I contacted Denver Appliance Pros back in July 2021 to look at my ice maker that stopped working. The tech came out and took a look and determined it was a faulty water inlet valve. They wanted $69 for the service charge and $100 for a deposit to proceed with the repair and to order the part. They told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part in. Everything was great up until this point.I waited 4 weeks with no reply from them. I called them to get an update and they said there was no update and they did not get the part from the manufacturer yet (this was after multiple calls with them with promises of a call back but I had to keep calling them myself). I gave them the benefit of the doubt knowing global supply chain issues were affecting most industries. So I gave them another 3 weeks, and yet no reply or update on the part. At this point, I called another local company and they were able to order and get the part in stock within 3 days and were ready to come out and repair my icemaker within a week of me contacting them. So I do not understand why it has taken Denver Appliance Pros two months to get something when another company did it in three days. Complete waste of my time. I demanded a full refund of the $169. The manager on the phone first scoffed at me wanting the $69 service charge refunded until I told her I would get it charged back through my credit card company if she didnt. They finally issued a full refund today and I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

First time I used them they were prompt and pricing was reasonable, second time around they were very slow to respond and much more expensive, mind you, different repairs but their lack of communication wasn’t encouraging.UPDATED 9/25/21- it’s been over a month since my refrigerator was supposed to be repaired, I’ve received zero updates after multiple calls (including multiple calls from me to a “manager.” The manager said to just wait for their call) When they do answer my calls, I either get told they’re waiting on parts or that the parts are in and they’ll check in with a tech and call me in ten mins. I literally get told something different every time. If the person who is replying to these reviews is serious, I wish they’d give me a call. This is beyond frustrating.FINAL UPDATE on 9/28- Sasha (tech) came out and repaired my appliance after lots of back and forth and disappointments he apologized on behalf of the company and repaired what he needed to quickly and efficiently and gave me a discount for all the inconvenience. I appreciated him not making excuses for everyone and just trying to make things right.

Our Bosch dishwasher was making loud noises and was no longer quiet. The scheduler was prompt and easy to work with. Kevin came out as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and came back a few days later to install it. The whole operation was friendly and efficient. Kevin did a great job and the dishwasher is working the way it used to. Denver Appliance Pros came to my house and charged me $108 for assessment of my washer and dryer. They did not provide a proposal for repairs they described to me during the visit as promised. I requested the proposal twice by email and phone. They have not refunded me the assessment fee. I do not recommend this company.

Called them to repair an ice maker. They asked for a $400+ deposit to order parts. Almost a month later, no update. Ive called them 4 times to ask for an update and each time have been promised a call back. Not once have they called me back.

This started August 28 with my first appointment. Was advised I needed a new icemaker. Part was ordered, no one contacted me to schedule. Two weeks later I called and was told my part had arrived and was scheduled for Monday Sept 13. Guy comes, takes out my icemaker and tells me it’s missing the electrical components, which I was told had been ordered but not in the box. Repair man tells me a “manager” will call me next day. 3 days later still no call. I called 4 times today and was told a manager would call me before 6:30. Surprise, no call. I’ve opened a complaint with the BBB. Either the icemaker or a full refund. Over 3 weeks to repair a icemaker is a little over the top.I highly suggest going else where. Hoping someone contacts me to get to a resolution.

Poor communication. Was manager would call me because no one had updates about our repair. Was told closing hours are 8 and nothing, called them was hung up on while I was on hold for information about my repair and routed to voicemail. Ultimately they currently have my deposit and approaching a month later I have a fridge without an ice maker.

TLDR: miscommunications between techs and the office and customers. Rescheduled on twice and then told me that I wasnt on the schedule a third time. Would not recommend.My washing machine pump needed to be replaced. I called them on a Friday and it took about a week for the piece to come in. Im a single woman and the tech told me that it would be $100 less if I could have someone else here to help them move the dryer off the top of the washer. I arranged for a friend to come to help. The appointment was rescheduled twice. After the second rescheduling, I was called by the office and was told that a miscommunication between the tech and I occurred and I needed to have someone help me move the dryer or I needed two techs. I agreed to pay for the second tech. Near the end of the window when they were supposed to arrive, I called the office asking if they would still be coming and was informed that I was not on the schedule and that no one had talked to me for over two days. I shared the phone numbers that I was contacted by and shared my dissatisfaction. I was told that they would come that night and Id receive a discount for my trouble. It was fixed quickly and they fixed the problem. They didnt accept payment that time and called me four days later to collect payment, my discount was $20 off of $520 of work. After their work, my dryer now releases moisture and fogs up the entire closet that my washer and dryer are in, which it did not do before. I would not use this service again.

I would never use these people in a million years they supposedly fixed my dishwasher and was told I could use it, I did and water leaked under and ruined my new wood floors, the company has not taken any responsibility for the damage or to correct the situation. If your technician hadnt told me he fixed it I would never had used it. He never said anything about just doing a diagnosis and having to come back. He did the repair supposedly and said its fixed and I used it and it leaked, now you not taking responsibility for your own technicians work. Besides these dishonest people telling me my dishwasher had a leak and there incompetent tech said it was fixed, I would never had used if he told me he had to make a report and a plan of action, I was told it was fixed and I used it and it ruined my floors. they also supposedly fixed my dryer and the problem was a clogged vent which the tech never mentioned or tested. I had to have another repair company come out and tell me what these guys should have done. Appliance pros were suppose to fix my dishwasher and said it was fine to use, after them telling me it was fixed and I used it was when it leaked. Also the tech asked for a tip Ive never seen that before and want my $20 back, because he was awful.
