My service at Castrol Premium Lube Express was excellent.I had a back break repair work done on my 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan.  I purchased pads and rotors from AutoZone and the Manager Kevin installed them for me.I think I saved at least $200 compared to having gone to Mavis Tire to have the service done.I recommend this place. Under 10 min oil change!!! The folks at this Castrol location are unbelievable. I feel like a NASCAR driver coming into the pits every time. They are polite, professional, and fast! I started a timer without telling them this last visit just to see how fast they are. From pulling in to payment was under 10min. I couldnt believe it. I get my regularly scheduled oil changes and emissions testing at this location. The staff is always very welcoming and gets me in-and-out in no time. They do go over any service options and make sure to explain exactly what your vehicle may immediately need or will need on your next visit. Been going here for the past 3 years, no complaints.

Wow!!! The three people working, Eric, Marcus, and Ace, were examples of incredible customer service. My boyfriend recommended Castrol because of how quick and convenient they are. These three did not disappoint! I was in and out in no time flat, experienced wonderful customer attention, and left feeling valued. I most definitely will be back for every oil change from here on!

Yesterday, I got an oil change from Castrol Premium Lube Express in Sandy Springs and not only was my engine smoking from all of the oil they spilled they LEFT A SCREWDRIVER IN MY HOOD when they closed it and bent it significantly. The structural damage to my hood caused by this Castrol location is unacceptable. They never notified me of the incident and by the time I realized what they had done to my car they were closed. I can no longer support this company or this location. Run away from this place.

Great job done quickly and I showed up late at closing time they took care of my car which was WAY overdue for an oil & filter change! And the guys did not try and pressure me into an up charge!! Please Avoid this place. I Called ahead to make sure they could change my oil today. They verified they could change the oil. When I arrived they did not even have a oil filter for my car. I was then told it would take them a couple of days to get the filter.Very unorganized business.

The manager Joe is heaven sent! My car stopped accelerating while I was on my way to work. I live in Duluth and work in Kennesaw. That’s an hour commute on a good day. I was about to get on 75 North and my car just completely stopped accelerating right at the exit before. Thankfully, I was able to make it to the gas station. Castrol was located in the same parking lot. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Joe and his associates Terrance and Blake. They were all so great. He looked at my car, and told me what they believed the issue was. I didn’t feel like he was trying to take advantage or lie to get my money. As a woman, people in the car industry, tend to attempt to get over. And, to be completely honest, I don’t know much about cars. Their expertise and customer service is unmatched. Joe truly knows what he’s doing. Thanks so much.

This staff is honest and hard-working. They are the only mechanic in town that I trust. They do not try to upsell you on things you dont need. You tell them what you need done and they are on it quickly and correctly. Ive had my oil changed many times, a battery replaced, and several other things that I cant remember but everything was fairly priced and done correctly. I will continue to get my oil changed at this location.

THE BEST LOCATION. I really like this location when it comes to taking care of my car. Everyones always friendly and they make sure you know everything that needs to be done to your vehicle according to scheduled maintenance. I usually either change oil myself or take it to reputable shop, but was pressed for time and decided to stop by this location as it’s closest to work. These guys are clueless; took them a while to figure out where the filter was, then they proceeded to douse my engine compartment in oil, spill oil on my windshield, even inside the car. I didn’t notice this until I got home of course at which point it’s too late. What would’ve taken me easy 20 minutes to do at home, I now will have to spend an hour washing off. That’s the service I got with my $120 oil change. Save time and money; take your car to a dealer

One star is only because there isnt an option for no stars. I will NEVER go here again. This place is awful. Are they nice? Sure. Being nice doesnt equal doing a job correctly. I took my car in for a simple oil change. Hard to screw up…but they managed it. First off, I noticed my car absolutely reeked of oil for a few days. I thought maybe they spilled some and it was just burning off the top. Come to find out a couple days later when I popped the hood because my oil light came on (why was it doing this within a week of having an oil change?!) they left the cap off entirely. Lovely. clearly they cant remember the easiest thing of the oil change!! They told me to bring it in and theyd top it off. When I got there they wouldnt refund me my money. They would only re-do the job. I REALLY didnt want them touching my car again but I couldnt leave with no oil in my car. After that they told me my transmission was leaking. Took it to my mechanic right after and he said that there was a major oil leak (Castrol had assured me my oil was absolutely not leaking anywhere). The leak was not there before they worked on my car. All in all this place was horrible. I would tell you to get your car towed before you go there in desperation.

They did not put the cover under the car properly in place (the screws were not in) after an oil change. I was driving on the highway and the metal cover under the car started scraping the road suddenly while driving. I pulled into the nearest mechanic and he asked if I had an oil change recently because the screws were missing. The other times I have gone, theyve given great service. Unfortunately, this time an oversight occurred which is affecting my desire to return. A proper check should have been done. That is very dangerous.

