Shia (pronounced SHI-YAH not shee-yah) gave me the best wax I’ve ever had! She is super professional, sweet and very comforting. We had so many laughs during the session. I feel as though I have a high tolerance for pain but it was almost as if I felt no pain during our session. This is saying a lot because I have been getting waxed since 2013. I don’t live in the area but I plan to book with her each time I visit!

I live in Louisiana now, traveling to Atlanta every month to 6 weeks, and I still go to BWBA! (Pssst...Celma Rosa is who I go to) Ive tried others in the past. They dont compare.

I came in today to get a wax. I booked my appointment online with Anaya I believe not sure if that’s the girl I got because she actually didn’t talk to me at all. She asked no questions at all. & when she was done she just said “you’re finished” & walked out. I just want to say with everything going on in the world it would be nice to at least come around woman that embrace & uplift each other especially in an intimate setting like this. It’s just sad. I still tipped her $20 which I probably shouldn’t have but i hadn’t had a wax in over a year. I definitely won’t be back here at this location.

My first time at this location. & this is during covid-19. They’re doing appt only so youre not by anyone I’m the waiting area it’s pretty much just you and maybe 1 other person. I’ve been going here for years. I try to go to the same person I’m used to going to. It seems as though people leave the company quite often. But I’m not sure that I should be punished for asking for a person not being there. I say this to say, I called today and asked would the last person who did my wax.. I couldn’t remember her name so I probably butchered it but the person who answered..... SO RUDE!! She said she no longer works here and literally slammed the phone down in my face. She didn’t ask did I want to see anyone else and didn’t care. I shouldn’t have to feel what happens in a business, I’m clueless. The person who answered should never do customer service! Go somewhere else... I just heard that they double dip in the wax, which would explAin my hair bumps.

Ive been going to Celma over 5 years now. Shes the best. Shes fast, knowledgeable but I most appreciate her genuine spirit. Its important to feel comfortable with the person giving a Brazilian and she exceeds all expectations every single time. Love Celma! Ask for her!!

Ive been a patron for years. I love the service I receive from Celma, but not the customer service from the front desk. The woman at the front desk needs to leave! She is very short and often rude to the employees and customers.

This was a first bikini waxing experience. I didn’t have an appointment and was seen right away. Fair prices. My lady was very accommodating to me. Answered all my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible. :)

Ive been getting waxes for about 2.5 years and Ive always gotten strip waxed, which I found out today is called a soft wax. I wasnt happy with my past 2 experiences and asked around for recommendations. Most of my friends get hard wax so it was inevitable that I get one. This chain was recommended by a friend and the Yelp were reviews were great so I gave it a try. I did a walk in on a Friday after work and it didnt take long to be seen. Ciara took me to the room where I undressed. She was very friendly and I explained to her that I had been getting strip waxed and I was hesitant to do hard wax because I assumed it was going to be painful but it wasnt! Hard wax is way less painful than soft wax. We had friendly, casual conversation and she gave me suggestions on how to prevent ingrown hairs. My first hard wax experience was pleasant and I def recommend this place. Ask for Ciara.

Spa smelled nice upon entering, receptionist greeted me and was cool for the most part, she seemed like she had some kind of issue but remained professional. Very bad customer service. My wife was 38 weeks when she came to get a wax. I’m thinking I can come in to support her because we all know how painful it could be. I mean our doctor said it was safe but she just wanted that extra support. So we get in and the woman at the desk was straight as far as her attitude. So the salon worker came out to get us. She didn’t even acknowledge me but rudely said I could not come back to the room. I asked for an explanation and she really didn’t have one. So I asked the receptionist to speak to the manager so I can get a better explanation . The manager didn’t even come out her office and told the woman to tell me “company policy” and that’s just how they do it. I guess apples don’t fall far from the tree even in business . If management has a sour, offensive attitude and don’t even respect a customer enough to explain a policy I don’t expect the regular employees to have fantastic service. The reason why I’m writing this post is because they made me feel like I’m a pervert/outsider and it would be disrespectful for being in the room with my own wife while she got waxed.

I have been a client at a few different Andreria wading salons for the past few years. I love this location. The layout is so pretty and welcoming. Makes you forget about the pain you are about to be going through!The employees are always friendly, I typically walk in and have no trouble getting an appointment. Sometimes there is a little wait, but that is to be expected when you are a walk in client. I never have a problem with that.I cant remember who I first started seeing here, but for the past year or so I have only, and will only see Nicole! She is amazing! She is so friendly and really makes you feel like you are coming in to catch up with a long time friend! Her waxing technique is the best, she has you in and out within 20 mins (tops! Its usually more like 15!) and her waxing is practically painless!I noticed another review saying she was rude to them, but I guarantee that client was rude and had an unable to please personality.I have never had a bad experience here and have even referred a few people to Nicole. They all love her.

