This is the worst apartment complex I have lived at so far! We have had no water over night and the whole day! Did not get an email/notice til about 9:30am. Got a second email at 2:45 that the repair guy was picking up parts and we would have water shortly. It is now 6:48pm still no water and the leasing office is closed! This is unacceptable on so many levels. And all you get is a “I’m sorry”

We have lived here for about a year and this place has been amazing! They are very good at communicating, things get fixed quickly when I put in a work order, i’ve never seen a single bug, The office ladies are always so kind and helpful... I literally have zero complaints. We were going to move just for a change of scenery but decided to stay. This is definitely a great place to call home!!

Former property manager here. This place is No better than a section 8 - dirty, broken bottles, high crime rate, closed amenities - only with housing with twice the price. Illegal activities are taking place by the manager office, Brenda - who would rather ask tenants who pay their rent on time and follow the rules to leave instead of taking any action to hold up her part of the contract.The failure to provide basic safe space for people to live has affected me as a business owner (losing clients due to death threats my neighbors scream outside to each other during business calls / meetings) and has my familyFeeling unsafe. The amenities are usually and constantly closed - makes you wonder why you even pay for security and the maintenance of these things. And when they shut my water off for 4 days, i only got a notice that it will be shut off on the last day. Illegal - but what’s worse is it could have been avoided by letting the tenants know - it’s not that difficult I’ve had to do it myself in the past. But it’s not their shortcomings that leave more to be desired as much as their approach to fixing it.Only move here if you feel like wasting money and being disrespected. Save yourselves, I’m stuck here getting papers ready for a lawsuit.

Signed the lease in September with my best friend. It was our first apartment so we were exited of course! But that excitement quickly went away.. I hate being that person to write a bad review but come on guys. Our sliding door has yet to be fixed, our dryer doesn’t work AT ALL. I’ve called multiple times , my roommate has too and they come and “fix” it and it still doesn’t work lmao. Our fireplace switch doesn’t work, we have to TAKE THE PLATE OFF and connect the wires to get the fireplace to turn on! They came and “fixed” that too but of course still doesn’t work. Not to mention we’ve found several roaches 🤮 not cute, y’all. People shouldn’t pay for things they don’t get . We pay so much for the things we have so it should at least work a little . Y’all are so kind but it’s your jobs to go above and beyond to satisfy your residents. Especially if you want them to stay cuz I know I’m not going to 🤷🏽‍♀️

Updated . I got call from new manager 3 days ago 6 months later today 6/17/19 .he whants to meet and talk about my past due #$ and have a agreement try into collect $ friday he told me if u no pay i will send you to collection. I whent this morning talk to him nothing get fix lol he was looking for more charger #$ 6 months later on me lol . He said sombody needs to paid for getting the unit ready for next person and thats not US he mean. You guys(residents) needs to do all clean prosefional clean nice and shine fix all paint walls. Wash or paid for new carpet no matter a long did u live here have to be on better condition or same of what i getted or we charge you all the cost ...$$$$$$$$ ..... ..lived here for two the first one was exente the second one was a bad change of personnel in office and maintenance and unfortunately it was for bad. bad service and they are very rough going to the office the crs not so bad wave but the manager (martha) bad attitude she wants to charge you everything Looks like she works for commission pay I mean the more charge to the residents more she gets .I am clean my apartment as much as I could and finally came out with their sht ... and here are the proofs... means I live two years at the same place ...she wants to get back a new apartment or what🤔🤔🤔🤔 ... people still living here becareful if not she comes and get for more money .No way I am paid for all that well most the people lives we are Hispanic thats why and no body say nothing about it ...also i am have some meny pic and videos bad things from here like cucarachas Mises . Dog poop beer cans all over.. trash all over they want to you pick then up .. even towing truck takes cars away like crazy I did count 10 on one nite ...