Went for an oil change. When they finished they had me pay and I asked if they greased the 2 fittings. The person taking my payment asked the tech if he did, then came back to me and said you have to ask if you want you fittings greased. I said it says right here on my receipt that my fittings are checked but sealed, obviously incorrect. His response was to back my truck back in. So I stood and watched the the guy attempting to grease the fittings. I watched him several times pump his grease gun to see if grease was coming out and none was. He then attached the grease gun to the fittings on each side and continued to pump the grease gun that wasn’t producing any grease. After he pretended to grease my truck he then said it’s all done and good to go. I left knowing full well that I will have to grease my truck myself when I get home.

Eric was great, he was there training people from his usual store in Tucker. His thoroughness and customer service was outstanding. I would come back just because of his service and detailed explanations.

This is the best place to get your car worked on. The entire staff is very attentive to and they really care about fixing your car troubles. Will definitely return again!

Ive been impressed with the professionalism, speed, cleanliness, and knowledge of this location. Whenever I come there, Im presented with information related to upcoming vehicle maintenance. So now I can schedule something else to be done with my next oil change. They even noticed my back tires were low and topped them off for me. I highly suggest taking the time to find this off the beaten path location.

I called the morning before I brought my car in, to check if I needed an appointment for an oil change and other scheduled maintenance to be done, including a tire rotation, which I informed the man on the phone. He told me no appointment was necessary, to come in at any time. I brought my car in shortly to the shop. I told the first man that I saw why I was there, and he looked slightly confused, but then he had me pull my car around to the back. I told the man back there why I was there as well. He also seemed quite confused, but brought my car into the garage. The man in the garage, without speaking to myself or to either of the men that I had spoken to, began to work on my car. Did he even have any idea as to why I was there or did he just assume? So I went to him and told him what I needed done. I told him then that I had a coupon for $10 off synthetic oil that I wanted to use. He told me that they had two kinds of synthetic oil - and the mileage he quoted to me on both was extremely low. I went with the extremely high priced $85 synthetic oil, since from what he told me about the other option (and from the information listed inside of the shop), the other option wasnt even pure synthetic. Five minutes later, they were done with my car. I sincerely doubt all the maintenance and inspection was actually done in that amount of time, but I knew my tires definitely werent rotated. When I reminded them of that, they informed me that they dont do tire rotations. How convenient that after I told the man on the phone and the three men at the shop that I needed my tires rotated, and after they took my $75 ($10 off after an online coupon), that all of a sudden now they tell me they dont rotate tires. EXTREMELY overpriced - you can get the same service, and better, at any other shop for $50-60, easily. This place is a huge scam.

Cant ask much more from the service/price. I was quoted a certain price on the phone if I were to use a coupon. After being told when I got there that the current price was already a special offer and couldnt be matched with a coupon, the site manager Tyrone gave me the initially quoted price along with a discount on top at the register. Came out with an oil change and a new engine air filter for just over 40 bucks. Not a bad deal and the entire process took about 15 minutes. Id recommend these guys to anyone.

Brought my car here for a tune up to try their service and I was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and they work efficiently. I’m not really that knowledgeable about cars but I was able to understand everything as they explained it to me. They educate rather than upsell which for me is a good thing since you don’t feel pressured. This is the best place for my car problems.

The vehicle inspection was completed in a prompt, efficient manner and the staff was friendly and professional. I will be back.

My both cars get serviced at this place and I am really very satisfied with the kind of service we receive here. To begin with this place is 7 mins from my house . They take around 15 to 20 mins to get the oil change done. There is a small waiting room with TV .Today my husband visited this place for an oil change, as always it was super quick. They accepted a coupon we received in our mail. The mechanic suggest changing the brake pads and so we left the car there. When we went to pick the car, we were told that the brake pads will still work for 6 months, he cleaned all the parts to ensure the squicking sound doesnt come. The best part was he didnt charge us a penny for all this. We are really impressed by the honesty shown by the mechanic and appreciate the advise. Thank you for your kind gesture. We will ensure that we continue going to this place for oil change for both our cars.Thanks once again.

You have a really nice, professional crew working at your Sandy Springs, GA location. That is why I only get my oil changed by Castrol and at this specific location. The waiting area is nice, too.

Went to do an oil change, when I called in was told it cost 20 $ but when i went in person in was told its 25 $. I told to proceed but was told the screw was having some problem and he is not able to open and he dosent have proper tools to open it. So I went to another shop and got it done without trouble, my time got wasted

I got my car serviced there a month ago. A little overpriced but pleasant enough. Anyway last night my coolant light came on. When I opened the hood I saw that the coolant cap was sitting next to the reservoir opening! They forgot to put it back on! Thankfully my engine was not destroyed. Never going back.
