Crazy long line only one girl at register trying her best to keep customers calm. Then she steps away for a moment to go to back room and get much needed help. A lady finally comes out to help in no hurry. Worst part a lady in line says to the rest of us, the room she went to get help has live video - so that manager lady who ever came out finally could see the line backed up and people come in and turn around and walk out because of the line. That is not the kind of manager, help you need. Felt so sorry fot the young girl working her butt off.

The store is always clean and the employees are nice but the line is ALWAYS backed up. If your just trying to run in real quick to grab something dont go there. Its never real quick!

This store always seems to be half stocked. They never really seem to have what i need but the employees have always been very friendly. Everything seems to be misplaced.

The cashier was nice and took the time to tell me about a coupon I wouldnt have seen. Sometimes I dont even take my receipt.... guess I should. Thanks DG. Good deals, quick, and helpful customer service in the store.

This is one of my favorite places to go after work. I dont get off till 9 pm and I can always count on them to be open and smiling faces to greet me. I prefer here over walmart besides walmart is closed by the time I get off. Even if it wasnt closed I would still come here just for the friendly atmosphere.

Love Dollar General but this particular store needs some improvement. They removed the Ethnic section of beauty supplies and when I asked, I was told supplies werent selling. Hmmmm??? All the supplies??? I now have to drive to another Dollar General further away :(. They also seem to get upset when you ask questions when App doesnt work or not honoring the App prices.. Recommend improved customer service!!!

Courteous employees, clean, and they know their store but if the stores busy expect only 1 cashier and a long line 5 you to a 20-30min wait time, until one of the other two stop stocking the shelves and comes to the rescue.

They had no Outshine coconut popsicles again.

Having recently moved to the area, the store seems to be the one I run to as its the closest to me...fortunately the staff there are very friendly. Had a cell phone charger emergency one night, got there right before closing and they were super friendly did not have an attitude at all and I felt so bad for getting there last second, but again they were very friendly and understanding ☺️ definitely recommend the store. 😊

My favorite place to shop. BUT !! Within the last months it has become a hastle to shop there. Out of and things. And many isles are blocked by carts with stock not put up yet For days. Then soon gone again. Who keeps up with the stock orders. No reason to block isles with boxes. Take it out when your putting it up.

The manager isnt customer friendly, shes always on her phone. Ignores customers. Very unapproachable. Theres one cashier there that is awesome, I wish I knew her name. The store is clean for the most part. Deals are good on certain things. Location is convenient.Update: long, slow lines. Never enough staff. Manager was in office while one cashier had problem. Waited in line 15 minutes. So disappointed.

Love everything about Dollar General! Did a lot of shopping in store this year such cute clothes for toddlers and shoes --- boots for little girls! Great toys too!!!

Im in there 3 to 5 times a week. Theyre 2 miles down the road and save me a ton in gas and time traveling to further stores on down the road. They have all the basic needs at an affordable price.

This Dollar General location is one of our go-tos for quick runs whenever we run out of a few basic necessities and want to avoid the larger crowds/stores. The employees are always polite, helpful, and will remember your face if you become a regular. Its also great for a relaxed night in because you can grab a movie from the Redbox located outside of the store then stock up on theater candy and snacks!Dont forget to check out the clearance aisle here - so many times Ive found awesome deals on things Ive both wanted or needed for as low as 27 cents.

Been in a few times. Always a long wait in the line to pay. My wife and I were just in and Michael was at the register and we were 3rd in line. Took over 5 minutes to pay for my spaghetti sauce because he was on his phone talking to someone. My wife hears him tell the person on the phone all he was doing was nothing, just checking people out haha he was on his phone the whole time we were on line.

Was buying a bunch childrens outfits to Joni to the Shriners Boston Burn Center are as they are in great need of kids outfits at this time . I went to the Auburndale store to see if they had any deals on the clothing that they have on sale the one I visited the day before was in Palm Coast Florida which is where I live but I also live in Auburndale Fridays through Mondays every weekend so I decided to give it a shot well I was told it was 75% off so I loaded up and then get the register theyre bringing everything up a lot more than I thought. After getting in the car and driving home and looking at my receipt I realized thats not 75% off that wasnt even 50% off that so I took it back and they said oh no its buy one get one 75% off extremely confusing so today I had to run to Dollar General and get trash bags and I have that digital coupon with 10% off and put my phone number in up at the register and she could see that they were the coupons there but it wouldnt apply it Im getting really discouraged every Dollar General I go into whats the sense of having coupons if you cant use them

Ive started getting some food items there. At the DG Market in lakeland, i like the produce better than Publix. Not as much, but reliably better w current mgr. Got us to try some other of their food items and have liked them as well. Much to my surprise.

Aisles were a tad overflowing with products on the floor making it a difficult time for getting around the aisles. Other than that, always certain products are at a significant discount for your purchasing pleasure.
