Chris was very honest and helpful. He also made sure all my familys pets were thought of including our chickens which I corralled in the pen before the treatment. He took care of my house and garage in less than 30 min and even took care of a hornet nest I missed in my shed. Truly appreciate his efforts.

Polite and understanding service. I appreciate that the team member was aware that we only wanted the outside perimeter sprayed even before he got here. We will keep the service as it is and spray the outside of the house as long as nothing goes awry.We have dogs and they eat the grass around the house, hopefully they wont get sick. Thats awry. :)

Not a happy customer! After having the technician come spray outside he told us he was going to treat the inside of our home. He treated himself to cash we had in the change drawer. Lied to us saying he treated the inside of the house and did not actually do anything other than steal. We were charged the full amount and tried several times to get them to come finish the job. Left several messages. Spoke to someone in the Augusta office and she claimed we would be refunded. We have not been and now she will not return my phone calls. Very shady people.

They arrived at my home today for exterior pest control.4:51 - Arrived4:55 - Started spraying - Made one pass across my front lawn and never sprayed the side or back lawns.4:58 Truck loaded.4:59 Stuck sign in the lawn5:00 Drove out.When I called to complain they said they would give me a credit and canceled both of my accounts.

Ive always used terminex in the past this time they didnt show up as promised waited all Saturday afternoon so called orkin instead

Would show up and barely spray the property and leave. On site for less than 5 minutes. Rip off. My newly installed cameras caught this shady work.

Not impressed. Tried on numerous occasions to set up an appointment, finally was able to to and they came to do a treatment. Was told they would be back in two weeks for a follow up. Has been over three weeks and no further contact. Have tried calling numerous times and left messages but no response. The service was great but customer service is not.

The pro that sprayed our property was very informative and went above and beyond what I was expecting. He inspected our entire outer perimeter for holes or cavities that insects and rodents would go through and sealed them all up for us. Great organization. Glad we found them.

The individual who set up the service call was helpful and pleasant. She scheduled an appointment for me and confirmed it. However, the local Augusta office left a message for me on the day of service during a time I had explicitly stated I was not available to confirm that I still wanted service (there was no reason to believe that I wouldnt...) and then never showed up. I called within the window that the service was supposed to be delivered and during the time I stated i could be available confirming that I still needed service and left a message for the scheduler in Augusta and also called the corporate office and I never received a call back from either and no one ever followed up.

Gave neighbors false information apparently need more training.

Terminix is a great company to do business with. The Tech that handles my account is Peter Duplessis and he is the best. He cares for my house like it was his own. I have such piece of mind knowing Peter is involved with my house.

I recently switched from Modern Pest to Terminix and am so much happier with Terminix. They came into every room and showed me where carpenter ants were starting to chew on our post & beam house. They went into the crawl space and basement and walked slowly around the outside of the house. While doing this, they sealed a few small holes to prevent bugs and critters from entering the house. They were on time, thorough, and completely professional. They did far more than my former company who hadnt even seen the carpenter ants! I am so pleased I switched.

I had an excellent representative from Terminix, Amy, provide the service this time. She took the time to listen, gave recommendations, was courteous, and was enormously helpful. About the best pesticide visit I have had yet. I will use her recommendations to help mitigate any further pest problems. Thank you. Wayne K

DO. NOT. USE. This company is a lesson in frustration. They schedule without your approval. They come when you’ve asked them not to do so. Both lead to partial treatments if you arent home as they can only do the outside. Trying to reschedule for the inside treatment is hard to do. Tried sending a certified letter and there is never anyone available at “the office” to sign for it. They are NOT customer friendly.

If I could put a million 0 stars I would! Worst company ever!!!! Do not ever sign up with them! I tried to tell them the animals nest was under my work bench and they refused to listen to me, therefore I had several rats continue to get into my vehicle for weeks. When they finally agreed to remove the bench, what do you know I was right! They then told me it was out of their “scope of practice” to “clean” my garage. I then received text messages from Doug one of the managers (clearly not meant to go to me) saying I was lying about having rats and put laughing emojis. His superior Steve then called me to say they would only refund me $350 but still owe them $1000 and my problem still has not gone away and I have already cancelled my contract after only 3 months. Most unprofessional people and disrespectful! I should have read all of the terrible reviews before I signed up with them. My mistake!

Usually when a driver hits another driver they tend to handle it properly and professionally man named Eddie hit my truck and I havent heard back from this company yet you guys are a joke you have a horrible customer service and the fact that nothing was handled the way it should have been just proves how horrible your customer service is get it together Terminix

I started with Terminex a couple of years ago at my bed and breakfast with an infestation of fleas. Matt is wonderful. He looks everywhere. Takes care of the mouse traps and dead mice. Suggests when to have certain things done. I still have lady bugs, but who doesnt. And my dog friendly bed and breakfast no longer has fleas. Thanks Matt

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I have never dealt with a more disrespectful group of people in my entire life. Doug and his superior Steve, who were members of management, spoke down to me and failed to return several of my calls and would not apologize or accept responsibility for what his staff did and said. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY AND YOUR PROBLEMS WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF ON A TIMELY MANNER IF AT ALL. THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES ADMIT THEY ARE SPREAD TOO THIN AND GET BOOKED TOO MANY JOBS TO CATCH UP WITH....

