This used to be one of my favorite locations (Headland Drive, Atlanta GA) but as of recently, it seems that the usually exceptional customer service has declined. I took my car for an alignment and after the service was completed, I noticed that my steering wheel was crooked and my car pulls to one side when driving. So I called the store and returned my car to have it corrected, but once I picked up my car, the steering wheel was still left crooked. My steering wheel was not even crooked before I took it in for the initial alignment service. I do not recommend this location.

I called to price and make an appointment for tires and an alignment. Shawn informed me that they have my tires and that there was availability for Saturday at 11am. I showed up 10 minutes early just to be told that it would be 2-3 hours before they could start working on my car. I had already taken the time to come and get this done so I decided to wait.After 2 hours passed Shawn approached me to tell me he would upgrade the tires for the inconvenience. ‘Great!”I thought. After another hour I inquired how much longer it would be and was told that they were waiting on my tires and someone should be bringing them in the next 15 minutes. This was a lie.I waited almost 4 hours before I had someone come pick me. At the 5 hour mark I called to see if they had installed the tires, only to be hung up on TWICE! I came back to the shop and Shawn told me they could not locate any tires that fit my car and I had basically waisted 5 hours to leave without any tires. AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.The most disrespectful waist of time I have ever experienced. It was a basic tire installation and alignment. Truly incompetent and unprofessional.

Had my oil changed here for the first time. Everyone is helpful and kind here. $50 for a synthetic oil change with filter. Be sure to ask for the $10 discount. Will be getting my oil changed here from now on!

If I could put no stars I would...yesterday.I scheduled an appointment for an alignment for 2 o’clock car was still not done at 5pm so I called at 5:15pm and s/w the front desk guy he said they couldn’t do an alignment because my car was to out of alignment. Which was fine. I drive a BMW 238i and figured I would just bring my car to BMW dealer. So I told the guy I will come pick up ASAP. When I got there to pick my car up, all the windows were rolled down, my sunroof was open completely in which when I dropped it off I made sure to make sure everything was locked and rolled up. I wondered to entire time seeing this pulling up ‘why is my windows and sunroof down for an alignment? This really upset me because of the location and thief. The workers here need to know that our personal items are in our vehicles and if they are open and rolled down when we pick our cars up...what security does that give us? I talk the mechanic (Sam) whom was assigned to my car before I left he was very unprofessional , when I asked about my windows and sunroof being left down/open? He just smirked and walked away.I feel like he was joy riding in my car with the breeze blowing in the wind. To only tell me u can’t do my alignment that took over 3 hours to call and tell me. Really? My experience was horrible and I wouldn’t suggest any high end cars to get any service here because they will make you feel like you shouldn’t of never. I would never bring my BMWthere again. Today was a complete waste of time.

Scheduled an oil change for 9:30AM a week ahead of time just to be told when I arrive that it will take another 2 hours before they can do my vehicle. Thankfully I did not need to work, but DO NOT make an appointment here. If I wouldnt have been in a bind I would have taken my business elsewhere. Ive used other Firestone locations in the past and this is easily the worst location I have been to.

I had to get air in my tires and they did it with a smile. Not only that, they showed me how to tell the age of a tire by looking at the date to avoid being sold old tires as new!!!!

I recently visited this store and had services completed on my vehicle. My vehicle was making a noise when I would press the brakes. Day 1, the technician could not figure out the problem, and resurfaced the rotors. The noise continued. I returned Day 2, per their request, for another technician to look at my vehicle. The technician resurfaced my rotors again. The sound was still their only got louder. I was informed Day 2, it was the wheel bearing and that my car was too new to have wheel bearing problems. I was given a refund. Thanks to Anthony and then instructed to take my car to dodge because I should have warranty to cover the issue. Dodge diagnosed my braking system and stated that I needed knew brakes and rotors. The dodge technician also stated that whoever recently resurfaced my rotors, put a lot of grooving in them, damaging them. I returned to Firestone and informed Steve. Steve had me call Dodge to confirm, which was completed. And then Steve laughed, and stated he didnt know what I wanted him to do. The master technician offered to drive my car again to listen to the sound. At this time, I am furious and ready to leave. I ended up buying all new rotors and brakes and had them installed. The sound went away. I dont know who dropped the ball at this shop, but all the hassle could have been avoided. The only individual that assisted me in a professional manner was Anthony. I dont know if the technicians just didnt want to touch my vehicle or what, but somehow me and Anthony are the only 2 people that could hear the sound. I would NOT recommend for you to go to the HEADLAND DR Location, EVER!!

