Will was awesome to work with. There was nothing wrong with our freezer, thank goodness. I just wanted a professional to look it over and make sure since it’s 11 years old. He was thorough and explained exactly what he did to determine we were good to go. They are more than other repair shops but you get what you pay for!

They were able to come see my washer within a couple of days, ordered the replacement part, and fixed it within 30 minutes. So quick, so easy, and affordable. Rod was a pro! So glad to have found a solid appliance repair place that was prompt and reliable. Will use again if needed (but I hope I won’t!)

Ice Maker not working properly was able to come next day and give estimate. Repair was reasonable and could order parts and be back after weekend. Will (repairmen) was very nice explained everything!

Melvin was wonderful! He fixer our ice machine in less than hour. I had the curtesy of seeing him twice - first for the consultation & then for the actual repair appointment. He diagnosed what was wrong, was able to order the parts he needed, and we were able to schedule the second appointment for exactly one week out from the first. Mr. Appliance was easy to work with and scheduling was painless. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication keep their appointments on time very good company

This was one of the best appliance repair experiences Ive had. I had a leak from the water dispenser and the icemaker wasnt working. Fortunate, they had a last minute opening. It was just 10:00 when I called, got a same day appointment window between 12:30 - 2:30 and Will showed up at 2. He diagnosed and fixed the leaking water dispenser. The part we needed to fix the icemaker was pricey and we agreed, that because of the age of the fridge, that it would not be worthwhile to replace the part. The job was completed within about an hour.Will was friendly, courteous and professional. Needless to say I am one very satisfied customer!

The service is top notch. They are very good at what they do. However, they are expensive. Charged me $ 400 to replace a decorative cover for my dishwasher buttons. Part was $40 the rest was labor. Did not take that long but was expensive.

Mr. Appliance had me a little frustrated at first. We have gone back and forth about my refrigerator, that needed repair. Rob came out 4 or 5 times to repair my refrigerator. On the door at wasnt making ice and the water line was freezing and it was freezing the food. But they did right by me and my Mother they made sure that the refrigerator work even though they came out four or five times. Mr. Appliance did not charge me any thing further they made sure that the fridgerator was working I appreciate that. So for right now the refrigerator is making ice on the door and the water is coming out and its not frozen which is a good thing. So I want to thank mr. Appliance for making this right. And I would definitely call them again.

We had a problem with our freezer in the garage not working. Rod showed up on time. He confirmed that the freezer and refrigerator combo in the garage would not work properly with weather so cold. He still checked everything on it to make sure it was in working condition. He found everything okay. Our indoor fridge needed a new filter. They did not have the right part, however, I was told how to order the part. Rod was very professional and courteous. We have used Me. Appliance before to help hook up a washer and dryer when we moved in to our new home in August 2020. Mandy is very professional in taking the request for service at the office. They do a great job. I would use them again because they seem very honest and dont try to sell you on something you dont need. Thanks 👍😊!!

I had them replace my ice maker and found them to be extremely pleasant and communicative. They kept me posted along the way as to when part was ordered and when it came in... Rod, the repair person, did a diagnostic test on my dishwasher, only to find it was working correctly. Rod explained why I had been mistaken as to how the appliance was supposed to work.

My refrigerator went out just before Christmas. It is an LG, which apparently only a few people can work on. LG the company could not help me for weeks. Mr. Appliance of Aurora went out of their way to send someone out and even contacted another store to send someone as they were extremely booked. I had never used Mr. Appliance before and this was a great experience! I called on a Friday to schedule for someone to take a look at our washing machine. Earliest available was that next Wednesday with a 4-5 hour window. Tuesday the night before they texted shortened that window to a 2 hour time period on Wednesday from 2-4pm. The guy completed other projects early and Mr. Appliance called asking if he could come by earlier. We agreed for 1pm and he fixed the issue, we paid, and he was gone by 1:15pm. It was a motor issue and was a very affordable repair. I was surprised how quickly this was fixed and how nice Will was! Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Excellent communication. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Even scheduling through their main office was pleasant. It was the most courteous and professional interaction Ive had in years. The day prior, we received a text confirming our appointment along with a picture of the technician that would be arriving. This was a nice touch Id never thought to appreciate. Its reassuring to know that the person coming to your door is exactly who they say they are. He (Will) arrived promptly, and towards the earlier part of the scheduled time frame. Even though there seemed to be some trouble diagnosing the problem, his thoroughness ultimately identified the issue. He was able to fix it and be out the door in around 20 minutes. Mr. Appliance was a great experience! We were able to get a quick next business day appointment to diagnose some issues with our dishwasher. We received email reminders, as well as a text in the morning letting us know Patrick Shropshire was on the way. Patrick was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. He tested every possible scenario on our dishwasher, and gave us multiple recommendations for next steps. He also gave us a heads up on what to look out for on some of our other appliances. I would absolutely utilize Mr. Appliance again, and will be requesting Patrick if another appliance has issues!

