Communication is great, scheduling is always what fits best, and the staff is super kind and efficient. I tend to get there early, and most of the time they can finish me up before my appointment time even starts.The actual removal is quick and the pain never lasts more than a few seconds (small target area).Definitely recommend :)

Ashley has been amazing to work with. She is professional and courteous and I couldn’t say enough about the time she takes to make sure that the removal goes well. She listens to my concerns and is very knowledgeable about the procedure. She has always been responsive and available for texts outside my appointment time. Scheduling is a breeze but best of all I have had great results. I have consulted my dermatologist and without prompting he recommended the type of laser that Removery uses. In fact he said that it was the only way to go. I shopped around in the beginning and am very pleased with my decision to have my tattoo removed there.

This place is amazing! I’ve been getting my treatments with Ashley and OMG this girl knows her stuff! I have yet to stump her on a question, that’s for sure. She was my initial contact and got me signed up smoothly and effortlessly and has such a positive and bright personality which I 100% appreciate. She truly cares about you and your healing and wants the best results so definitely follow all aftercare instructions. As far as the pain, I’m not going to lie, it hurts more so than getting the tattoo but it’s quick. The facility is super clean with a waiting area if necessary. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes IF at all. I’ve had to reschedule a few times and it’s been so convenient to be able to message them via text and you’re actually messaging with a live person on the other end. Overall, this whole process has been a breeze because of Ashley and the rest of the staff. If you’re going back and forth on whether you want to go with them for your tattoo removal because of the price, I’d say it’s definitely worth the money. The amazing results and great customer service is definitely worth every penny. 😀

I am having an entire sleeve removed, which has been an overall great experience. Ashley has been there for the entire journey and she is absolutely amazing. I have been going to Removery since the summer of 2019 to remove 4 tattoos. Im 11 sessions in so far (8-10 weeks between sessions, plus missed a few months because of covid) and so far, so good. My tattoos are definitely fading, and Im hoping I only have a few more sessions left. I will update with pictures once complete.Even with 4 tattoos, Im always in and out in less than 20 minutes. Ive never had a cancelled appointment and my appointments have always taken place on time.Facility is covid safe, I am very concerned about covid in general, but do not feel unsafe during my appointments.

I’ve been going to Ashley for a few years now, I have so much ink to be removed. I’m coming close to finishing one section of my body and it looks so good. No scars. It’s almost as if I never had tattoos there. I probably need one more session for that area. I’m satisfied and happy with her work.

Short version, Ashley is amazing!Longer version, Ashley knows what she is doing and is great at “reading” tattoos to adjust the laser to get the ink to move. If you are considering removing a tattoo, ask for Ashley!! She is always so knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly FAST and accurate at zapping away your tattoo. Everyone is so helpful and kind over here but getting a tattoo removed is painful! She truly makes the experience less painful and is much quicker with the laser so you’re in and out. Even though it feels like hot bacon grease is being poured on your back, I have had a great experience here and everyone is wonderful.

They were professional, however, they insist that you come into the office for something they could easily tell you in five minutes over the phone. That part is such a waste of time; antiquated.

I went for my first tattoo removal yesterday. I was super nervous but Ashley made me feel comfortable and confident. In total I was there for about 10 minutes. In all honesty, I thought it would be much more painful. It’s definitely not a comfortable feeling, but it’s manageable.

I had consultations at probably 5 other tattoo removal studios before I found this one and none of them compared to how informative and helpful they are at Removery. During my consultation here they talked me though all the different lasers there are out there, explained to me which ones they use and why certain lasers are better for certain colors/etc. No other studio went to such lengths to make sure I knew what I was getting into and had all the information before even beginning. They worked with me on price and offered multiple different payment plans as well. I’ve now had about 8 sessions with Ashley and she’s always the most welcoming sweetest person to see and makes the entire experience so much more comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Removery enough.

I had my first tattoo removal treatment this weekend, and I can say so far I see a difference, and am very happy with the results so far. The staff is professional, kind, and on time! My only concern is that I would sign up for a total removal package, and pre-pay for my removal sessions, but when I scheduled my first session it was moved two times before I could actually go. I am hesitant to give a company money in advance when their scheduling is so turbulent.

Of course the nerves come out before this treatment and we worry about how it will feel but let me tell you, it hurts don’t get me wrong however, Ashley makes it very tolerable, quick and pleasant! She is so personable and fun to talk to. She really loves her job and seeing your mistake of a tattoo go away quickly. The pain is manageable, feels to me like more of a long bee sting. It was definitely easier and hurt less than getting a 6 hour tattoo. Don’t worry, get rid of that ink with Ashley and Removery you’re in good hands. Appointment was on time, you get amounts of information you need and they answer all of your questions and concerns. Prices are very affordable as well! Place is a joke! Overpriced and cancels almost every time. Do your homework and check other places. Daughter has been here 2 times since October and they canceled every other time after charging much more than other places that charge per visit with actual results that can be seen. Her friend has been much more and still no results after spending far more than it would cost for actual results at other places. I think all the positive reviews must be from people that know no better since this is clearly not a service people do often. Do your homework people