This auto place damages your car in an attempt to get repeat business. I took my car in Saturday 3/24/18 for a simple alignment. Once I picked my car up I went home to check under the hood. I discovered the wheel that governs my drive train was bent by what looks like an airgun and the drive belt started the tear. I know that this damage was not there before because I put a new air compressor in my car and the drive belt is connected to that same part. Please do not trust this site and if you have to go please take multiple pictures of your engine before you go.

This is the second time Ive taken my car to this store,paid for services that was not rendered. Im a older women,and I might not know a lot about cars but I know the one Ive been driving for a while. My safety is a priority when driving my car,their taking my life for granted. I was hearing a noise come from the drivers side of my car,they inspected it told me what it was and how much it was going to cost. Paid them,two months later having the same problem. Be very careful,not trustworthy

Corporate Firestone person you have a huge problem when you cant see a customer for 3 days over a simple battery this is somebodys fault higher than the store hire more employees do whatever you need but no one should have to wait 3 days at a mechanic shop for you to look at their battery

This Firestone is the worst experience I have ever had. I dropped my car off for repairs on a Saturday evening and Shawn of Firestone told me my car would be ready on Tuesday because the a/c mechanic was off on Monday. I called Shawn to check the status of my vehicle on Tuesday morning at 8am Shawn assured me that my vehicle would be ready at 5pm in the afternoon. As I arrived at Firestone a very unhappy customer was yelling about service they charge her for and did not do. As I checked on my vehicle repairs I was informed that my vehicle service was not done according to a Firestone employee the unknown employee stated they did not touch my car. But Shawn told me my car would be ready at 5pm so how are you charging for services you did not perform. However Shawn stepped out according to co workers. Firestone at Greenbriar mall has taken advantage of female customers, inconvenience, mishandled and over charged female customers. About 30mins later Shawn called and asked me to bring my car back after being told I took my car..And told me that the mechanic couldn’t get to my car. Greenbriar Firestone is an absolute inconvenience and a rip-off.They do not deserve a star.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

First appointment I dropped my car for an oil change 4 hours later they call me the car was ready so I checked my car and I realized they didnt touch my car I talked to the manager and he said he will do the service at no charge. Second appointment I desire to wait for the service I wait 2 hours for an oil change. 3rd appointment I dropped my car at 8am I call them at 12pm to ask about my car they told me it wasnt ready because they been busy probably should be ready by 3pm. Went in at opening for an oil change. Didnt have an appointment so wait was about an hour! ... Couldnt get my oil change due to an unknown oil leak! The manager did top my oil off at no cost and informed me on the repairs needed and the time frame in which it should be taken care of. Because of that I will recommend and return!

Went in for an oil change, came about a half hour early and was out within the next hour. I gave 4 stars because I tried going in on yesterday and the first person I spoke with said a pop up without an appointment would take an hour and a half, but when I call back less than 5 minutes later another gentleman said they were booked. I would suggest better communication between staff or to give the same message overall.

I had my vehicle towed to this location. The manager, Michael Pippin, was so unprofessional in how he deals with customers. When my vehicle arrived, he says that one of his associates pulled him out of a meeting for my car. He proceeded to scold me for his associate pulling him from his meeting, rather than discuss my vehicle concerns with me. I had nothing to do with his associate. He refused to do a diagnostic test on my vehicle then told me there was nothing they could help me with. He represents Firestone poorly. Beware, he does not act like a manager. He told me he would tow my vehicle to any place of my choice, no charge. Once I called back to let him know where I wanted my vehicle to go; he said he would only tow it around the corner. Beware; Michael is not honest. Anthony, however made up for Michael being dishonest and unprofessional.

