Had someone come jumpstart me car.Both the guy on the phone and the guy helping me out were very friendly.I was 1 mile away from them and to jumpstart took literally 1 minute. At first I thought I didn’t hear right, but I was charged $55.

I was in the middle of a custody exchange when my brakes went out in my truck. I was stranded with my kids, and my 12 year old dog without a leash. The lady Jennifer was so helpful trying to give me the most accurate quote for towing, and when the gentleman showed up, he had a dog leash with him, all thanks to her. They were truly prepared for anything, he arrived earlier than expected, and the cost was cheaper than expected too! Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly with a fair price.

My experience was great considering I had to have my car towed. I forgot to get the gentlemans name but he was awesome. We talked and laughed the whole way to Suburban Ford and it made it less painful.I would recommend this company anytime.The gentleman said he was moving around Sylvan Lake if that helps.Thank you again for your service.

I was near Jakes so I called them for a tow & they were more expensive than other tow places ($65 + $4 per mile). The Jakes guy who answered my call was friendly tho. I chose a cheaper tow company that was also $65, but didnt charge for mileage (General Towing). Generals guy who answered my call was friendly too & the tow driver was awesome!

I called got a price then the next day they drop it off & charge me $ 20 more. Will never use this tow service again.

I was in a fender bender and Jakes Automotive got me off the road within 10 minutes of it being called in. I was upset and emotional going to see my car afterward and everyone there was so comforting and friendly. Specifically, Janice, Devon and Doug were extremely helpful in assisting me and giving me as much information as they possibly could. I highly recommend Jakes Automotive.

Well I set a appointment up for 10 am today 7/14/20 to have my truck towed to a repair shop and 10 am came and went so I finally called them about 11:45-12pm and the dispatcher said they never knew to send a tow truck 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ So he said sorry and they would have some one out here in 20 min I was irritated because I have so much to do but I waited and here it is almost 2pm and I call and he said they had something going on and it be 20 minutes now Im mad but still wanting the tow I ask to get a discount or something for the inconvenience and he said nope cant do that and I told him look I couldve called another tow truck and before I could finish he said do that I said then kool never mind Ill call another tow company. That is what you can expect from this company if your sound black and live in pontiac And I say sound black because I am a Latino and regardless of race no one should be treated this way

Unfortunately after several weeks of attempting contact i am going to have to start making posts. The proprietor is a theif, sells bad products out of his lot under the promise of guaranteeing them should they not work. In this case a set of tires, they even confirmed in writing that the 1 slit that was hidden under havey layer of grease on the tires i bought for $600 would be covered and replaced. When time came to do it, he ghosted me. Havent been able to get in touch since. So not only did i drive 15 hours round trip for them, i am out my cash for the full set as i am unable to locate a similar replacement for the single bad tire. I do wonder if the thousands in cash they make selling truckloads of tires is reported income...

Excellent serviceI called tow service because my car won’t start. I already tried to jump start my vehicle but it is not the battery problem. The guy came and tried to start my vehicle first. Amazingly, he made it. He said it takes more time due to cold weather.

Totally would reccomend this place to anyone especially in emergency situations like I endured myself. The driver Nick was super friendly and efficient with picking and dropping my vehicle off. He even had reccomend other options that would make it cheaper to get my vehicle back o the road. Ive had to have my car towed a couple of times and have never had such a smooth transition. Actually he was so cool I stopped stressing over my vehicle situation

Live a few hours away and we had problems on I-75 in construction for 3 hours. The towing company sent Paul, who saved us time, stress, and money. What would have otherwise been a three-day and really expensive incident, Paul went above and beyond to help us and knew what was wrong right away, turning it into a fairly quick and easy fix. Can’t thank and recommend them enough!

Wonderful service. I called on a Saturday night from a restaurant. Jim was there within 1 hour. He provided top shelf professional service. I would highly recommend them.

Will make up miles and up the tow fee, charged 38 miles for a 30 mile ride, and $65 tow when they told me $50 over the phone. Profesional driver though.

This place is a rip off. Car got in accident police called them and they charged outrageous prices and lied about services they provided. I will be call auburn hills mayor and the police chief. The city should stop doing business with them I am filing a complaint and notifying BBB. Also they are closed on weekend and you cannot retrieve your car. They charged us an addition 25 dollars every day even though they were closed and we were there to get car.

Awful. Not helpful in the least, prices are sky high, employees are rude. Please do NOT take your car here and do NOT let a cop call these people (thats what happened in our case). Call your own tow truck from another company and have them tow it to a garage where you can grab things when you need them and dont need to pay a storing fee.

This situation I had was in the middle of the night and they came through, the tow man was Dakota, the most experienced rig man I’ve run into, if I owned a towing company I’d do all I could to keep him there, if my industry is looking for somebody I’d give them his number and hire him at any price!

Terrible. Was told under an hour, after an hour and a half, called and was told another 20 minutes. After another 40 minutes had to call again and was told they’re almost there. 30 minutes later no one showed. Had to Uber home and leave the car unattended with the key in it.
