The younger clerk is always very nice and polite and very helpful gives you extra time to come back with any missing paperwork.The older clerk is always very harsh almost condescending and seems to find every reason to try to deny assistance and you would think it is like the assistance is coming out of her bonus or retirement. LolUnfortunately my case is assigned to the older clerk.

They will leave you and your family homeless cuz you make $980/month cuz thats over income, but will help out the local junkie who has 0 income.

Last I knew general assistance is there to help people in need. The Augusta Office isnt. Any other office Ive been to doesnt make it even half as hard to get help. 0 star review
