Overall great response time, price, and professionalism. My trailer sunk into a dirt lot, the tow man was able to pick it up and pull it out. Less than 30 minutes and I was connected back to the trailer. Oh did mention the price was decent. I would definitely use this company again!!

I had a van that needed to be towed from my dads property and spoke with Mr. King who was friendly and appeared accommodating. I told him that I would like to schedule a pick up on Saturday and asked what would be a good time? He told me whatever time I needed. I told him 7:30 am. Now in my mind, I was thinking that he may have felt that this was very early, for a Saturday but nope, he said that was fine and gave me the number to his son, whom would be towing my vehicle.I called his son, with the date and time and then he paused.... He sounded like a young man, so I KNOW 7:30 am was early for a Saturday. But nope, he said that he would text me in the morning. I was a little nervous because my dads house, that the van was being picked up from, I actually needed to drive a ways away, to get there, so if this guy doesnt show up, that would be bad. But nope, he texted me first thing in the morning and sure enough he was there ready to go.The van was towed to my sisters house. She wanted it in the garage, which was a MAJOR hassle. But he took care of it, he made sure he got it right. Now mind you, one of the tires were flat, so this was extra challenging for him. But he got it done and was very professional. And didnt take a long time to do it.I really appreciate it because honestly, you never know who you are going to meet and what a person is going through, during the times we are in right now. That was my dads van and he died this year. I have 1 million things on my list to deal with. So, to get at least one thing off my list is like one less burden. He didnt know all of that and didnt need to know all that but this company was super accommodating and helpful. Even so much, my dads other car that needed to be towed and junk, he gave me a number for that and it got taken care of that same day. So there you go, 2 things off list. So, I will definitely use this company again if I need any of their services and I will most definitely refer them. Thanks!

Called at 5:43 on 1/09/21 and just asked for a rate - didn’t even ask for a tow, just a rate - and was told “I apologize, we’re too backed up” and was hung up on. Won’t be calling back.

These guys are awesome! I was stuck off-road and they came off-road to pull me out. They got stuck as well. He called for backup and his partner came and pulled us all out.

Very fast service but official business is lacking. My 09 Nissan starter button stopped working at Marta. Called Allstate up and the tow company had a crazy ETA. So I cancelled and called KingsTowing. They were there in a few minutes. I paid up and add a tip to it for being so fast and timely. I asked for a receipt after they dropped my car off at Nissan on Thorton Rd, to be reimbursed by Allstate, and the guy said the dispatcher person would text me an invoice by end of day. Felt odd but I have had receipts text to me before so I was not totally uncomfortable with it. Well end of day had come in gone multiple times and after about 2 or three phone calls, email, and texts, they finally sent a VERY generic basic text only email with limited details of the tow, not an official invoice. I informed them about needing an official invoice but communication pretty much stopped after that. Today receive an email from Allstate saying they denied my claim because the tow receipt was not an official invoice.If you are in need to be reimbursed from your tow do not use this company, I am out $75 + tip. This is why I only gave 3 stars because you have to have better paperwork for you customers. They did great with the physical tow.
