Albert G. was the pest control specialist that came out today for our first mosquito/tick control application. He walked the entire property prior to starting the service to ensure he understood the lay of the land. He was also very knowledgeable about the areas to avoid spraying (budding flowers, garden beds, etc). I appreciated the time he took to properly evaluate the property and the time he took chatting with me. Thanks for a great first experience!

I have used this company for 3 years. Something changed this season. Not sure if it’s just the installer or product. I have had two mosquito and tick services and neither have worked. I called after the first service and hoped for better results next time. 4 days after second service we are getting covered in mosquitos. Called to figure out why and all they wanted to do was another service. Lady in the front office was not willing to work with me in refunds or anything. Very short and was hung up on when I decided I should cancel any remaining services. Be careful. Time to move on to another company.

We are particular about timing...we like to get done immediately in a.m., first visit as we are often using the areas treated by 8.30 a.m. John Sawyer actually texted or called my wife the night before and double checked on our preference, and was 10 minutes early. I owned a lawncare business for 28 years and used Turf Doctor as a subcontractor for 15-16 of those years, and will continue to do so for our apartment buildings and home for years to come.

Nicole Boucher was fantastic, answered all of our 1,000s of questions. Also, showed up when she said she was going to and hit every spot, even the ones e we didn’t think about in our yard.We would call for Nicole, at Turf Doctor, again in a heartbeat.

A couple of years ago my lawn was mostly weeds and mud. We had so many grubs eating away at the grass roots! The Turf Doctor took the time to explain to me what was going on and slowly brought my lawn back to life! It is green and vibrant now and I get compliments all of the time. Jim Moran is the technician who takes great care of my lawn and is always professional, polite, and quick at getting the treatment done!

The person who treated my yard was not entirely sure of what part of the property he was suppose to treat when questioned, but when I informed him what the previous year treatment entailed, he gladly covered the areas in question. He stated that this was the first time doing this property and did not know the entire area to be covered.

3 stars may be generous but I was promised an amazing lawn, better than the competitor I was using and who my neighbors still use and my lawn looks horrible and theres looks amazing. Its still early in the season, so Ill give them a chance, but right now, not impressed. I were at the end of summer and wow!!!! What a great job they did. Fall of 2018, When we had rodent problems Phil Gallant was quick at getting out to our house and starting to tackle our issue, so thankful that he got them under control. We continue to use the service, Always respectful, helpful and does a great job with communication because I’m always curious on how much activity he may see! Super Thankful for his service!

Works as advertised. A great local company comprised of a group of passionate professionals.The Turf Doctor is prompt, friendly, reliable and fairly priced. They treat my lawn and its never looked better. Their mosquito and tick control service has significantly reduced mosquitoes and I havent seen a tick in my yard since the first time their truck pulled in my driveway.Whether its Wayne, Albert or Peter who show up. They get the job done quickly and most times you dont even know theyre there except for The Turf Doctor sign they leave behind.

I have used multiple lawn care companies over the years but two years ago made a decision to hire The Turf Doctor and it was the best decision I made as my lawn has never looked as good as it does now.The staff is professional and do a fantastic job and one think I love is they call a day before they come out to let me know what time they will be arriving as well as what they will be applying on that day as I have them do the complete lawn maintenance lawn, aerating, lime application, Tick & mosquitos treatment.I would highly recommend the services of The Turf Doctor as they are fantastic.

After a longer than usual response (2 weeks) to our calls about a return of carpenter ants, concerns about ticks/mosquitos, and mushrooms on the lawn, we received two calls about the mushrooms yesterday and today Phil Gallant, Pest Control Specialist came to deal with our other two issues. Phil was helpful - explaining the process of ridding our house of ants (what we could expect and when the ants might be gone), and thorough - reviewing the areas to spray for ticks and mosquitos. He was friendly and courteous - easy to work with.

Phillip Gallant did our stinging insect service today. He was very professional and did a great job scoping out our inground bees. He carefully explained that we had to be clear of the area for 24 hours. Thank you Philip.

Jacob Shurman was my technician today. He did a treatment for crabgrass and broadleaf weeds as well as a lawn fertilizing application today. He left a very detailed note to me re: the service he performed as well as an explanation re: weed control. The technicians are always very professional and do a great job.

Best decision we made all summer was to have our lawn treated. Before the treatment we couldnt sit outside at all, after the treatment, we were able to stay out even late into the night without any bugs. It has been safe for our cat and dog, they didnt get a tick all summer.I would highly recommend anyone who deals with mosquitoes or ticks around their home have this done. Great job!

Matt Wilkins came today to begin tick and mosquito control. He was courteous and professional as was Wayne when he came on May 14th for early spring treatment on our lawn.

I called. They said they cannot give any estimates and to call back next year in April. Perplexed by this. Its now September. What do they do all winter? I think I will call another service to see if they provide an estimate in fewer than 7 months. If not maybe I will try them again.
