Outstanding service! Our car broke down on a busy highway at 4:45 in the morning. Every step of the towing process was easy and pleasant. The woman I spoke to on the phone was helpful and kind. I had a flat tire last night on my way to work. It was raining and cold outside! These guys were lifesavers-twice in the same week! Thanks to Ben`s Downtown Atlanta Towing, my car experienced two flat tires within three days! In each time, they responded within 20 minutes, changed the tire and sent me on my way! What could be easier?

Second time I called Frederic to come jump my Hyrbid in my parking garage (oops- dome lights.). I dont have AAA, but he didnt gouge me on price, arrived quickly both times, and stopped me from jumping my battery with another car- possibly avoiding blowing my hybrid cells. Friendly guy.