I moved into this place 2 months ago, and I love the staff! They are so friendly and they make you feel comfortable when you have a concern or any questions brenda always follows through, and stefany is the first person you see when walking thought those doors, I love how she advocated for me and my family when we were looking for a place to rent! Very professional.

Rented here because I was on a budget. Nothing more. Maintenance guys showed up unexpectedly. Which didn’t make me feel comfortable as a single renter. Leasing office staff were poor at communicating and did as little work as possible. Found out over a month into renting I was supposed to set up to access the package lockers. This was after calling the leasing office 4 different times to be able to access my larger mail packages. Apparently it didn’t register to them why I had to keep calling.Neighbors were mostly inconsiderate and were fine with throwing trash all over the property. I feel bad for maintenance to be honest. You could tell they hate their job. Wore it on their faces everyday.Get used to finding homeless people in the enclosed stairways and make sure to read every word of the lease agreement. They will expect to know everything it contains so they don’t have to explain/discuss it with you. I am curious what their response to this post will be this time to try and cover up my experience here.

Awesome staff, my sink was leaking and made a huge mess. Maintenace was over right away to take care of the issue. Brenda & Stephanie made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the girls!

The ladies at the office are extremely nice and helpfuland the property is well kept. I love my apartment and the convenience of the complex location is awesome! It’s in the middle of it all! Thank you Brenda and Stephany for all your help.

I lived at Crossroads at City Center for 14 years. There were times were I wasn’t pleased with the management teams, but they were very few. Overall my living experience was satisfying. Every apartment complex has areas where growth and improvements are needed. I really felt that Crossroads at City Center did their best to meet the living needs of their residents.

I am so grateful for moving here, Stephany & Brenda are so helpful. They walked me through the whole process and made me feel welcomed.

Having moved here from out-of-state after retiring from the military, I chose Crossroads because of its customer service. Jenny helped me have a unit with all the amenities I wanted lined up and ready to go for when I arrived. The gas fireplace is probably my favorite part, but the covered balcony is pretty wonderful as well. Not to mention, Crossroads is within walking distance of the public library, a grocery store, tons of restaurants, the motor vehicle office, a museum, a thrift store, a fitness center, and more!

I just moved to this apartment complex, and I want to thank you Elena the new manager. I arrived very late almost 6 pm to sign my lease and she was very nice to help me, she took time to explain the lease. I really appreciate her help, her patience.

I have been out of hot water for three days now, I have been calling the emergency maintenance to let them know but nobody shows up. This management is the worst management I have ever seen. The maintenance people are very disrespectful. If I dont get hot water by the end of today, I will have to call the city. This is not fair to me and my family.

Terrible experience living at Crossroads at Center. Before moving in, we had a hard time seeing the actual unit we would be moving into. Even on our initial tour they didnt have a 2 bedroom for us to tour.Apartment smelled like smoke all thoughout apartment. Doors stuck and or wouldnt even close. Light fixtures missing, handle to blinds on patio door was missing and broken. With less than 4 days of living here, and due to negligence and laziness by Joe in maintenance staff, we had our apartment flood from a faulty toilet. Toilet wasnt even properly installed and would rock while sitting on it. Caused damage to apartment and some of our personal belongings.Also, the following night, my wifes Honda Accord was broken into and they stole vehicle registration, money, checks, etc. Also, thieves caused damage to her drivers door. Little to no security exists here and you cannot let your guard down one bit.Apartment management doesnt take responsibility for anything and will not help at all. Do not recommend living here at all. Leave and run away from here!!

If I can give this place a half a star I would . Out of all the places in Colorado this has to be your last choice TRUST ME! As a resident I was first drawed in by the nice management and the understanding that they had during tough times like this but let me tell ya. They got rid of my manager and now whoever in office don’t give af about nobody. My truck was towed twice from in front a apartment I pay 1200 a month for because I’m not registered in some third party parking system that wants additional money a month just to not touch your car . There’s no security nothing just a money scheme . Big waste of money. Honestly want to terminate my lease and move somewhere else. Nobody really cares or helps here.

