Dave goes above and beyond to help us out. We recently refinanced and the homeowners insurance wasnt added to the mortgage papers. Our mortgage company dragged their feet. Dave contacted us and was able to correct the problem in 24 hrs when they did not respond to us! Love him! He is just so nice and caring!
