I bought an Avalon in March and traded in my old Avalon. It wasnt until May that I realized I forgot to remove my tollway transponder from my old car. My experience with The Car Store was great on every level. They were very responsive from the time of my first call. Daniel was very knowledgeable and easy going. Everyone was very polite right down to the person answering the phone. By the time of my second call the gal already knew my name before even telling her. I was looking for a Ram Promaster 2500 online for a few weeks and finally came across a great deal posted by The Car Store Auto Corp. I contacted them and Daniel gave me an in depth tour of the car over the phone, including sending me photos of every little scratch or ding. I decided to go to Aurora to see the car in person and Daniel was very patient, informative and not pushy at all, unlike my experience at other dealerships. I decided to buy the car. I had to get the car insured as well as registered out of state (MA), which is a bit of a hassle, but Daniel helped me through the process. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this dealership!

Went in to buy a truck, the original truck we looked at had a cigarette burn in the seat and the engine looked like a hose blew and sprayed fluid all over the place. So we found another vehicle on the lot and fell in love with it. When we went in to go talk about pricing we were shut down with a firm NO from the sales rep. No counter offer or negotiations what so ever. Ive never been to a car dealership or sales lot where the sales rep let a potential sale walk out the door. Wont be buying anything from them.

I drove one hour to see a truck which turned into a purchase. People are very friendly and the buying process very easy. The vehicle I purchased was in great shape for 2012. The customer service of the sales people was great. I came 4hrs away to look at the vehicle i then purchased. They honored everything without any problems and made it a smooth purchase. I would definitely look towards them when looking for another vehicle.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Facilities were clean. Location was easy to find. Danny was able to answer most of questions and meet our needs. He made the transaction easy without pressure. However if you shop here make sure to get the WARRANTY!Within 1 week, the front wheel hub bearings on both sides needed to be replaced. No bearing warning such s as whirring or growling was noticed during the test drive. One day they seemed fine and the next there was a vibration that rivaled the after market exhaust. While the hubs were off, the tech also noticed that the right front axle threads were stripped. In all about $1000 in repairs!

They are a very laid back no pressure to buy car dealer. That is good in a way because they are very friendly and do not pressure you into making a purchase . On the other side this can be bad because they can only offer you financing directly through them and they are not aggressive enough to close any deals . I went here to buy a Ford explorer and ended up getting it somewhere else because they could not get a deal for me like the other dealer . Great place unless you need a loan that may be tricky to get friendly staff and fair pricing...

I worked with Danny and he helped us purchase a Honda Odyssey for a local family who needed a car. Danny was very nice and helpful, and even walked me through the steps of what we needed to do to gift the van. A month later, that family now is in full possession of the vehicle and they are very happy with it- they drove it over to visit yesterday and said its running great.

Friendly sales people. Great price on the car. Not too fond of the finance company they used but that is a separate entity. The car store even fixed a problem with my new truck with no hassle and no cost to me. Great place to buy a vehicle.

This dealership is best grade around. They treated us with respect, allowed us to test drive several vans and were not pushy. At the end we bought a Signature Series Town and Country van at a great price. We loved the fact they provided a Carfax and that they were a better business bureau members. I will be going to The Car Store to see Danny when my daughter starts driving.

Would not go here ever again. Very bad experience. They accused me of turning back the digital odometer on my truck before I brought it in. Which anyone with car experience knows is damn near impossible. I would have much rather been told that they did not want to take my vehicle in on trade than to be told that I had been tampering with the vehicle. This place is a joke. And I also have an eye witness to everything that happened. So dont try to get yourself out of this one. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Was very interested in a car and had setup a appointment Friday afternoon for first thing Saturday morning when they open. So i get up and am on my way and just check the site for directions and happen to notice that the car is sold. Nobody had the courtesy to message me or tell me this was sold . Luckily i only live 30 minutes away. Also didnt seem to want to accommodate when i asked about the previous accident vehicle was in and do a truecar 360 check or autocheck. Very disappointed after seeing good reviews here and got treated so poorly.

Counterfeit- looks really good but DON’T be FOOLED As is - is - As is , they don’t point out any external flaws both my sides had mirror side detection issues, the stereo had USB ports broke and was capped so you couldn’t see, one issue after another - AC went out- now the engine cost me 4k to fix valve train, we have had vehicle less then a year. Daniel should disclose any issue, that’s what good sales people do... Bad Deal

We went into The Car Store with a little bit of a hesitation, (after having a pretty negative experience at a different dealership, we put off our car buying for a few months). After leaving The Car Store, we were SO glad we decided to go in! The whole experience was such a positive one that we will definitely be back to purchase our next car!! We never felt pushed, or pressured, or felt as if we were being sold which is very rare when you go into any dealership. We asked to see inside quite a few different cars, and not once did we feel we were being bothersome. Daniel was awesome and very personable, which was refreshing. We got an awesome deal, and an even better car (for having very little credit established) and he even helped us find a cheaper car insurance plan than the one that we were using!! We are definitely spreading the word to everyone we know to check out The Car Store for their next purchase!

Run from this place. Worst car dealership you can imagine. Yes it looks nice butt a 2003 Buick LeSabre Complete lemon! The car was for my father and Daniel do this, who is disabled. I have had nothing but problems since buying it in September. Rack and pinion, heater blower motor, power steering pump, windshield wiper motor comma window motor, the list goes on and on. And when I told the annual he told me that I could bring it in for trade in value. The trade in value would be nothing because its all broken and a piece of junk! This was two months after I bought it. He would do nothing to help me and now Im stuck with this piece of junk. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

My mother purchased a car from this dealership and she said her experience was okay; I went to the same dealership years after she purchased the car, by this point she already had it all paid off, and the same salesman that sold her the car was there and started assisting me. He started off talking about how rude my mother was and how she wouldnt stop pointing out all of the small imperfections about the car, etc, which was extremely rude in my opinion. Anywho, I was there to purchase my first car, so obviously I had to test drive a one here and one there to see which car I found to be the best fit for myself. After viewing their inventory online and going back and asking for a test drive, the salesman refused to allow me to test drive another one of the vehicles on that lot. I also had my friend with me, totally unrelated to me at all, and he refused to let my friend test drive one of their vehicles just because he showed up there with me. Total crap and its funny how many sales they lost by refusing future test drives of any of their vehicles.

Should of came here first which was my wrong judgement but thanks to Daniel Serna, not only showing great hospitality and awesome service. Great place to shop for a car!

Not worth shopping for a vehicle here. Horrible useless Warrantec Automotive warranty. Subaru service center found problem covered under warranty guidelines. And its being denied. Part installed improperly previously is supposedly the reason for denial. $1,500 out of pocket cost to repair vehicle. I have owned car less than 2 months before check engine light staying on and stalling. Dont expect much from warranty company.