My heat wasnt working and maintenance came as soon as I reported it and fixed it immediately.My washer motor went out when maintenance was short staffed. They came asap and I had a new washer by the next Monday. The whole process from report to replacement took one week. Remarkable in this time of Covid.

Wouldnt give them any stars if it would let me. We lived here for 8 years, when we moved out we received an invoice for almost $600. $600 for things that were NEVER fixed by the complex. Make sure you stay on top of it or else they will never fix anything. Kids are always running around with no supervision and cars get broken into in the middle of the night, they get keyed and weve heard about cars getting stolen. The apartment had BLACK MOLD growing and we reported it to management and nothing was done, at the time of move out they added the charge for the wall that had the mold, when it had clearly been reported to management, the manager, Isaiah, called me a liar.We had two dogs so we paid $600 for pet deposit and at the time of move-out that money was nowhere to be found. They claim that they will give you half of the deposit back but they dont. How do you just LOSE $600?? They were no where in the system, but of course they still charged me for my pet rent every single month.When we came in to get this settled Isaiah was condescending and very rude, we also experienced him being rude to a couple of teenagers when the teens were nothing but nice to him.HORRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT LEASE HERE.

Great apartment complex, very friendly and helpful staff. Fix things within a day or two of reporting them broken. Only issue is parking late at night, often have to park very far from my apartment, once in the guest parking lot because lot was full with cars even ones without parking tags. Parking during the day is not really an issue. Close to bike path and grocery stores.

Been here for 2 years and I have no complaints. Never had issues and staff is very friendly. I’m in the process of moving out and they have made it easy no hassle and I am very happy with that. Very clean and organized and would recommend to anyone looking for a fair price and very nice place.

This roach infested complex is by far the worst Iv ever lived at! , the so called “manager” Isaiah doesn’t care about anything pertaining the complex unless it’s about you oweing money! He’s not welcoming and is rude and lies to cover up any mistakes on his or his staffs behalf. This community is dangerous to live in cars get broken into often, noise complaints all the time along with parking problems and on top of that homeless people sleep and do drugs on the building stairs yet absolutely nothing is done about anything! DO NOT MOVE HERE !! Look elsewhere pay attention to the reviews its not worth it. I do not wish for a corporate response so save your time!! Do not ask me to stop by the office to speak to anyone it’s been a waste of time and you have all these reviews to prove my point. Conduct an investigation and actually get to the bottom of why your complex turnover is so high and why your bad reviews overtake your good ones, residents are leaving this complex left and right and that there should be a wake up call! Now you are offering an incentive for new renters what a shame I’m sure your desperate. Try to get better at answering your phone calls and do something to improve the tenants experience while living here and keep up with the complex you do charge a Fee monthly.

Great community to live in! People are too critical of apartments in general , so all of the reviews are going to be about some bad experience because those are the only times people write a review. Crossroads has been great to us! We have been here a year and are signing a new lease at the end of this month. Its a very safe neighborhood, kids play outside with no worries everyday. We all look out for each other. Maintenance guys are friendly, the office is always ready to help, and the apartments are kept in good condition. If youre thinking of moving here, dont hesitate. One tip- Be cognizant of how and where you park because Wyatts Towing (aka the devil) are looking to make a quick buck.

If I can give no stars I would! The reason for my 1 star rating is because this apartment is NOT worth what I’m paying. The staff is absolutely wonderful Ms.Cassandra is such a nice person always kind! If this place had assigned parking for the residents maybe I’d give a better review but I can’t write a positive review just cause the staff is wonderful! People have to want to feel at home and I haven’t sinced i moved in I shouldn’t have had to clean this place! The garage price is outrageous 150 EXTRA a month that’s highway robbery! My first apartment only charged 35 bucks this place needs to take care of the residents give them assigned spots what’s the point of a parking plaque if we’re not guaranteed a spot when we come home if this place wasn’t so bad I’d renew cause to be honest not looking forward to moving in 2019. You would be better off living somewhere else!