I would like to give them more because Celma was great! But I went there yesterday and got my eyebrows waxed. Whatever kind of wax they used is not for those with sensitive skin.i immediately felt a burning when I left the location and continued to feel it for the rest of the day. Ive tried alcohol, lotion, etc. Nothing seems to sooth it. Today the skin around my eyebrows is very swollen, itchy, very sensitive, and broken out with acne. I will never return to this place and will be getting my body hair needs done elsewhere.

I normally go to the Buckhead location and the service there is excellent! The front desk receptionist and the beauty consultants are all super friendly and nice. I recently moved and came here for the first time. Selma did my waxing and she did a great job. She was very nice and quick!The only reason I didnt geive 5 stars is because the front desk receptionist was not friendly at all. From check in and check out she had minimal conversation with me. I didnt see her offer me or any other customers any water or be friendly with any other customer (something that I always saw in the Buckhead location). Hopefully she will realize that its important for customers to feel welcome and be more friendly.

The staff here is always courteous and engage you in conversation. There is never an extremely long wait time when you dont have an appointment either. Ive never had any issues at any of the locations until recently, which is why I am giving (4) stars. The two ladies that I would typically ask for were not in and busy that day. The lady that did my underarm wax service (cannot recall her name) nearly ruined my arm pits. I have very sensitive skin and she kept waxing over the same area over and over again knowing that she shouldnt have.

Celma is EXCELLENT! I visited this location and received my first Brazilian wax three years ago and she always makes me feel comfortable. Celma is very personable and is extremely knowledgeable with her craft.

Made a last minute appointment since I was around the block and was told to arrive before 5pm. Called while pulling up and the receptionist said I could still be seen. Walk up to the door, they were closed! Lights off! Why tell me you can accept my services when you left as soon as you hung up? My sister and niece are regulars at this location and theyre always raving about it, so needless to say I decided to accompany my niece to her next walk-in. Well the location is beautiful and the offered refreshments. Well we get home and my niece notices that theres hair left over and wax residue on her body. Safe to say she wasnt a happy camper. We called the facility & was advised to come back and someone else will re-wax her and clean the area. Well we get there and Nicole the same tech comes out for the re-wax, mind you we had to drive back to the facility during the height of traffic while getting ready to go on a trip out of town and not one person apologized for the inconvenience or was empathetic. Instead Nicole came out and started discussing the matter with the receptionist stating the problem area was one that they dont wax. Well riddle me this then, why was there wax in that area in the first place? Needless to say i wont be bringing my business to this location if theyre going to be so unprofessional. I was really excited until this.

Today I went and received a wax from Brazilian Wax by Andreia. I have been here before and the service is usually excellent. However my experience today was completely subpar to what I am accustomed to. One of the wax specialist, Nicole, gave me less than excellent treatment. She left me sticky and still with some hair on my butt region. I called and informed them about this. I was told by the receptionist to return and the problem would be rectified. However when I got there this was not the case. Nicole was the one who fixed the issue. While fixing the issue, she was condescending as if I should have not reported the subpar treatment. When she was done and I was preparing to leave, I noticed Nicole and the receptionist standing by the front desk staring me down. I felt VERY uncomfortable. No one apologizied nor did they do any damage control regarding the situation. I will NOT be returning because of this experience.

Ive always liked other locations. And Im sure this one does a great job too...however I called on my way there to ask about wait time due to my time crunch. Was told no wait and that I should be in and out in 20 mins. Instead I waited for over 20 mins since they only had 2 ladies working. Very nice place. Just go when you have extra time to wait.

Love the Brazilian Wax by Andreias locations. The decor and staff are always pleasant. However, this was my first time visiting this location and I left displeased. I got an underarm wax and noticed the wax was extremely hot. The young lady told me it would cool off and it should be ok. This was not my first under arm was but this was the first time that I was heavily burned by the wax. My armpits were extremely red and sore for the next 5 days. Afterwhich, the skin began to darken as burns do. They are now peeling (healing) but it was a very unpleasant experience. I did contact the manager, Salma, who was actually the person that serviced me, and she did offer a Credit for a free wax if I returned to her location or I could come in for a refund. Not sure if Ill be back.