Signed up for a service plan. Scheduled our first visit and they no showed but still charged my credit card. Fine, you get a chance to make it right. Called and was told that service manager would call me back. Never got a call so I called back again to the contact center (not the Augusta office directly) and was told that the service technician would be visiting that afternoon. My wife cancelled her plans with our kids to wait, and no one showed up. Never got a call from the manager and the technician no showed. At this point I am just cancelling my service. Sort of disappointed as I was looking forward to this service. Ill have to contact a different company at this point.

Mr. Sawyer (AKA The Ant Man) knew his stuff and knew his bugs. The ants didnt stand a chance. He was determined to get rid of them for us and he did!

Technician went way beyond the call of duty. While doing a treatment at our vacation home he discovered a water leak in our plumbing. He called me immediately and stood by while a plumber was contacted and alerted him as to what the problem was. Had he not detected the problem and called, our entire finished basement would have been ruined. Thank You Dave of Terminix!!

After waiting and waiting for an appointment, the day finally came for Terminix to take care of my pest problem. I received a voicemail from the tech a few hours before my appointment (which was scheduled for sometime between 5 to 6 pm) by the tech (named Matt) who told me he could only do 3:15. When I called back and asked why? I was told he already had plans for his evening and my pests werent on the agenda. After a brief combative conversation with him. I almost felt bad for him after he came forward with his burnt out work schedule and the dispatcher not knowing his schedule.. Almost that is, he had a attitude and a chip on his shoulder which I believe carries all the way up to the management over there. Terminix never called to reschedule. I figured they blew me off and started looking for other options but I didnt want to start the process all over again, so I called one more time and was told once again that the Manager himself would take care of my pest problem. So here I am now four days later still waiting on followup from Terminix.

The young man, Tyler, who came to spray our yard for ticks was very friendly, he did a great job and he answered every question I had. Thank you 😊

Terminex has disappointed us numerous times, not showing up for appointments and not helping us with emergency problems such as a yellow jacket invasion causing stings to our dog and our kids. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Communication is excellent, service is outstanding whenever we have an issue

So, my nightmare started about six months ago when the neighbors from hell moved in and brought hundreds of new blood sucking tenants with them. Enter Terminix. They tell us they dont chase bed bugs out, they kill them all dead in the first go. That information doesnt jive with what I know, but ok, youre the expert not me. They also tell me there is no sign of bugs in my apartment yet, something I already knew. So I go through the hell of getting the apartment ready and then return home to what I believe to be a bug free home. A week later Im waking up with bugs on my freaking pillow. I went nuclear, but of course my landlord didnt believe me and the pest guys says he cant tell what my dead bug once was and theres still no signs of bugs in my apartment. Fast forward to present day, its now two days since Terminixs second visit. They found my bed infested despite my feeble attempt with diatomatious dust. They sprayed the upstairs apartment, chased them into mine and I spent SIX FING MONTHS IN FING HELL!!!!!!! Ive pretty much lost what hold I once had on sanity and yes, Terminix is A HUGE part of the reason. They should all be drawn and quartered.

As far as our Terminex technician, Peter D. he has been great. Very professional, timely and patient with questions - 5 stars!As far as the rest of the Terminex automated system it has issues - 3 stars. Which is how I wound up at 4 stars.Beware that the appt email you receive could have one date and terminex could be coming on a different date.If the appt. is switched after the reminder email is sent there is no update email to notify you of the change plus why not text instead???? with both reminder and updated appt. changes. As with any company improvements could be made to the teminex automated system.

This organization is treating this customer horribly. on the morning of 9/17/2017 I called for service at my home and spoke to the associate about method, cost and schedule for a wasp nest in my attic. The system of removal, the next day appt and the 30 day guarantee all where agreed to. I provided a method of payment and took the time off to be here. The work was never started due to Terminix not showing up for the agreed upon appt. After calling back directly after the appt window (5:10pm 9/18/2017) I was told that while Im indeed in the system the appt was never finalized in the computer. WHAT? Ok, now Im promised that the branch manager WILL call that night or 1st thing in the morning because hes on the road and its too dangerous to speak with me right then, to please give times Im avail on Tues (9/19) for service. I told the representative to give me the time and was promised the branch manager will provide that when we speak. Tuesday came and went without ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION. I called this morning (9/20) to find out how this is happening and was told we spoke to the manager hes on the road and its too dangerous to speak with me right then. HUH, HOW DID YOU SPEAK TO HIM IF IM ON THE LINE WAITING? I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 2 DAYS AGO WHERE THE COMPANY WAS A NO SHOW AND CANT GET THE DISTRICT MANAGER, BRANCH MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK! At this time I have NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND CONSTANT RUN AROUND! To say this is a HORRIFYINGLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STORY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

Ants remained... called to have the tech come back and check it out, and never heard back. Gave up after not hearing back from multiple calls and scheduled appointments.
