My car was in another shop for two weeks and they couldn’t figure out what was happening or what was wrong with it, so I asked them to let go of my car and send it to Auburn Foreign Domestic. It was an easy flow right then. Got my car there on a Friday and got it back on Tuesday. That was pretty quick with diagnostics, Repair and them dealing with my warranty company. I drove all the way across the USA from New Jersey and of course it wouldn’t be a road trip without troubles. I realized my brakes weren’t doing well and called this place the minute they opened to try to squeeze myself in. I was planning on having to call auto shops all morning but luckily they were the first one I called and Greg was able to get me in that same day. I dropped off my car and a few hours later had my brakes completely replaced. Great value and service despite being squeezed in during a busy week. My cars check engine light came on and the engine had a misfiring problem that was getting worse, and, about to make my car become non- drivable with lurching and stalling out, etc. There were no loaner cars available, but they offered flexibility on pickup and drop off times that really helped!

We had an ongoing overheating issue with our sons 2009 VW. After $2k spend at another garage, we brought it here. They diagnosed, repaired and expertly fixed the issue! We are very pleased and will continue to use them!

The employees are very nice and showing me nothing but generosity. Unfortunately, this place is quite expensive, and a scam.After getting a battery and oil change. At the end of my service I was told that my rear brakes needed changing. The price was a bit out of my budget so I told them, “I’ll come back, and save some money for it”.I go to Brads Auto service which is not too far, and they tell me in contrast, that my rear brakes were actually in practically new condition. That there was something minor about it that needed fixing in that area.I was relieved to hear I didn’t need a brake change. But at the same time was a bit infuriated to find out I nearly got scammed for something that didn’t need a change.I can’t recommend this place at all if that is how they perform business. Instead go to Brad’s Auto service on Auburn Way.

One of the best experiences Ive had with an automotive shop. Their level of communication and consideration for my situation was like none other. They very quickly served me, added value to me, and earned my trust.

I recently purchased a used Volvo and the check engine light was going on and off after a couple of days so I brought my car in to the shop I talked to Greg before I brought it in and he was very polite and up front about how much it was going to cost becausetbecause needed to do a full inspection (which is what I wanted it to do anyways with having a new used car). Found out it was the fuel pressure sensor or something like that so we decided to get that changed and Greg was very honest inain sthat I had a pretty solid good car and that he couldnt even recommend any fluid top offs except for a brake flush. I feel like if I would have taken it anywhere else they would have told me I needed a whole bunch of other things I didnt really need so Im very happy. They worked hard to get it fixed so I didnt have to wait over the weekend and I appreciate that!

Overall very disappointed with my limited experience here. Called for a quote for a coolant and brake fluid flush and replacing a wheel bearing. As the prices for the basic fluid replacement were ridiculously high (TRIPPLE what I was quoted from others) I Called ahead to get an appointment for Friday morning for a new wheel bearing on a Honda Civic. I dropped the car off at 8 am but was never given an estimate for when exactly it’ll get done. 3:15 pm of the same day I get a phone call telling me they’ve only now diagnosed that the car needed a wheel bearing (which I told them was the issue but hadn’t had it diagnosed at a shop so I asked them to confirm before starting work) but that they wouldn’t be able to work on the car yet as they were a lot of cars ahead of me (something they probably should’ve taken into account before scheduling me the day before) and I could leave it there for the weekend and maybe get to it Monday or come and get it before they close in less than an hour. For this inconvenience they said I wouldn’t have to pay for the diagnosis (as if they were doing me a solid lmao. Diagnosing a wheel bearing is as simple as a ride around the block and jacking up the car and shaking the wheel) when I asked if anyone from the shop could come get me (i live less than two miles from the shop) I was given the excuse that they didn’t want to risk a 10k fine for disobeying the governors Covid orders (again had to contain my frustration as when I was dropping off my car this morning not a single employee or customer was wearing a mask nor did I see a single sign asking anyone to wear a mask) unreasonable prices, poor communication, and straight up lying along with wasting my time and as a result have lost a potential customer. You’ve been warned

I worked with Jerry to get my 2005 Mercedes in for service due to a Transmission leak. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix the same day. Awesome communication throughout the process via email, text, and phone. Ill be going back to visit these folks in the near future to have some additional work done on my car. Need some major repairs on my BMW x5 and always got the run around with the BMW service department, so I went searching for a great shop and found these folks. No long wait for an appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. The repairs were extensive and they were very quick on responding and keeping me informed. Just as I was dropping the car off for them to find the problems, I found out they offered loaner cars and they were able shuffle things and get me into one.Everything went great the cars fixed and running fine. Jerry was great to work with and Ill make this my go to shop for all my cars.

