They wouldnt tow our car from a repair shop to our home. It was going to cost 6500.00 for a new head for our 2011 Chevy Cruze. We just wanted to bring it home so we could sell it or part it out.The repair shop said it was over heating and wouldnt make it home 11 miles away.Guess what, it made it home, thank God not AAA.

More than 4 hrs to tow my car. Unacceptable. Will be canceling my membership.

Wait is definitely to long and had to wait over 7 hours and the tow truck finally came and was the wrong tow truck to take my vehicle then another 4 hours to send a new tow truck this was the worst experience ever I just had renewed my membership before this happened but once my membership is over I wont be a returning costumer with Aaa

I had a six month contract for car insurance. I went with a higher coverage insurance instead of the cheapest possible and it turned out to be the best decision I couldve made. I ended up getting into a car accident and was able to have enough coverage to take care of it. It sounds cliche but it really was nice and such a relief to have peace of mind knowing that I was covered.I also like how its a smaller local place to get your insurance. Supporting local business is always a good thing I think.Its a small building/office so the service is quick and personable. Pleasant experience being a customer there. Only issue Id say is the location. Depending the direction youre driving you may have to do a u-turn at the light to get to it. Also the parking lot has about four spaces so its pretty limited. But its never been full when I visited but just something to know if you have a large car you might be better off doing street parking.

I had been an insurance agent for 35 years, and believe me I know good customer service when it comes to insurance. So grateful to have Fenix Insurance as my agent for car insurance. They have saved me hundreds just by selecting the best policy for my needs and budget, and then holding my insurance company accountable so that I get the most out of my policy! Most recently (last week), I was involved in a hit-and-run, and after the insurance company tried to charge me a $1,000 deductible, my agent called and schooled them a bit to ensure that I was only charged the $300 described in my policy. I have only had positive experiences with Fenix. We currently have homeowners, auto, earthquake and an umbrella policy with Fenix. For two of these policies, our agent went above and beyond dealing with underwriters to fully explain tricky situations we were dealing with. The knowledge and expertise of each person I have spoken with there has been exceptional. Everyone has always been friendly and more than helpful. We have made one auto claim and the process was made easier by having an agent who was helpful and knowledgable and went to bat for us when the insurance company wanted to cancel our policy. Fenix Insurance has by far been a more personal agency as opposed to the big brands who truly dont take time to get to know you and you are just a policy holder and not a client. Would recommend Fenix to anyone wanting that personal touch and those who who want an honest and reliable agency.

Just want to share that I was with the same insurance company for almost 30 years. went to Bob (owner) he was able to save me about $150 per month. made me sad I stayed with my old company so long. I have always had courteous service and able to stop by and talk to an agent there at any time. they have my cars, home, and business coverage. Sold for Life !!!!!

I had insurance for mobile home 6 months ago my agent it was a lady told me it would be cheaper insurance if I rented out. I sold that month ago. Now I bought another one called them back to get insurance. New lady told me living in it would be more cheaper then renting it out.Hard to trust people these days special there agent and just want to make more money tricking people.Got hold of the old agent she told me different.RidiculousShop around dont get tricked by these agents.Would not go back them again

This is a great locally owned and family operated business. They offer honest quotes, provide excellent customer service and have fantastic rates. I spoke with Jeff several months ago and had him give me a quote for all of my cars and my home. When I compared the rates with what I was paying Allstate, it was a no-brainer! By switching over to Mutual of Enumclaw, I saved over $600.00 per year and now have better coverage. These guys are easy to work with and a real person always answers the phone when you call. (no annoying machines) Ive been with them for about 6 months and couldnt be happier.

For a small business you would think it would be alot cheaper then most upscale companys i renewed with them twice, both times my premium went up..i was payin over 200 a month with a perfect driving record no accidents no tickets what the heck. I went to geico literally half that amount. My parents had 2 cars with them again perfect records no tickets every time they renewed for almoat 3 years it went up. Finally switched them to geico again half that amount. Fenix has no extra benefits u cant download an app for your phone you cant even call them after business hours not to mention they are rude Yet they want to charge so much!! I gave them one star because i couldnt do less then that...save some money and go to geico or someone eles guaranteed youll be paying less for more benefits and better polices.
