After doing a google search for a plumbing company and reading several reviews, I decided to give True Plumbers a call. I called them on a Thursday and they were here on time on Friday to look at my hot water heater. Chris and Frank were great! They were knowledgeable, professional, assessed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. True Plumbers will definitely be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

What a fantastic company!! Very responsive. Carey and Brandon arrived EARLY and fixed the leaking toilet in less than 30 minutes. They were incredibly helpful and polite. The initial installation had a leak when I was finally able to test it. This was about 553 PM on a Tuesday afternoon.True Plumbers had an Expert Technician to me within 7 minutes of my call for help.It was the best response and follow service that I have ever experienced, not to mention Joel the gentleman that showed up was very professional and a true expert at his job.Even though it was well past time for him to go home for the day he did not look for easy solutions but did the job the best way possible and faster than I couldve expected.If you find yourself in need of a plumber or HVAC solution, you would be a fool to call any other company.Again, I want to give extra credit to Joel, he really went above and beyond and the fix that was applied is perfect!!

I had a clog in the line from my toilet. Second time I used True Plumbers, second great experience. Kent and Joel came to my home (called first so Id know they were on their way). They came and were glad to meet my dogs! My poodle was in love with both of them. When they heard about my problem, they said first theyd attempt to auger my toilet, then explained that mysterious project so I understood. If that didnt work, they said theyd have to do a more expensive snaking of the line (after removing the toilet. They were successful with the much less expensive auger method. They checked to see how my other drains were draining, and left within the hour. I felt very well served and will call for them again should a problem arise. Thanks for allowing me to review.

Being an experienced handyman in most projects an aging home may need, it just hurts my heart (and wallet) to pay for something I can do. Since the introduction of shark bites, plumbing no longer scares me. That as it may be, Chris at True Plumber completely impressed me with the job he did in every area you would look to complain in. While Plumbers are not cheap...they are worth every penny spent when you get the top notch service we received. God Bless you guys for having good old fashioned integrity and the care and concern which most companies have forsaken.

We re-piped our home and we had one of the best experiences anyone could ask for. Our plumbers were Hutch and Joel. They were both very kind and very knowledgeable plumbers. They knew exactly what they were doing and they explained to me exactly how they were doing all the re-piping. They were very clean and on time both days. I would 100 percent recommend Hutch and Joel + True Plumbers to my friends if they ever have problems with the pipes in their home. Hutch and Joel went beyond their work duties and I could not be any more pleased with their kindness and performance.

Chad, Carebear, and Hutch were very prompt and professional helping with a busted hose that soaked 4 rooms. They took great care of us! Chad went to great lengths to alleviate any stress my mom had about the mess we had. Thank you gentlemen!Today, March 29th 2021,we were installing the cabinets (last stage of the repairs) we put a screw in a new hose hidden un the wall. The teamwork was great. Within an hour the leak was repaired and we had a dehumidifier brought out to dry up any moisture. Thanks Curtis, Kyle, Ian, Raymond and another young man for taking care of us.I would like to say all jobs have their hiccups but True Builders and True Plumbers are 👍. Jobs not complete yet but I am happy with these guys. Renzo did a great job on our bathroom remodels too.

Friday night a pipe blew out in my wall making water gush into it like a waterfall. We were freaking out but managed to turn the water off outside and started googling for a plumber that was 24 hours. Found True Plumbing and called dispatch said they would see what they could do and call back. Only a few minutes later they called and said a guy would be there in 45 minutes. In even less than 45 minutes a man named Hutch came and looked at the problem and said he would fix it right away and he did! He was so nice and very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know everything that was going to happen and what all they were going to do. This calmed me down and took away all the worry. The next morning another very nice man and knowledgeable, to whom I forgot his name, came and checked for damage and did work to dry the walls and make everything safe for my family. Thank you so very much.

Hutch took care of repairing our hot water heater. He contacted the manufacturer and found out that parts were still covered under warranty. Once the part arrived, Hutch came the next day to to replace the part. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend True Plumers and Hutch to anyone that has plumbing needs.

I would NOT recommend this company. I have them TWO chances to do what they set the expectation for and they failed. I was speaking with one and she literally hung up on me when I called after waiting THREE hours for a call back. I will find their best competitor and give them my money.

On a several thousand dollar job I even spoke to one of the owners sopsely and they never called me back I have no idea why . Hutch and Zay arrived only 75 minutes after I placed my call. Upon arrival they assessed my problem. I had wet carpeting and Zayed crawled under my home (I wouldnt do that on a bet!) and concluded the leak was from above the floor. They located the leak and repaired it promptly. They made me aware of the companies mitigation services which I will use. In an hour and 45 minutes the repair was completed as well as all necessary paper work. Both men were polite, cordial, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend these men to anyone in need of plumbing services.