I take both my Honda and Lexus here. I don’t dread taking my car in for maintenance like I used to when going to the dealer. They are fair, reasonable and always communicate what needs to be done without pressuring you into something that is not necessary at the moment. I was recommended to them years ago, and continue to recommend them to others. They also have a nice comfy waiting room, and a courtesy shuttle back home or to work!

If that doesnt say Happy with the service I receive, I do not know what will. Its nice to patronize a business where there are familiar faces. Both at the counter and doing the work.

Took my Daughters VW in for a problem that the code reader said we had. Evidently we need to have the whole car diagnosed to the tune of over 200 $. Mind you this is not part of the cost for actually fixing the problem we already had. Jerry was in so much of a rush that he hung up on me mid sentence. I used to come in here with my BMW the service was great the prices were fair.Last time I brought it in the Tech gave it back to me with a hand full of door parts and an incomplete jobI figure today is strike 2 This isn’t baseball I’m done your out

This is our second time going here this year. Greg (the owner) is knowledgeable, very communicative, honest and fair. We had taken our Yukon down to the gmc dealer and they were less than sufficient. Had a pre-buy inspection on a 2016 car with a minimal service history. Took about 2 hours then they had a full and detailed report waiting for us! Greg took the time to explain and price out the work that the car should get, in order of priority and did his best to find ways to save us money and time. He was very knowledgeable and encouraged us to do some of the work ourselves if we felt so inclined. Not pushy at all. Absolutely would recommend returning.

Experienced an intermittent miss and engine shutting off problem. Took car in and they had a difficult time isolating the problem but persistence paid off and found the problem. It was a part they replaced over 3 years ago but with little miles on the car since the part was replaced, they covered the labor and part. I let them know I was going on road trip. The checked everything. So far 1/2 way done with trip and no issues. Great service.

I had the pleasure of calling Auburn foreign and domestic last week I had bought a new car and I was worried something was wrong. Greg told me to come on down on a Friday at 4 pm he checked out my car and had another master tech come look/listen to it for me unfortunately it probably needs a new engine but they were so king and helpful it really made me feel better about my situation I will definitely come back to them whenever I need great compassionate service!

I took my Chevy Aveo in for a scheduled timing belt replacement. Before taking my car in, I called about a week earlier for a quote for parts and labor. I talked with Greg. Very friendly. He called me back the following day with a quote that I felt good with.I brought my car in on a Monday, 8 AM. Greg informed my my car should be ready by that afternoon. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to hang out in their waiting area. They wanted to keep it open for others whom are coming in for oil changes and other work that doesnt take too much time. Annoyed, but I understood. The waiting area is very nice. Leather sofas and a wide screen TV. And most importantly, very clean!!!Come about 3:30ish, I havent heard back about my car and they close at 4:30, so I called. I talked with Greg, and he informed me that one of the techs had called out and they were a bit behind. There was a tech on my car, but in order to finish, he would have had to rush. He did not recommend that. He did offer me a loaner, which I did accept.The next morning, Greg called me about a part that needed to be replaced and an issue with the timing belt cover. We agree on a game plan and he informed me that my car should be ready by the afternoon.Come about 3:15ish, I called for an update. My car was being finished up and should be ready shortly. When I arrived, Greg went over what they did worked on. The bill was inline with the quote plus the cost of the part that was discovered during service.When it came to pay my bill I did mention that whomever had the loaner before me, did not top off the tank. It was only at 3/4 of a tank, but I did return it with a full tank. They took off $15 off my bill. Very appreciated.Just a couple of notes:-If they are short techs for the day, I would appreciate a call as soon they knew that my car may not be finished before they closed for the day. I wasnt thrilled that I had to call and find out near closing. Luckily, I was able to get a ride and pick up the loaner shortly before they closed.-As for the loaner I received, it was a Dodge Neon. Ran well. Interior was clean. However, there are signs that not everyone has treated the car with care. Review mirror had impact cracks, the dash had cracks, and the vent grill on the dash for the defroster was all but gone. And as mentioned earlier, I received the loaner with 3/4 of a tank. Otherwise, the car did what I needed to do.-When I got into my car, it was not parked in a customer friendly spot. My car was parked next to the fence to their holding area. The way the parking lot is laid out and the angle of the building, I could not back out with my car pointed to the road without hitting the building the car next to me. So I had to back out and enter the holding area and do a number of 3-point turns in order to get out.Overall, I was happy with the service. Greg was friendly and helpful. I felt I got a fair price for the service I requested. As my car goes through its twilight years, I will return for any work that I dont feel comfortable performing myself.

Couldnt be happier with these guys. Made an appointment got right in, even though my engine was too hot to touch they have powerful fans to cool the engine off so they can do the service and I was still out of there with in less than an hour fantastic. The people there are very friendly, what a great environment to bring your car to.
