Grease monkey always does a great job. This time, however they forgot to wash the windows and fill the tires after they had asked me if I wanted that service. No big deal but would have been nice. The carnation they give out is a nice touch. I would recommend.

I brought my car for an oil change a few months ago and had a great experience. I needed my oil changed that day due to a trip I was taking and they took me in right away. I presume the owner was really friendly and had great customer service. My daughter just took her car and they left her a flower! She was having a bad day and finding the flower on her dash just made her day a lot better. Its the little things that can change an entire experience. I highly recommend coming to this Grease Monkey for your car services!

Went over to jiffy lube to get an oil change they turned me down because they couldnt remove my drain plug.These guys took care of everything for me with no complaints and in a very short time.High recommend this spot.

Was visiting family and friends in Colorado. Was greeted by courteous individual. Once the Van was in the bay. The manager and the mechanic asked me if I was aware that the drain plug needed to be replaced. They did the oil change and replaced the plug in a timely manner and for under $50. I was pleased with the service.

Quick, polite, professional service. Did the job correctly and well. Left my car cleaner than when I arrived.I have 2 small kids and everyone that my kids talked to were so kind with my kids.The change oil light was still showing up when I left. Mike the owner was very personable and made me feel welcomed. He showed me the items they felt needed replaced and it was up to me to determine if I wanted to. Employee checking out client before me mentioned going to their website for a coupon so was able to do that too. I think it be better to give flowers to everyone or to no one to not potentially misgender, which can ruin someones day. Also guys can like flowers too or even give it to a significant other if they dont want it.

I haven’t been to Grease Monkey in a few years. My experience was excellent. They are close to my home, professional , courteous and I received immediate service. They educated me on the type of oil change I need for my new car. They gave me a beautiful red rose which touched my heart! ❤️

My experience upon first arriving, the technicians were professional and courteous. I decided to stay in my car rather than wait inside. The techs at Grease monkey accidentally broke my oil cap in the process of changing the fluid, however they were quick to take responsibility and they replaced the part free of charge. Overall I had a great experience, the guys and a girl were all very friendly and helpful. As a small business owner, I know how hard it is to build a solid team, and its seems like you have a good group of people there. Keep up the great work!

The service was friendly, not very fast though. I used a Groupon for my service and the techs were not familiar with that process. A bit more training around that would be cool.

I trust and appreciate the wonderful staff here. Not to mention they give the ladies a flower when the services are complete. Definitely a class act and very refreshing. It should also be noted, I drive out of my way to go specifically to this location.

I just passed by this location yesterday afternoon, and had oil change. The technicians were very professional in both customer service and skill. They did beyond what they were expected. They drove my car back in for extra service upon my request, after they finished and parked it. I was very pleased and grateful their kindness!I will come back again even though I dont live in that area. I highly recommend this wonderful location to the whole world.

Went in for a quick oil change and it was just that! All three staff members helping me from beginning to end were GREAT! They really went above and beyond in explanations and attitude. The technician was kind enough to pop in my air filter too!

Very nice young men working there the day I went. Seemed like they were having an awesome time while working, which can be rare to see at places sometimes.

They met me quickly when I arrived. The coupon I brought did not apply to what I requested, but they found a coupon that did apply. Service was performed quickly and professionally.

The overall experience was good. The timing was fast as well. But they made a mess with the oil under the hood. When I arrived home I noticed a strong burning smell. I popped the hood open and notice a lot of oil spilled over and it was clearly ‘burning’ from the engine heat. I drove over and asked them to clean it up and they said that I would have to hose it down myself. I would expect them to be more careful and thoughtful. Even though it doesn’t pose any fire danger the oil fumes are annoying.

All good except....For some reason, the valve stem caps were barely on. All four. If I hadnt checked Im sure they would have been gone.A tech left some sort of black mark on my seat.

I would have given them 5-stars if I didnt have to sit there and listen to a bunch of foul language among the crew while I waited. That being said, the two employees that I spoke with directly were particularly polite and professional during those one-on-one exchanges. I do think the pricing is a bit high however, in comparison to other nearby places.

I love coming to this location and drive from Parker area. I find the staff to always be friendly and service is always done correctly. I have been going to this location for 10 years and have never had any issues. I once tried another Grease Monkey location because it was close, but quickly learned this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST and I don’t mind making the drive!

