Very convenient......however its a little pricey for a key..

Needed duplicate keys. Went to Lowes & used the self serve machine. Worked great. Kinda pricey & it is cheaper to have someone do it for you in a regular hardware store but all the keys worked.

The machine was easy to use and understand what the next step was. The key came out perfect and works with no issues. The process was quick and simple.

Made appointment the night before. No call no show. Called back at appt time they said someone would call right back..no call again. Terrible!!
