Have been a customer for about five years. Easy to work with manager and feel comfortable leaving my Motorhome there. Amble space for coach. Clean parking area. Only request would be a second higher access keypad so I don’t have to get out of coach and run around to access keypad then back to coach to get in gate. We continue to be a customer as long as they have room.

I love using istorage for my furniture in the climate-controlled units. Very easy to access, and the customer service is fantastic.

I got a climate control unit, the price was reasonable and cheaper than other locations. I really appreciate how Ashley, explained in detail the costs and their policy. Its great to be able to access my unit without being in the heat or the rain.The location and hours of access is very good and they offer multiple ways to make your payments. I would recommend going to Harbor Freight to get your lock(s), they are half the price.

Had an excellent move in experience dealing with the paperwork process and Kim late Saturday afternoon... The building itself could be set up a little better as far as actually unloading and getting to the second story of the climate control units. But for what they have to work with I was impressed with the building, the staff and the overall up keep at the property. Very clean inside and out.

I booked a reservation with iStorage self storage on Orange street on 12/26/2019 online and then called the location to speak with an associate regarding payments, the storage unit and fees. I was informed that the price of storage unit $69/ month would b waived for the first month, but I would be expected to pay $40 including warranty and fees for the first month. On 12/27 I packed up a moving truck and my vehicle and drove to the location. Upon arrival I was informed for the first time that my storage unit was upstairs, after calling the previous day to ask about the storage unit (climate control, location etc.). I was hoping to store heavy furniture so I was hopeful that an elevator would ease the stress. After asking the associate where the elevator was located I was told for the first time (after calling and speaking to someone at that location) that the freight elevator was broken. After moving from one home to another all day I was hoping that putting my belongings in storage would be the easy part. I was not only physically exhausted, but very disappointed in the lack of transparency in this company. I was then told that if I couldnt carry my heavy furniture up the stairs then I had to drive to their other location 15 minutes away on Magnolia Ave for the same kind of storage unit : a second floor storage unit, that had access to a freight elevator. I explained to the associate that I chose the Orange street location for pricing and convenience and asked why is it that the same company had different prices for the same storage unit on the same level (second floor), $132 at Magnolia location. I was then told that the discounted price at the Orange street location was a result of the broken freight elevator. Despite the fact that I previously called and spoke to an an associate at the Orange street location, that was the first time I was informed of the priced differential. The associate even went as far as to falsely accuse me of calling the iStorage call center to get information about their location when in fact I called the Orange st store location. If you want to waste your whole day inconvenienced by the lack of transparency of a storage company: driving around and unloading and loading heavy furniture, just to pay $60 more for the SAME type of storage, then by all means you have found the storage unit of your dreams.

Love the unit i rented here. I can keep all my Christmas stuff in one place and know its safe.

Absolutely amazing! I rented a unit for 6 months and I have been very impressed with their professionalism, service and positivity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of any type of storage rather it be RV, Car, Boat, or just general items.

We have our motor home stored inside at iStorage on Orange. We have been very happy with the inside storage and ease of access 24 hours. The storage is very clean and secured by cameras. Ashley, the manager, is always just a phone call away if we need her.

Being in the middle of my house being sold before the new house is built has been very trying, but the simplicity of acquiring a storage unit with IStorage on Orange St has made my life easier. One less thing to worry about!!! Ashley generously worked her schedule around mine, which I greatly appreciated. The facility was very clean and inviting, which will also gave me relief in leaving my items there. I would highly recommend this facility!!!!

I reserved the unit over the phone what i am guessing is a call center. I was told i had elevator acess. This was an important feature as i have MS and my husband is 74. Upon arriving at the office in Aurburndale we were told there was no elevator access to that unit. Also no unit the size we needed available w elevator acess. SSo needless to say we had to take what we could which included 19 steps up to the second floor. We were given the excuse that the people at the call center dont really know the floor plans of the facilities.Really make them a copy.

I was overwhelmed when the need to relocate for work came, and I was faced with putting my household items in storage, nut Ashley and her team made the entire process much easier, I like my choice of unit. Having never used a storage before, I was quite apprehensive and worried sick, but the staff reassured me, they discussed options with me patiently of course, since this is my first storage experience, I was allowed to ask mundane questions without feeling embarrassed! I really appreciate their honest transaction with me, they didnt just want to rent me a unit, they wanted me to be happy with my choice of unit. I feel particularly safe, there are cameras all over the place, and knowing that the police station is just a minute away maked me feel more safe! I even went there at night during my move, and didnt feel unsafe! This storage is very clean, and in a very nice location....I like it and will always recommend them.
