My nails ALWAYS turn out so well every time I visit! Very inexpensive. Owned by a nice couple. Great, friendly service.If possible, I wouldtake off half a star for one reason: The salon doesn’t look great. I’ve been coming for years, and badly needs a good thorough cleaning and some updates. It doesn’t have a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere that I love. That said, I would not go here if I felt like it was unsanitary, or put me at risk for infection.PS Make sure you bring cash! They don’t accept cards.

I adore Tina and her husband so much. They have been doing my nails for almost 2 years now. They are amazing at what they do and their prices are affordable! They make you laugh and have many conversations during service. There is lots of colors to choose from.

Tina is great! I have been to several nail places in Augusta and some south of Augusta... this place takes care of you. The previous post of hate must not have been the correct Elegant Nails because I have never had anyone say Tina did a bad job. I understand sometimes it can be difficult to communicate but if you try, Tina is pretty good at giving what you want. She doesnt hurt your nails like some others Ive been to. This place is great!

A very pleasant surprise. Im not normally in Augusta but my husband was going to be at the VA for a while so I decided to find someplace to get my horrible acrylic nails re done. I had gone to a place in Rockland and was talked into getting colored acrylics, long story short it was the worst nail job Id ever had. Tina took one look at them and even though she really didnt have time took pity on me and sat me down and fixed the mess. My nails have never looked so good. This was the best set of acrylics that I have ever. Tina is great and her prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service, clean and professional but also very friendly. 18 years of experience in the same location. I went in for a standard mani-pedi with normal polish finish on my natural nails. Extremely happy with the result, and the price! They did not try to push me into the more expensive, acrylic, gel, etc. options. I will be making this place my new regular nail salon. They take walk-ins but call for an appointment if you dont have flexibility in your schedule. They are very busy!

Great work but limited staff long wait times

They dont do long nails!? How can a nail salon stay in business that refuses to do anything but short nails. I honestly didnt even want them all that long. They just lost what could have been a very regular customer. I get my nails done a lot!

This Nail salon is very good. It is one of the best places in this area. They are very courteous and are on time. I had the gelish nails done and it stayed for a very long time such as advertised in magazines. They stayed on for 2 weeks and more and did not chip. They do not do acetone soaks which will ruin your nails at other salons.I would have to disagree with the reviewer from a year ago because they should not have their license revoked. Nail salons all have different ways of doing nails. You will not find two places in this entire world where they do things exactly the same. If they wanted a french manicure, it would be airbrushed at that specific nail salon because that is how they do things there. Why should you have your licensed revoked for doing something different? If you wanted it hand painted, all you would have to do is just ask. And also, if they were to airbrush it, it comes off easily with window cleaner after you have removed the top coat with a nail polish remover. Its not impossible to remove. Its probably the EASIEST thing to remove out of all nail products. Turpentine? is not needed...I dont even know what this is. Anyway, airbrush is not only for tips, they are also for real nails and do not harm the nail whatsoever. If your nails have split and become sore, then go to Sallys salon and buy a nail strengthener which is what they also recommend sometimes to help your nails become less brittle. Also, get enough vitamins in your diet. Lack of vitamins might have caused this or just rub some Vitamin E oil on your nails to make them healthy again. If you had your nails painted for a long amount of time such as for 30 years, it is not healthy and that is why your nails are breaking. Your nails need a break from painting once in awhile to heal.Anyway, this salon, once again, is very customer friendly. They are very nice with a sense of humor and will joke around to make the atmosphere feel comfortable. Everyone there is usually smiling and joking also. They have many pretty colors from neutrals to very bright, popping colors. They also have quiet a few gel nail colors for anyone who wants gel nails done. Just a side note though, make an appointment ahead because they are busy with their repeat clients. Other than that, My experience was very good and I look forward to getting my nails done here more often.