I made an online appointment for a front alignment, got there 1/2 hour late, no problem! Had me on my way in about an hour, with 3 customers in front of me even. The service tech pointed out 2 other small problems that needed attention, but was not pushy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Pleasant enough but they are liars. Took my wifes car in for an oil change. They called an hour after the car was dropped off and told me the new tires in the back both had nails in the side wall and they would need to be replaced ($140 each) else I would have a blow out. I told them to just do the oil change. I inspected the tires myself after picking up. No nails. I wonder if they were even going to replace the tires or just wash them and try to collect my money. Will not go back.

I used to love coming to this location. I would get a thorough 2-3 minute conversation about my car and the upcoming maintenance with price estimates. There must have been a change in staff in the past few months. I went in today for a synthetic oil change paid $60 (usually $40-50). The good thing is I was in and out in 45 minutes. The bad part is that they say that they inspected my tires but I was stopped by someone who told me that my tires seriously needed air so Im really questioning their inspection. Ive lost confidence in this location. They used to have a 4+ star rating and they certainly earned it. So sad to see the recent rash of bad reviews.

They’re unprofessional, always late starting my vehicle and for the second time they’re claiming it’s because they have “ 30+ cars” but when i look outside it’s literally no one working, employees on phones , laughing, smoking or just standing around. no actual work! But there’s “ 30+ cars in line “ only 1 car in Bay Area and the mechanic is smoking and on his phone. This is absurd i do not recommend this location.

I see that they have not changed since the last time I was there they were very rude disrespectful had nasty attitudes and did not perform the right car care services plus they were over priced and I do mean over priced I went in with a flat tire just one and they wanted to charge me for the price of two tires and all I had was one flat tire it was at night after 6:00 I was by myself me and my babys (children) and this one person was upset when I told him that was too much I might be a female but not a dumb female so he desided not to change my tire and non of the other workers did either not even the manager we where trying to get home safe so I drove my car down campbellton rd. an got a tire for my car so me and my baby could get home And this was back in the ( 80s ) and they are still the same this is sad and it should be unexceptable and no excuse should be allowed

He was loud and obnoxious no respect for the customers or their feelings. I was very upset about the situation and Im pretty sure he was standing there with a manager who did not ask him to lower his voice or change the topic. The manager is really nice and they get you in and out quickly. I went in for a fuel system flush and oil change and my car was done in under an hour. My experience at this location ruled me out of doing business or anyone I care about to do because with FIRESTONE.FIRST, I went to this particular location because I am from this side of town and my parents convinced me to keep my business in the neighborhood. .ONE tire cost 245.00, but that is to be accepted driving a 40K car. One day after my tire was changed, I took my car BACK to FIRESTONE because I felt an imbalance while driving and my tire-light came on. The employees told me that my tire may need air, so I agreed.The same light came on the next day so I decided to look at my tires and found a physical ERROR. The employees decided that it was okay to put a different brand featuring a run flat tire on my car that is opposite of the other three that were currently on my car. I wrote WERE CURRENTLY because my other tire popped on my way BACK to FIRESTONE to get my money back. This ERROR cost me another 200.00 plus to change, at another location of course.(GOODYEAR)Once my 2nd tire got fixed at ( GOODYEAR)/ the correct way, I returned the 1st tire BACK to FIRESTONE. The modified attendant, meaning the cashier whose unwilling to change, returned my money on credit which delays me getting my new tire 3 days due to processing. The attendant explained that they didnt have any cash to return my money in a King way.Of course I wrote King way, because everyone at this business act as pawns (WASTEMEN) which means that doing business with this particular location and company policies will inconvenience you, your family, and your business in a DANGEROUS way. Ive only gone BACK, BACK, BACK, and now I must wait for my funds to update.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY LIVING BEING TO THIS LOCATION. 4:11 1/7/2017

I like the fact that the store is not far from my home. I tend to arrive there before they are open so that I can be the first customer in and out. They are quite busy with their clients, so now I would advise making an appointment because Saturdays there is a long wait. For example, Monday - Friday a tire alignment and tires rotation expect to remain in the waiting room from about 7:00 am - typically it will be completed by 9:00 am.

