I have brought my health insurance from this agency from 2015 to 2018. And I am a good client since I brought the plan, almost no call unless the renewal, however by end of 2018, I have gone to a PCP office with the insurance plan, and have done some physical checkup, but the billing come out with a lot of payment which should be free under ACA plan. So, I have been to this office with the bills after I have reached with insurance company, I come to the agency office because I will need their professional advise what I should do with the bills. At beginning they will answer my phone call and tell me they will give me call back, but after two weeks no phone call at all, then I called them, but they do not answer my phone call any more. A week later, I have come to the office and want to meet the agent face to face, the agent, CHUNGSOO HA, has come out and shake hands with me, then walk out of the office, the other staff was trying to help me, but the agent call them back to ask the staff leave me alone without any help, they just leave me at the front desk area and wait for me to leave.I am over 73 already with almost no income with a lot of medical bills, also I am an immigrant with very poor English ability. I come to this agent because they used to have an agent really willing to help me, but now with this horrible agent, he is just asking you to buy an insurance policy and collect the premium from you, but not want to help you later when something has happened. I am not the only person has this feeling when I talk to my friends about this, they all tell me the same situation “they just collect your money without doing anything”.Please find some other agent for you and your family, do not come to this one!
