. Except, the half the machines were out of shampoo so I wasted money in 2 machines before finding one that worked. Before shampooing, 1 of the regular vacuum machines stole quarters from me. After shampooing, the fragrance machine spit two dots of fragrance for $1 and acted like it wanted to spit more for the next 45 seconds so obviously it was out of stuff too. Does anyone maintain this place at all?

$18 for the ultimate wash and my car still comes out dirty. Now I have streaks all over the car and dirt splotches everywhere. The car was good so fast no wonder my car didnt get cleaned. What a joke and a waste of money.

Great company with great prices. The staff is does a great job at this location.Edit: Very odd watching the guy stand there doing nothing instead of scrubbing the car. It’s like a weird punishment for not upgrading your car was from $9 to $15.

Wash is as good as anywhere. They also have FREE powerful vacuums and machines that will wash your floor mats… also for free.