Imagine paying almost $300 your vehicle fixed then having it break down again 10min after leaving the shop. First, my van was towed and left there overnight and was told it the engine diagnostic test($100 fee) would get done first thing in the morning. I had to call in twice,in the afternoon, to remind them and get some sort of diagnosis (after being hung up on once). After being told what the issue was i gave the go ahead to fix it and i was contacted hours later to pick it up. $300 later i drive the van off the lot only to feel the same problem I had before. I then drove it back to firestone to explain to the mechanics that it still didnt feel right and i was assured MULTIPLE times that it was ok and i was panicking for no reason. Also stating they had to work on 40 something cars for the day.15min later the van stopped at a traffic light. The only reason they get a star is because they were nice for the most part.

This Firestone is not up to the level of other firestones. I towed my car to this location after telling an employee I thought one of my rear wheel bearings were out. The store manager called me back 15 minutes after they opened the next morning and told me they didnt work on wheel bearings. I then called customer service and asked why the site says they do. Cletus (cx service agent, great service btw) confirmed that Firestone does work on wheel bearings, and called the store manager. The store manager told Cletus they didnt, then when she asked again he changed his answer. I was then called back by the store manager and asked if I wanted his mechanic to look at it. I obviously said no and towed it to a competitor. I have been a Firestone customer for 25 years and this has never happened to me before. I paid several tow fees because of this location and started taking my business to a competitor because of this manager. I may try Firestone again in the future but not anytime soon after this experience.

I took my car there for a simple oil change(had a coupon might i add)left my car per request due to the high volume of customers ahead of me,got a phone call about an hour later saying thar my tire rod broke i rushed back to my despair &saw my tire rod lying on the ground up under my car😒ok that seemed suspect but whatever told them to repair it just for them to put the wrong size on my car😒heard tremendous amount of scrubbing when i stopped took the car back to them&theyoungmechanic admitted he put the wrong size in😠😠😠😠whats even worse i had to sit there 5 hours because of their error&he was nonchalant like oh well.Karma what goes around definitely comes back around especially if they broke my tire rod intentionally..yes it was over 10 years ago when this happened 1st/last time will i deal with Firestone@Headland Drive___👊

I felt that my brake pedal was too soft so I took my car for a brake inspection. Even though I made an appointment I spent over 2 hours waiting before they pulled the car in. I spent over 500.00 for what they said was the problem. Within 7 days my brakes were squealing and clanking so loud I thought they would fall apart. I took it back and sat for hours until near closing when they finally pulled it in. Within an hour they said it was corrected. They said that they tightened the back brakes that was loosed. By the time I got home which is about a 20 minute drive they were squealing again. After contacting corporate I took it to another location. it seems that the other locations are not to enthused to go over another facilities work but they did. They told me after sitting there for house to closing that the back had not been greased. Within one day after leaving there they were squealing again. I took the car to another location and had to conceal the fact that they had been done just to get them to look at it. of course they could see new work that had been done when they dismantled the tires. I told them the story. They told me I need back brake drums which would cost nearly another $300. Needless to say I am totally dissatisfied!!!

Terrible customer service! I pulls up and ask the mechanic could he check my air pressure in my tire and maybe put some air in my tire. The employee tells me hes the only one working but I can pull into the other bay and check it myself while hes holding a full conversation with a lady outside. Umm sir you do not look too busy at the moment but I have to check my own tire pressure? I guess Ill find another professional auto shop somewhere else!
