The guy from all around computer was so nice to help me, and didnt charge me for anything. The guy also try to make small random talks, which didnt make me feel awkward at all in the room. Because sometimes it gets awkward when nobody is talking in a room. I would totally recommend to go there if you have computers or laptop problems, and want to have a great service.

They upgraded my 5 year old computer that had a damaged HD, including installation of a SSD and doubling the RAM to 16GB. My computer, which was very slow, runs like a new computer. Their prices are very reasonable and their turnaround time is fast. Would highly recommend All Around Computers.

I came to these guys just to get a stripped screw out of my gaming laptop holding in my hard drive case that i been trying to get for 4 hours. Went in a few days ago to get a bootable flash drive made since my last system died on me and the only people I knew whose computers could be used to create a Windows ISO were using Apple/Mac OS. Since thats a pretty tedious process on a Mac (for some reason) I wanted to find someone in town that could do it quickly and these guys exceeded my expectations -- waited roughly an hour and the drive booted to Windows Installer instantly; skipped the BIOS menu and had the smoothest install ever. A massive relief given the demand on tech support post-pandemic. A+ service

They delivered a finished product when they promised and at the agreed price. No concerns whatever and I would use them again. The only reason for not giving five stars is that I would expect an operation of this size should negotiate parts discounts instead of charging full retail.

My particular problem only got halfway fixed, but in fairness my old gaming laptop was pretty much past being completely repaired without replacing whole motherboard and both graphic cards. They got one side working on SLI and helped me get to where I could use an external monitor to at least keep using it for running servers and extra storage.All in all, they spend their time to really help customers, and dont charge a bunch of fees especially if it cant be completely fixed no matter how long it took. Id trust them again easily

Our much loved laptop had served us well but the screen was toast. I held out hope to have it replaced, but sadly it was more cost efficient to replace. Not only did Damon take the time to double check the screen for me, but he went above and beyond by guiding me through a replacement. New laptop in hand, I went back and he transferred the data from old to new, than handed me the old hard drive. Such a relief to find an honest hardworking thoughtful company! Office staff is simply a dream to work with as well!

I brought in a laptop that essentially needed its whole case replaced. Danial was initially unsure whether hed be able to obtain the necessary parts, but offered to research whether they could be obtained (and there apparently would have been no charge if this research was unsuccessful). He succeeded at finding a supplier, provided me with an estimate the same day I brought it in, and had the repaired laptop back to me within just over a week. I was very pleased with the service.

I needed to set up an older laptop (6 years) to run two monitors and he directed me to several inexpensive sources. Brought my laptop in for a no wi-fi problem about 9 am on a Thursday. Daniel said hed do his best to get it back to me by the end of the day. To my surprise Daniel called about 12:30 to let me know it was ready. Because it was an easy fix (it just decided to start working after a few tries) he told me there was no charge. I gladly insisted that I pay him for his time. Trustworthy. A premium nowadays.

My laptop wasnt working properly and I took it to them to have Malware removed. Shortly there after my hard drive died (completely unrelated to the malware) and they replaced quickly and for little cost. Absolutely terrific company and service! I took my Mac for service after it froze up and they diagnosed a malicious malware that had totally destroyed my hard drive. They were able to replace the hard drive, restore my documents and applications from my backup drive, and then had to work around some of the files that the malware had corrupted on my backup drive that would not allow me to get back into my computer. Amazing!! Very honest, very thorough, great communicators...and Super Nice Guys!

When I first started using them years ago they were the BEST but not now!! A lot of changes in personnel!! When the tech left today he told me everything was fixed and my computer was in good shape. I gladly paid him the $45 charge. However, when I began to use my computer no such luck. I called the Office Manager and I had to beg him to help me as I needed to do some work tonight. I suspect that they do not want my business any longer as I said to him that I never minded paying for good service but .......?? The Office Manager was not happy about me being hurt about the service. My computer was left in bad shape. I am having to get another computer tech to correct the bad job that all Around computers did. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

This WAS an excellent shop up until about 7 months ago when their best techs and local management changed. Not sure why they were not replaced with similar personnel as to ability and knowledge but they were not.This bunch is like the Keystone Cops only not funny but sad and incompetent. Very happy with quick turn around. I had problems with my iMac and my laptop and they were able to fix all the problems very quickly. The guys at Auburn University service could not figure out one of the problems with my laptop and spent over a week trying to figure it out and still didnt have a solution so getting my problems fixed after two days restored my faith in computer geeks.

I sent in a laptop that I had broken the screen of. Came back, the screen was fixed, but All Around Computers misplaced one of the screws on the underside of the laptop.Now, whenever I open and close the laptop, the plastic housing for the laptop keeps separating (because of a lack of screw holding it together) and wanting to break all over again.The really stupid bit was that All Around Computers seems to have tried to super glue the plastic laptop housing, maybe hoping that the plastic JOINT wouldnt be affected by the MISSING SCREW at all and that I wouldnt notice that my laptop tries to split apart every time I opened it.The even sadder bit is that I tried to take the laptop back to them in order to have them repair their damages, but they simply stated that they dont have any screws of my laptops size (that THEY misplaced, mind you).
