Gail is a lifesaver. My sons laptop died and he needed documents off the hard drive for school. I called Gail and she was able to take a look at the laptop that same day. My son and I had tried all kind of online fixes, the screen was black, nothing worked, but Gail knew within minutes the problem was a bad motherboard. She was able to remove the hard, copy over the documents to a flash drive and save the day, all in almost no time. He has all the documents, in an unbelievably quick time, and she did this all for a very reasonable fee. It is so hard to find this level of professionalism and customer service any more.
