I had a great experience at this salon today. I had to call I ahead because they were busy, but they managed to fit me in on my lunch break. The young lady who cut my hair was very talented and her technique was excellent. She was quick to understand what I wanted and worked well from a picture on my phone. She was gave me exactly what I asked for and was really friendly. All the staff who were in today were super professional and friendly even though you could tell it was a really busy day. 100% satisfied with my experience.

The stylist working today 7/28/2021 provided me amazing customer service. Although she could not cut my hair today (staffing and previous appointments), she called the other Augusta store for me to check their wait time. This did not work either, so she called the Waterville store and made me an appointment. She was glad to do that and had a great personality, She made my day.

The girl that did my mens fade, 4-17-21 4:20pm she went far too short. No names but she will know who she is if she reads this. She was hurrying and basically ruined my haircut on one side. Shes a great stylist but she just needs to slow down and Id come back and let her try again. She faded it really well Ill say that. And she was cute. 👌

My hair is thin and hard to scissor into a decent doo. Nicole always does a great job tho and styles me from an urchin into an urchin with a great haircut! Affordable, professional and fun for the whole family.

Just called to get a quote for highlights. I asked specifically how much do you charge for full highlights vs partial highlights? The girl at the other end said we dont give color quotes over the phone. She seemed annoyed. She hesitated for a second and than says just plan on spending at least $150- $200. This is the quote I got without her even asking the length of my hair which is currently short. If I had to guess this girl was not in the mood to color anyones hair today and wanted to make sure I wasnt going to try. I wasnt looking to get it done until tomorrow anyway but she wouldnt know, she didnt ask. There is no way at a affordable place like super cuts is partial highlights on short hair going to cost $150- $200. Ive gotten full highlights on longer hair at more expensive places for under $150. Ill be keeping my business local for now on. Sorry I asked.

I gave it one star for making the appointment and getting me in quick. Thats where the good part ended. It was busy and that was a bad time to be there. It was kind of like, youre making my day worse, zip zip zip, get out. But, she did tell me itll grow back. Thats always nice to hear isnt it. The staff here is professional & give great service. Ive never been unhappy with my cut or style, no matter who did it. I like being able to check in while Im still at work so I dont have to spend my lunch break waiting for my appointment.

A vibrant young lady by the name of Hannah cut my hair here. I have super thick,mega wavy hair and I explained what I wanted and what I typically struggle with, and we came up with the best cut from there. The small talk was casual and friendly but not pushy. Worse color and cut ever. I now have thick red stripes on my bangs and big red chunks on the left side of my head no color to back or right side. My hair is all chopped up from the cut. I called to complain and they would not even give a partial refund...no way they are ever touching my hair again....now I have to pay for someone to fix their screw up and I leave for vacation tomorrow.......be smart go somewhere else!!! Ill NEVER go through their doors again !

Lucked out with a great cosmetologist. Usually avoid this kind of salon, but was desperate. Rebecca was awesome, and really listened to what I wanted, and worked her magic!

Friendly employees, good at what they do. The issue is with the company itself and their 10 year old payments accepted policy. No amex, no check (her only backup)only visa and MasterCard (her debit card expired apparently). Wife and kids got stuck by this policy with zero options or exceptions available. We have tons of 2018 problems to deal with now, let’s start eliminating all 2008 problems ASAP (I.E Googlepay. Apple Pay. PayPal. Amex. Discover. Etc).

Fine place to bring your children for cheap haircuts. A lot of people complaining in the reviews, this is a franchise . Its like going to Walmart or McDonalds and complaining about quality.