Would highly recommend this company. It was extremely easy to get the appointment set up and I appreciated that they were able to give me a 4 hour window that was later reduced to 2 hours once they had their schedule set. You get a text the day prior to the appointment as a reminder with a picture of the tech who will be performing the work. Will was our tech and was super quick not only with the diagnosis but also with the repair. Repair price was as expected since Id shopped around before contacting a repair service. Another plus is repairs come with a one year warranty.

Mr Appliance was great to work with and set up an appointment in a quick time. They communicated with us to confirm the time and let me know when the technician was on his way. We even got his picture in a text to confirm who would be coming. Technician Will Fune then performed the needed repair in a quick amount of time and at a very reasonable cost. We are very happy with the service and will definitely keep Mr Appliance in mind for any and all future required repairs.

We had Mr. Appliance look at our KitchenAid range that was not heating up on the Convect Bake setting. We suspected the bake element was the issue, but Mr. Appliance instead diagnosed that the control module and key pad membrane were the culprit. That diagnosis turned out to be incorrect and unfortunately cost me over $400 for a genuine KitchenAid part that we didnt need. We knew the control key pad didnt need to be replaced as they stated, as it was working fine, and that should have been my first clue about the correctness of Mr. Appliances diagnosis. Luckily, we skipped the replacement of the key pad. Anyway, Mr. Appliance quoted $1,200 to fix our range with expensive parts that literally take less than 15 minutes to install. As it turns out, the issue was in fact the baking element like we initially thought. The element only costs $100. What Mr. Appliance failed to do while they were testing our range was to test that the baking element was in fact getting power when the oven was on and ramping up to temperature. If they would have done that, they would have known that the control module was working just fine, but yet the powered element wasnt heating the oven. The oven worked fine on Roast, which makes sense as the top element does more of the work on that setting. Mr. Appliance recommended that we replace our range altogether. I asked Mr. Appliance for refund of their $99 diagnosis fee to which they told me they would not refund my money unless they did their quoted $1,200 repair that wouldnt have fixed our range to begin with. We used Mr. Appliance to save time, but now this matter has consumed our time and resulted in unnecessary costs. Do yourself a favor and avoid Mr. Appliance.

Technician replaced whirlpool washer water level switch for $400 after $25 discount then found control board was broken not the water level switch and gave quote for $400 with lots of discounts. Most easy part to replace is water level switch and the part cost $125, he charged me $400 for that. What a rip-off and no justification for this work.

Mr Appliance of Aurora is great! They have good communication about the scheduled service call with phone calls and text notifications. Very professional on the phone and the texts include a picture of the serviceman.Our serviceman was Will. He checked our dishwasher and found the problem quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and professional. The sad part of this story is that we have been dealing with this problem for a number of months and had a serviceman from Aarons Appliance here several times and he never found the problem.

I so appreciated the texts confirming the appointment the day before, and then the text to let me know he was on his way. The technician, Will Fune, was fast, efficient, and showed his expertise in his field. He cleaned up after the job was done, and was respectful of the house (wore the shoe covers when he entered the house, made sure not to hit walls or ceilings with parts (fixing a hood suspended from the ceiling). He was also friendly and informative about what he was doing. I will use this business again in the future when needed.

Save your money on fixing your dryer and buy a new one. The company charged $325 to replace our dryer’s heating element, and the job only took 30 mins to complete. To put this in perspective you can buy a brand new dryer for $398 from Lowe’s. The part they replaced costs about $50 from multiple online sites, so I believe they are overpriced for what they offer. They are getting two stars because their employee was extremely kind to my wife while he was at our house and did an exceptional job (5 stars for him), but other than that the company is overpriced and charging way too much for a cheap and simple repair.

Our freezer stopped working. The technician was able to come out the next day, and was on time. He thought he found the problem (the fan was blocked), cleared it, and even spent time discussing typical issues (such as the - unrelated - slow water flow) and offered suggestions on how to resolve them.I was initially pleased, until later, when I found that the freezer was still not working, and when I called to get someone back out, they came back the next day and fixed the part that broke - and even counted the initial charge towards the broken part.I can definitely recommend them.
