Great Customer Service! Had my Dodge Charger in & out within 30 minutes for a Mid-Muffler Delete! Worth the trip out of town!

These guys were super. I called stating something was rattling. They said bring it in and well see what we can do. I brought it in on my lunch. He listened to it, said yes, if you have a minute Ill put it on the rack. He did and then drove it back out to me within minutes saying they just had to replace a nut and tighten a screw. He didnt even charge me. Great service.

These guys are great. Called to get an estimate. Took my jeep in for them to look at. They gave me a quote and ordered the part. It was delivered quickly and installed within a couple of hours. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

By far one of the best shops in Auburn Indiana. Very knowledgeable mechanics very reasonable prices excellent customer service. This is a pretty busy shop and they do their best to get emergency situations in. A quality shop does have a little bit of a wait to get in I guess thats not a bad thing proof that they do such good work

Great shop to deal with. Dont expect a fancy waiting room and a modern building (that YOU pay for in the other shops). What you can expect is a great bunch of honest business people that will work hard and do your job quickly, with quality, and very reasonable pricing. Ive taken three different cars to them - one was my brand new truck for custom exhaust, the other two for repairs - and couldnt have asked for any better service. Lied to me, over charged me, had some work on my truck I had to do, could of done it myself, instead I give them the work, charges me 200 for a simple job of putting my exhaust on, trying to say how it was so difficult to do yadayada like the other guy said owner makes you feel like your dumb, I just felt like he was talking nonsense aka lieing vibes like I’m the idea who couldn’t connect my exhaust, I didn’t feel like doing it he knew that much but since I told him about the other work I had performed then left them to do the rest he plays off that like I’m a idiot who couldn’t do something easy so talks and talks like it was so hard like you got a lift right, tools? Hardware? I could of done it myself in a hour, but ya that’s where I went wrong with giving these guys workI would of left a good review if his vibe was more honest and he don’t talk in circles about how it was hard, and if he gave a fair price, instead he acted like a bandit and took my Work lied made me feel dumb for bringing my vehicle to himThanks for overcharging a college student, father, and part time landscaping I work extremely hard for my money and don’t ever have enoughThanks for nothingSorry I had to leave you a bad review but this is only fair

After calling around trying to get a custom exhaust built for my Firebird, I finally gave GB a call and they were very friendly and easy to deal with. After explaining the exhaust I wanted they said they could do it (another shop told me that it couldnt be done, that it was even a fire hazard LOL) Anyways, took it in, and once I got the car back I was so excited. Not only did they do what I asked, it sounded awesome. Would highly recommend!

Good work at a fair price. Went here ate my car sat at a local shop for 3 weeks needing a donut gasket. After buying three different gasketz n spending over 60$ i got fed up and brought my car here... I literally droppes it off right when they closed and it was finished by 11AM the next morning... Come to find out the first gasket i bought fit fine. It just needed a little grinding... Plus they hooked me up with a fresh Flowmaster Muffler... Ive found my new ehxaust shop. Even if it is a 25 minute drive 👍

Went there with a company vehicle, which was a Dodge Grand Caravan modified with a manual wheelchair lift in the rear. A hanger for the exhaust had broken and the muffler was hanging very low and rubbing on the tire. Had already taken it to Monroes after waiting 4 days for an appointment there and they turned me away saying it was not possible for them to fix it due to the modifications. Decided to try Get Bent, and showed up there without an appointment and without calling first. They had it fixed within 10 minutes and only charged $30. Definitely recommended.

There cheap yeah but the owner treats you like youre dumb. Worst experience ever for me. Plus they spilled anti freeze all over my motor after they changed my thermostat in my van . And they really didnt listen to us on what we wanted to get other things fixed on our van . They just limited us on helping us like they didnt even care. Thats my experience on the matter .
