Outstanding service. Patriot Water & Fire Restoration responded on New Years Day to leak from roof. Arrived right on time after receiving a phone call advising he was on his way. Zack shoveled my roof around leaking area, scheduled appointment for three days later after ice melted. Inspected, advised, gave a quote for replacing gutter and installing heat cable. Didn’t charge a thing for two call outs. Really impressed with the quality of service.

One of the professionals from Patriot Water & Fire Restoration came right away. He told us what they were going to do and how long they needed to be there. They pumped out all the water from the basement. The team came again in the evening and set some fans up and the next day came up and set up more. They lifted the carpet to get the place dried out.