My boyfriend and I have been living here for about 6 months. We love the complex and we have had a great experience with the staff. Staff is always friendly and waves or says hello as residents come and go. They even allowed us to rent a garage for our previously stolen vehicle for only a week while we were away on vacation. So far we have not had any major issues with the apartment. The few times we have had to call maintenance for small problems, the response time was quick and they were very friendly and fast! For the most part, our neighbors are courteous and quiet. In addition to the little dog park, they have doggie bags and trash cans all over for residents to use. Unfortunately some residents dont choose to use them but for the most part, the grass and sidewalks are kept pretty clean. The only real issue we have is finding parking near our building after 5pm. Because of the limited parking, residents often park in the streets with their hazards on for 15+ minutes which can be annoying, especially late at night. The lot seems small for the number of buildings and units. I have found the buildings closer to Chambers often have more parking available at night so it may just be an issue in the other half of the complex where buildings are closer together. That being said, as of now we are very happy at Crossroads and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

I just moved in here the process was easy. And I really like the new upgrades. And the location is great real close to the 225

I’ve been here for 6 months at $1,230 per month for their smallest one bedroom. While they have upgraded appliances in the kitchen, I provided the list of items that needed repaired after my walk through and they still haven’t been repaired. The washer and dryer do not work properly, but I was told by maintenance that they’d order the parts but that it wouldn’t make a difference. They’re on their 3rd office manager and never have the same office personnel. My reason for one star is the fact that at this rate to live here, they do not shovel snow from the premises, they do not fix things even with carefully written notices for maintenance, they do not fix holes in hallway walls where other tenants party and smoke in them and, to top it off, my guests were not welcomed. They flew in town from Savannah, GA and parked their rental car after their flight and it was towed the next morning without warning as they didn’t park in the “visitor” section. The tow company says this is a complex with an “immediate tow” in place and that it’s their fault. However, the complex says it’s up to the tow company to place their signs in the “right” places. We were told on the morning of, that only during business hours does the office place a notice on a car to be moved and only if there was a complaint. It was 5a and they weren’t open. We were told from the complex that they have exceptions where the manager would call the tow company for some type of exception, however, the manager said only in certain cases and this was NOT one of those cases because they were not in a visitor spot and they didn’t have a permit. So, my family’s vacation was ruined as they were slapped with a $332 towing fee. There are cars parked in this complex without a permit daily and are NEVER towed. I know this fact as I’ve had to park my permitted car in visitor parking often. Yet, those cars sit there. My family is in town less than a few hours and their car is towed. It’s been an awful experience to live here especially at this price. I’ve lived in better communities in this state and city and they definitely have more compassion for maintenance, tenants, and their guests than this place. Oh, and your complaints are met with a smile and the least bit of attention ever. I am a good person and a great tenant paying good money. I can’t believe I chose this complex. Don’t do it to yourself.

I have lived here two years and the property just gets worse, the parking is absolutely ridiculous. There is no control over the parking whatsoever i ALWAYS have to park two to three buildings away from mine because ther is NEVER any parking in front of my building as there is no control over how many cars you can have by apartment if all you have to do is request and pay for more parking permits at the office. My car has been Key’d and broken into and now that the weather is getting better I have to deal with kids running up and down the building stairs playing in between cars throwing rocks and sticks including the pool when it’s open and the office has never done nothing about it (not to mention, the staff turnover is horrible and we have someone new every other month) I have to deal with people smoking marijuana all in the building stairs and so all the smell comes into my apartment where my baby has to smell it! There’s a waiting list for garage rentals no saying how long you have to wait and the price for garage rental is RIDICULOUS!! Oh and there’s roaches. All these bad reviews and all we get is a corporate response to stop by the office and report concerns , but when are we actually going to start to see change ? Better yet these complaints addressed . NEVER