I came to this location after going to the grease monkey in green valley ranch because they did not have the filter for my car. I was disappointed about how unfriendly and inattentive they were at the GVR location (the person barely even spoke to me and started checking out my car without even acknowledging me), and I noticed a HUGE difference in the way I was treated at the Buckley location. I was immediately greeted by someone who was so nice and the lady who checked me out was very professional and nice. I was in and out in 20 minutes which is unheard of. I’ll be coming back to this location. Thanks for the great service!

What a wonderful Grease Monkey. These mechanics go above and beyond. They allowed me to stay in my vehicle with my children who were sleeping in the back. They also did a quick in and out oil change and tire rotation. I highly recommend this place! One day later we took back our second vehicle for a transmission flush and oil change. It was awesome to see the workmanship among the techs and the knowledge the guys & GIRLS had! We will definitely be back to this place!

The man that approached me while in my vehicle was very informative, the mechanic showed me my engine filter and how bad it was but left it up to me if I wanted to purchase it now. Poor service. They were friendly but they way they conducted business was terrible. I was the first one in, had no problems with .y vehicle but was out after other people came in. They skipped over cashing me out to check an engine light. Then cashed out the lady who came in 5 minutes after me, though my car was ready for a good 10-15 minutes before hers was ready.

The oil change went fine. When they were finished they parked my car to the side and when I got into it and started it up the change oil light was on and it beeped. I went back in and informed them. A kid came out and sat in my car for a couple of minutes and then told me that I should just follow the sticker that they put in the window because they can’t figure out how to turn it off. Even though the other establishments that I have taken it to have never had a problem. So now every time I get into the car it beeps and tells me I need an oil change. What happens when something goes wrong and when the change oil light is needed and I treat it as a normal occurrence and then domino’s into bigger problems? I guess I will have to take it to another establishment to get the alarm reset and think twice before returning to your establishment that can’t finish a simple task that should be done without a thought as part of the job.

I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. They are top notch.

So fast and friendly my car is tiny and old and they were able to make it work by being very helpful in moving it into the bay. Also they had dog treats that helped my pup stay distracted but it wasnt long before they were done. I think maybe 10 people helped with my car. I was only there about 20 minutes! Thank you all for being so awesome and quick. Please give them all raises and gift cards they deserve more than that.

I took a 78 pickup truck for a oil change & the guy came out to look @ the vin like 5 times before coming to tell me that the truck is too old to get a oil change there 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ I promise the last vehicle I took there was a 77 blazer & they changed the oil with no problem….

They explicitly told me they filled my wiper fluid, which I found out today was a lie (since it was bone dry). They only tried to upsell me on my cabin air filer and engine air filter, both of which were quite dirty, so kudos for that. I usually do my own oil so just under $50 for a conventional oil change seemed pretty absurd, but allegedly they checked all kinds of other fluids (i say allegedly because if they skipped filling the wiper fluid, who knows what else they skipped). Solid 3 star experience, would probably go back if I had a coupon.

Your team members were very professional.I went in to have my differential serviced. Fred one of your service technicians. Explained what and how he would service my car. They kept me up on how it was going. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. I will go back in the future to have my cars serviced when needed..

I was very disappointed with the price.Nothing was said to me that because of the high mileage I would be charged 65.00 for a basic change.Upon check in I was only asked if I wanted the same type of oil. I dont understand what caused the price to be so much for the same service as a low mileage car.I will not recommend GM and I will not be back.

As a now, former customer of this place; I went in and asked for a basic oil change. This oil was changed and noone said anything or showed me any thing they were going to do before they began. When theyre done the lady says is $73 for a 3k mile oil change! It is not what is the norm. I asked for a basic oil change and she wasn unsympathetic and had no idea what my order was before trying to rush me out the door. Customers should not be given what they dont ask for and certainly not be dismissed in the callous manner that I was. They have lost the business for all 3 of my vehicles. I hope this one rip off was worth it to them.

Love the team! I dont usually bring my personal car, is always my husbands truc but but my shop is temporary closed. Very nice, professional Ive always been very kindly greeted. I am cosidering abandoning my shop for grease monkey and is 7 mins from my house instead of driving 35-45 mins. Best part for ME the complementary flower they leave on dashboard makes my day. Everything was good except I paid for them to change my driver side wiper and all they did was try to place it on top of the old one. Or maybe they were going to change it and got side tracked either way my new wiper was laying on top of the old one.
