I do not recommend this place their units flood and they will not reimburse your money for the damages

I was in need of a storage unit and I talked to Sondra on the phone and she was able to help me with all my needs. Moving is a very stressful time already and let alone trying to find a nice local storage unit during the process. Sondra was very friendly and helpful and made one part of my move easy for me. She was knowledgeable about all my questions.It was nice to talk to someone who cared and knows what its like to move. Great customer service Sondra 😁 Thank u

Staff is great. Very helpful and friendly. Can’t beat the price compare to other competitors. Easy accessible in and out. My only concern is the road before you entered the complex is in pretty bumpy condition but it’s probably because they are sharing their driveway with another complex that is a high traffic volume area especially with deliveries coming through in and out. Other than, I’d recommend this place with a competitive price and great customer service.

Helping a friend move, and he had some stuff that he needed to put in his storage unit. It is after hours, but the facility is 24 hours so we should be able to get in. However, after my friend put in his code, he got the below message please see a manager. He tried calling support, but he just got an automated message stating they were closed. Because of this, my friend has to pay for another day of the Uhaul rental truck. All because iStorage would not let him in with his code to access his storage unit that he paid for.

Decent, reasonable prices but they really need to get them pot holes fix its so horrible trying to pull inat the gate, at least put some gravel down i seen to car mats on the ground like that was gone help

Needed some extra space (apartments just dont provide) so I checked around at a few different places. The final decision to rent a unit here, instead of the others, came down to Customer Service!Katie (didnt catch her last name) took the time to explain the sizes and prices. She helped me to decide on the space that would be suit my needs (FYI - she NAILED it) and she smiled... I assumed she was smiling - couldnt tell with the mask, but I felt it.I look forward to coming back and dealing with her each time.

Horrible customer service. Spoke to office explained we would be there Saturday morning...left all our information... Sandra said no problem. Showed up at 11a Saturday morning and no one... the gate was locked... had a u-haul

Soon after I hung up the phone, Nina from the actual office called me to set a appointment to see the unit. I told her I was headed to her already. From the phone call to the time I walked into the office. Nina was very pleasant and professional. I appreciate her and explaining the terms and conditions clearly. she took her time was was pleasant the entire time. From showing to signing the lease. Bonnie and Nina were amazing to work with! They were friendly and provided me with the best storage option for my needs. The facility is in great condition. My only concern was the main office was dangerously hot and humid. Not sure how the employees can manage in those conditions and keep a smile on their faces. Also, the driveway leading to the entry keypad is terrible and needs repair quick!! Overall, I had a great experience!!!

With the quick sale of my Condo, we were in need of a place to store stuff rather quickly. I called and reserved the unit using the national number. Nick, the local manager, was eager to help us and called back within 5 minutes! Fast forward 1/2 hour (we didnt have much time folks), Nick greeted us on sight. He was very courteous, helpful, and professional. The location, although older, was neat and clean. We were very greatful to find such a nice place so close to home. I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility!!

My mother Phyllis first spoke with a young lady name Patricia who showed her two 10 x 15 units, one inside and one outside. She went over the prices and was a very pleasant lady. She then decided to use Simply Self Storage and spoke with the General Manager Nick and he was very thorough in regards to the contract and general information. All in all it was a very painless and good experience.

Ive had multiple storage units in my life... as a college student and one who moves a lot for work. They just changed names but they were Simply Storage last week...literally just last week. One of the worst storage facilities Ive ever used. Thats all.

I have stored my property at Simply Self Storage for about 3 years, and Ive been very happy with the facility. But Ive been most satisfied with the customer service I received. Nick, the manager, was able to help fix a mechanical issue with the door of my storage unit very quickly and effectively without any inconvenience on my part. Im very grateful for that level of service.

We just moved our stuff in a few weeks ago. The manager is very nice and helpful and explained our options so we could choose the right size for our needs. Its clean and easy to get in and out with the security gate. I dont like that you cant make payments ahead of time. They only take full payment and not partial.

Have rented a unit at the Auburn Hills location for about a year now. The unit next to mine has a serious problem with rain water pouring in from the roof and leaking through the bottom of the wall into my unit. I have informed management of the problem and they are either unable or unwilling to do anything about it.

Well where do you start? First I had a storage unit for 6 years at the same place and I had moved out of state. I had called a couple different times throughout the years and ask if I cant make it back to Michigan to clean it out what should I do? I was told by 2 different people that just call and they will email me over an abandonment notice saying I will give up the rights to my stuff. I said ok But after 6 yrs and the payments going from 90.00 to 150.00 I decided to call and see if they could lower my rates?? I was told sure just come and move your stuff from one storage unit to another and will go down to 107.00 ??? I said WHAT???? I said that makes no sense. Well thats what we have to do she said. So I decided to get the abandonment letter filled it out and emailed back. I then called to make sure everything was good and I get another lady (that doesnt understand customer service) and said thats not the way that will work you have to fall 3 months behind and go into collections. Once again I am OUT of the state!!!! I never missed a payment in the 6 yrs I have rented the unit. Then she gives me a district managers phone number and I call and it goes to an answering machine. We will see if anyone with common sense can help IF I GET A CALL BACK. I will update when and if I get a call back. However no matter what the people that are there running the Istorage should all know exactly how the business should run and how to have customer service. Very poor. I hope I can resolve this without anymore problems.I did say I would update after, and found out the district manager was real nice and helpful with my problem. Thanks Dawn for calling me back while you were on your vacation. 1 bad apple shouldnt spoil the bunch! Thanks for the help and I think we have resolved the problem!
