My mom brought her 2016 Hyundai Sonata here for a full service. Breaks, rotors, tires, oil change. Today she told me that her oil light had come on. I checked the oil level and noticed a dry dip stick. I poured a quart in and it still showed dry. After pouring a grand total of 3 quarts of oil it was still showing one quart low. A 2016 Sonata should hold 4.86 quarts. I checked under the car and her driveway and there is no oil. If her car leaked 4 quarts of oil that would he hard to miss.That would mean that her car had about one quart of oil when she left that shop.I worked in an auto shop for 2 years. So I know a little about this and forgetting to fill the car with oil is unacceptable. She is lucky that she caught that before ruining her engine. If I had known how bad it was I would have left the engine empty and demanded one of their senior techs or management come to her to inspect it before I filled it. Im encouraging her to file a complaint with them or the BBB.

I blew a tire this morning on my way to an appointment! In a panic, I called Jeff at Best One in Auburn! I took my 2016 fusion here for an alignment along with 2 other cars of a friends. All cars pull either right to left, steering wheel is at the 10 o clock position in my car and 2 o clock in both of my friends cars. My car now jerks at every un even spot in the road and do not feel safe allowing anyone else to drive my car. The fellow at the front desk had the maturity level of a 12 year old. Would let Stevie wonder do an alignment on my cars before these guys, needless to say I (nor any of my friends) will be a returning customer.

I bought the warranty that is supposed to include free repair anywhere. I figured bringing it in would help them on a spare. He said they closed at 330, and rescheduled me for 315 the next day. So... 320 today wasnt good enough. Dont buy the warranty!! Go to Tireville!

I went in to get my wheels balanced after noticing a bad shimmy coming from the front end. People were very nice but after finding 2 striped rotor studs on the passengers front while balancing wheels they didnt have nor try to get replacements. $2 parts at any auto parts dealer down the road. This is something I believe a tire shop would see frequently and be prepared for.I ended up having to drive car home with a missing lug nut and replacing myself. Not a huge deal but once I replaced the wheel studs I took the car out for a drive and got it up to 70mph. Now I have a horrible shimmy/shake coming from the rear end.

Would not recommend this place to nobody! I had a blow out two hours from home I took my tire In 3 hours before they closed and the guy at the front desk said What the hell do you want? We dont have time for you. If you dont have time fix a tire ok but dont speak to potential customers that way. Because of them Ill go to a Walmart before best one.

Even tho they didnt have a used tire for our car they was more than willing to help loosen the lug nuts for me .i tryed to give the young man some money and he refused it saying that he was glad to help differently recommend these guys for all your tire needs .that my friends is what small town servise is all about and i will be getting my tires there in the near future thanks best one tire for your help today.