I enjoyed my stay here, management was always helpful, kind and respectful to me. The location is very convenient, you have access to stores, bus line the light rail, highway. Management fixed things in a timely manner, i would have to park away from my building a few times, because there was no were to park, but thats with most apartments, other than that i enjoyed my stay there. Update regarding management, i stayed at this place never missed a rent payment, always paid my rent on time, I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR PET DEPOSIT I asked for the additional pet deposit back, because i was over CHARGED! by Colorado law! They should have returned me my oet deposit fee within 30 days, its been over 3 months! Now and they still havent returned are cut me a check for my pet deposit. I have talked with management there several times, in person and over the phone, was told they would mail my check to me and thats been over 3 months ago! It now October. 2. 2018 i still have not received my pet deposit if $200. From these apartments! It may not seem like much money to them, but i work hard and Im an honest person! And its wrong! The way they are doing me! And im taking it a step further! Dont move there, because they are not honest when it comes to getting your money back for their mistakes! Even when you have proof! And they see it!

Do not move here, its a very unsafe place to stay, especially with kids.I stayed here for less than a year and started to heard people complains about their apartments getting broken into. I didnt pay much attention to that until it happened to me.I work at night, while I was at work my apartment was broken into, and most of my values were stolen, including my extra car key. I decided to break the lease because I didnt feel safe. On top of that people cars get broken into every week. Theres always a complain in the office about that, and it never seem to be solve.

All i have to say is the staff and manager are amazing and so helpful they took a lot of burden off my brothers shoulders when his apratment was flooded they relocated him and also moved all his belongings for him which was amazing the manger is so kind and very caring. Its amazing they amount of help they have offered my brother the manager Isaiah is amazing i just wanted to thank him for everthing he has done for my brother thanks from the bottom of my heart we are beyond greatfull and Appreciate everthing he has done to make it less stressful thank you so much

I recomend this property because i have had good customer service with maintenance and office staff. My work orders are always completed on time and done correctly. Also i just renewed my lease and look forward to the new renovations to the clubhouse. I really like living here because its calm and comfortable for me and my family. The complex here is not pleasant at all .The manger here is careless and does not care about your concerns .In fact, ive called the office multiple times about cockroaches being in my complex and no one has came to take care of it . I call and call and no one ever seems to answer . It’s disgusting and disrespectful on how this matter is not being attended.Do not bother living here, it is very disgusting and don’t expect any of your concerns to be resolved .

Horrible place, there have been multiple shootings here!!! No security!!!Numerous break-ins to peoples cars with the car windows being broken into. Yes they are updating some apartments but they also have roaches no matter how clean you keep your home. Yes the rent is cheaper but is it worth you or your childrens safety.

Dont even bother to rent here! I went to visit these apts because they looked nice on Google. Once I arrived the leasing front desk Brenda Santamaria did not want to give me a showing of the property. I think its because im in a wheelchair and she said I would not fit in the doors of the apt. Brenda said she did not have any apts to rent to me. the leasing person was not friendly and was rude not to mention the dress she was wearing was way to short.

My apartment had been is water for 2 days and the complex said they’d be here as soon as possible which is NEVER. I eventually had to leave & call it quits with this complex. Management is bad! The managerMartha is the worst manager ever. She will not care about anything. I suggest ANYONE THAT WANTS A COMPLEX THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW RULESTHIS ISYOUR PLACE! they have MOLD, COCKROACHES and SPIDERS !! Do not move hereREALLY REALLY BAD!

