Visit today with my mom for some tires for our nissan cube. i come to the yard after paying the entrance to found my mom forget the tools in home (oh oh bad problem) we come to ask for some help to cashiers where they call a guy name adam and hes brother . they were fantastic they guide us trough the yard and find our car. they remove 2 tires right away and carry them to the office staff was amazing removing the wheels and we get in our way back to springs after we switch the tires on our car. i cant be more satisfied with this two individuals who took their time and effort to help us taking the tires off . god bless them by the way i offer 20 bucks but they denied! i will always comeback to this location when ill be denver thanks so much guys!

I browse through their website looking for a particular car model year before I actually go there and I was there couple weeks prior for a diesel truck parts and was half lucky founded one of the part needed. My 3 stars because of the price has jumped sky high and it was my own fault not checking the receipt while paying for it. Be aware that the cashier will charge you the extended warranty without asking if you want to purchase. 30 days standard warranty on anything, if you buy the extended warranty for 3 months then your standard 30 days dont exist. Your 30 days have dissipated and their price list is so ridiculously high. Proof of what I am saying and I have passed the 30 days return but I paid for extended warranty ( without my approval) and I am returning these 2 small brackets and at least get haft of money back. Bad business practices.

I came to this place looking for a pair of Subaru tie rod ends. They have plenty of Subarus and I found what I was after quickly. At the checkout, they rang up for $55. The same exact parts on rock auto are $20 for a pair, brand new. I argued about it with the guy, but they wouldnt budge. So I said no thanks and walked out. He threw the parts into a scrap bin to be sold for scrap metal weight. Now definitely nobody will be buying them, and they definitely wont be getting anywhere close to what they should be (around $10-$12) for the scrap they just became. Ridiculous.

Terrifyingly unsafe. The forklift operator was driving around at full speed with cars at full elevation. Its a miracle he didnt tip over, OSHA regulations say to NEVER travel with the load elevated. If the car is big enough to block his view with it, hes supposed to travel with the load trailing. Either that operator was never certified or he should have lost his certification, and theres no way management doesnt notice this stuff happening.

This place is fantastic $400 worth of parts for maybe $500 for under $100 cash we told them we need a little bit of love you because our budget was right at $100.. They tossed in a radiator reservoir and some wire with a smile and the tip of a hat.Great customer service.🙃💥💯💥The manager gave us a sweet price on the exhaust system it is a high performance one for a 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse GT $31 the front bumper and all the brackets and screws to attach it. It was a screaming deal today!!!The hotdogs and philly cheesesteaks are incredibly good sold right out front. I have included video and photos of all the food sold. Exclusive footage of this very unique individual making the sandwiches he LOVES!! He stated he has been making them for 7 years and is also located at 31st and Peoria in Aurora. Right down the street from LKQ. The cheesesteaks $6 eachThe bonus we were happy to sign up for the LKQ app on the Google Play store for free admission which is normally $2 per person. You earn points for coming back and for each dollar spent. When you. aff up enough points you get a 20% discount. I am not certain how many points to get this discount but will edit this later. The rtd bus drops and picks up here too.

Ive been looking for a Volvo XC90 and found that one had arrived on the 27th, and it was silver! Early on the 29th my father and I were on our way. When we got there the car that had only arrived 2 days prior was completely demolished. We drove a long way to get a door, fender, and hood, all of which looked great in the picture, and maybe would not even need to be painted.Well their employees had apparently had some fun demolishing this car and it was unrecognizable to the picture they had just posted. The hood had been smashed in from the top, probably from a front loader being loaded on top of it. Both of the sides of the front had been smashed in so that is was in the shape of a boat and not a car. It wasnt this way when they photographed it, and if it had been in an accident of this proportion the airbags would have been deployed. The manager said he had had a similar complaint the day before. Guess a few guys need to be fired! What a huge disappointment to find this car and, our hopes, destroyed. We cannot find another XC90 in any junk yard in Denver with these parts.

No call/no show. I had a quote and appointment scheduled to sell/tow my vehicle today. They promised pickup would be between 8AM and 3PM, with a one hour advance call before arrival. At 2:13, I called and notified them that I had not yet received my one hour call. The rep did not know where the drivers were, but said she would escalate and I would be contacted within an hour. One and a half hours later I called back, but their office is closed. They will not schedule same day pickup; who knows if they will accommodate me tomorrow? I specifically cleared my day to have this done, so this was extremely inconvenient. The kicker is that they were very specific: if I didn’t answer the one hour call, that would be a failure on my part and they would cancel, and I would have to reschedule. Not only did the driver not call, they claimed they had no information about their driver’s whereabouts or ETA. It’s utterly ridiculous that the whole day went by and they completely failed to even communicate on their part. Terrible service.

The cars are so close together you can’t get the doors open far enough to remove certain pieces and the idiots who put them on the yard ram through the doors with the forklifts destroying several hundred dollars worth of parts and making it where the doors won’t even open so you have to break glass to even get in, then glass is everywhere. I was trying to work on a minivan but the tailgate would not open because it was hitting the car directly behind it.- Prices are pretty expensive compared so some of the other pick em junkyards in town.Positives- I like that the website has photos and shows the date the car went into the yard.- I like that each row has a date marked on the end car. I broke the climate control box trying to replace my heater core, I tried to get a new one online from another seller, and I got just the frame for it, they asked 350 bucks. I came here, got the part I needed for twenty bucks. All I could recommend, is to keep a database of all the parts that were taken from the vehicle rather than just saying they have a vehicle.
