I am encountering some issues regarding my current office space at the Midtown East location in Atlanta, Ga. My current agreement is from May 2020 through November 2020 and I was notified that my agreement has been renewed through May 2021 which I did not consent to. I am not interested in renewing my agreement for an additional $2,700 nor am I interested in renewing my agreement, paying a months rent in the amount of $450 and then turning around to cancel that contract which is what offer I was presented with. I understand that there is 90 day policy on intentions to renew but are you really meaning to tell me with everything going on in the economy that 72 days in advance is not enough notice and that no exceptions can be made?Nobody is willing to help, there doesnt seem to be anyone else to speak to except a TEAM LEAD😒 who is stating that basically I have to pay an additional $500 to get out of a contract THAT HASNT EVEN STARTED YET!!!!!!How can my contract RENEW if my current contract of MAY2020-NOV2020 HASNT EVEN ENDED YET, WERE STILL IN SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!!! #RIDICULOUS

Whatever you do - DO NOT LEASE SPACE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I leased for nearly two years. I discovered that my outgoing mail was not being sent - the idiot at the front desk was not mailing it even though he was receiving the labels each day as agreed. On top of that, they lost an insane amount of my incoming mail. One day, I had to send an outgoing overnight fed ex with a check. Mr. Idiot at the front desk couldnt get the fed ex to work so he sent it 2-3 day priority mail without telling me. Two days later when the contractor called about his check, I asked for the tracking number and he said, I made the decision to send it priority since I couldnt get fedex to work. I told him NEVER DO THAT AGAIN ON OVERNIGHT MAIL. He told one of the associates I was mad at him and didnt like him any more.Ive received dozens of other peoples bank statements, tax bills, returned mail and invoices that are current tenants in the Regus building because he and others are too stupid to put the mail in the right persons name/folder, box or office.The worst part? Ive provided evidence of all of this and he still has a job. After I terminated the rest of my one year lease over all of this, I get a collection agency coming after me for a $5300 bill - which Ill NEVER NEVER NEVER pay.This business is terrible and if you become associated with it, you will REGRET it.

I signed up for a mailbox / virtual office which should be relatively straightforward, but these people could not be more incompetent. When I would call to see if I had mail, no call back. When I sent them my signed contract, the girl asked me to resend it because she couldnt figure out how to print it?!?!?! Other times I emailed, I got responses that did not make sense...are they on pills? When I called to talk to someone in person, their phones were down...total waste of my time & money, mail never arrived (or did it? Ill never know) and when I went to cancel, they said it was another two months of billing because of the notice period. I asked them to comp it because I was only leaving due to their incompetence and they just said no...

I would give negative stars for them. Worst administrations, no call backs, never able to get to attendant, no timely mails information. Completely unethical.