We have lived in these apartments 7 months and are literally counting down the days we have until our lease is up. The apartment they gave us was dirty and it was obvious they just wiped it down for the next person to move in. The appliances they had did not work and still dont work. We had to wait about a month to get our washer and dryer, mind you they charge $30.00 extra to have them in the unit when in the lease it says its included in EVERY unit but does not explain the extra charge. After getting the washer & dryer hooked up, we went in to inspect it & again it was obvious that they just pulled it out another apartment and said here ya go what the techs did after installing it was clean out the lent (full of hair and dirt) and left it in our bathroom sink. We had to wait another good month to get a door for the washer and dryer & again the door they did bring was dirty they fixed it by painting over it. A week after it fell of the henges and AGAIN had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it to get fixed. That is one problem we were dealing with the other issue was the dish washer that was in the apartment was so old and rusted all through out the washer. They didnt want to replace it they wanted to fix it. It took a lot of calls and follow ups for them to finally get a new one in. Upon moving in and signing the lease my husband asked about grills on the balcony they said of course its fine then months later we get a notice from the office saying either remove the grill and all other items or we will be fined. I can go on and on about the countless issues we have had with them including rude customer service from the manager yvette and Liz using confrontation as a form of helping out the residents and having to call the police twice. once because a maniac was outside breaking car windows and another because people fighting up and down the parking lot. I like to think of myself as being a extremely patient person but this week im just done with their bs office staff and service. Our utility bill was never over $45-$50 but this month it is at $102.00 For 3 people. My husband who works out of town and is home maybe one week out of the month, my 2 year old and myself who works monday-friday 9-5 and all anyone has told me is oh sorry thats just how it is. Dont waste your money living here. All these people care about is collecting your money. They dont care for anything or anyone especially the issues that surround the complex.

I will start by saying i and my husband have live in this apartment for almost five years and i really have a lot to say when changed the office staff. The manager and her assistant Lisa are very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT, RACES, UNPROFESSIONAL, DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE, my husband went to pay our rent and they refuse to take the money because we are paying late and that LISA and her manager came here to threaten me and my three year son to move out because they are going to call the SHERIFF to come and EVICT us this weekend, anyway am waiting for the sheriff, i have the money here which they refused here with me and all their threatens they made to me when they came to my apartment,THree days ago as i was sleeping in the afternoon around 11, i heard someone opening my door, so i woke up and saw the LISA trying to open badge into my room without knocking, when you call for maintainance nobody will show up, when you go to the office you will see the manager and her assistant with maintainance staff sitting in the office laughing and relaxing. They are LIARS, they will say one thinf today and the next day say another thing, yesterday they came to my apartments again and asked me to moved out or i will be EVICTED this weekend because my husband did not show any money to them when he came to the office, WHICH WAS A BIG LIE. I am waiting for them to come and Evict me so that i can SUE them. Also they they told me because we are paying late we need to pay NEXT MONTH RENT IN ADVANCE, and i told them we dont have. I am going to SUE them even uf it takes all the money on me.Dont waste your time coming to rent here because you will regret it because of the OFFICE STAFF.

Trash everywhere, hidden fees, cockroaches, keys to acess gym and pool never work!! Very rude staff, threats of fines if dont comply with very short notices, parking spots so small even a civic has issues fitting so larger cars take two spots. By far the worst place I have ever lived

I am fortunate enough to be moving out tomorrow. Staff is rude and useless, parking is horrendous, maintenance is non existent, and the roaches are disgusting.The only pro is the location. Very close to all the essentials and only minutes from 225.

Do not ever move here . This place is horrible . Rules on contract are always getting broken . There is never quiet during quiet hours, never parking and the streets are always filled with broken glass .I have talked to the mangers multiple times about my neighbor being loud when my husband and I are trying to sleep . It’s outrageous how manger lets it keep happening . I’ve emailed and called about my concerns mutiple times and nothing has been fixed .My emails are not returned nor my calls . I’ve lived here for two years and I’m not renewing my contract here ever again nor will I suggest it to any of my friends and family this complex is nonsense .

The worst place I have ever lived! A lot of cockroaches there is no sign, it is very difficult for them to come and fix something for you. Be very careful because the profits go from $ 150 to $ 185 is a lot of money and it is a lie that it depends on the people who are in the apartment we were only 3 people and that was the amount we paid each month, the truth is very expensive and not It is worth it, apart from that you have to pay $ 8 dollars for parking and besides, it is worth it to find parking in the afternoons, it is ridiculous !!!!
