Their prices are ridiculous. For a gel polish change $35. Fill in and pedicure $125. Why charge so much for gel polish?When doing service you have constantly tell them not to file cut your skin and cuticles. They handle you so aggressively til blood is drawn and your fingers burning. Leftover polish, the just work right over it. So definitely poor value. Will never recommend or go back to them. She rushed through making my fingers bleed. I asked her not to finish and she still charged full price.

I paid $75 for my nails and three nails broke within a week ( first one broke after just 3 days). They all broke the same way, at the tip. When I went to get them fixed they tried to charge an additional $10. I tried to tell them it was the glue they used to put on the nail tips because when the nail tech initially applied them he simply bumped my hand and a tip came off so he had to reapply it. I’ve never had nails pop off at the tip or start lifting within a week. So I know it wasn’t anything I did. They usually only start lifting at the base after 3-4 weeks. For something that cost this much, I expect them to last and not be charged if they break in a week. As you can see in the picture this nail also broke at the tip.

Me and my sister went to this salon for two pedicures, a take off with a overlay, and a full set. We were very patient with the staff of two Knowing it is a pandemic, but still took 3 hours and I was late for my class due to the amount of time it took and I did not even get my overlay done because of It we came at 3pm and left and 6 pm still unfinished. I had to ask for my own bowl to soak my own nails off and they had the audacity to charge me $15 to do the work myself. The male who did the service was already apologized and told me if I came back the next day to let him finish he will charge me $5 for the soak off if I paid for the service in advance that I hadn’t received. I have never paid $15 for a soak off especially when I’ve done the work myself. My sister asked the lady for regular polish on her toes instead of gel and was still charged for the gel. After sitting patient all that time we watched several people come that couldn’t get any service and was told to come back within 30-35 minutes because it was only two of them. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially if they will over charge the clients for their issues of being over worked and understaffed.

I got here at 6:30 I wanted a full set and pedicure it’s now 7:50 and she’s just now finishing my pedicure that she rushed thru. I feel bad complaining or requesting for her to take her time bc she’s literally the only one working.The man and elder woman is super slow. The lady who did my feet has done 3 people since I’ve been here. While they’re still on two. For the prices you should consider being better staffed. Because you’ve lost a loyal big tipper. I won’t be returning bc my nail salon experience is my time to relax and not feel pressure.Also the man is not good for how slow he moves. He literally argues with every customer.

Nice people. Not so nice on the quality of actual service. My nails look good. I like the color, but the pedicure was not an actual pedicure. Not much done to my feet other than dipping in warm water and then painted. When I asked for more detailed service, it seems they became irritated. If this is your last resort, it will suffice.

Toe was cut, bleeding heavily for most of the pedicure. Rushed through one manicure and pedicure while my friend took forever to finish because only person knew how to paint the nails. Polish looks thick and globbed onto the nails

*This nail salon is very unprofessional and rude. They dont properly clean tools before using it on new client. They dont know how to polish, I attached a picture of my awful nail service. Disclosure: I cant speak to their actual service.I had to get my oil changed nearby and it was going to take a while so I decided to get a pedicure. Walked over shortly before their opening on Sunday (advertising noon opening).I finally left at 12:30 because there was no sign of anyone in there. Ended up at nearby Nail Talk, which was great.

Skillful service & splendid price! I walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm and they seated me immediately. I was going to just get my nails done because I was in a hurry but they promised to take care of a sugar scrub pedi and brand new full set at the same time. They did a terrific job at accommodating my time crunch without giving me sub-par service. I also got my eyebrows threaded, all within 1HR! I am very pleased with the level of service that I received for only $102! I will return to this nail shop and recommend them to my friends.

Awful. Will NEVER be back. Have you ever left a place so disappointed with a service you want to cry? Yeah... I paid $25 for a pedicure which included my toes being soaked for 30mins, nail trim (with supplies that were not sanitized), nails and toes painted(yes outside of the nail too), and barely any scrubbing. WORST pedicure I’ve EVER had.

Yup I definitely didnt check the reviews before I went. 😳 I went in for a $35 pedicure and I came out paying $55 which is out of my price range for a pedicure.... Thats just... Yea no. There were 3 employees there one lady painted my toes the other lady did my design and the man was two chairs to my left sleeping and 🤔I think he was having nightmares.

They make up they own prices and will try to get over on you make sure you ask them when you sit down how much is everything before service that way at the end they don’t get you like they got me cause their slick ! It’s no way a short gel refill should be $50 ! I called them back and asked how much it cost they said $40 over the phone

Very unsanitary, the price I was given when I came In was not the price they gave me a checked out. The acetone solution that they used to soak my nails off was poured back into the container they got it out of. I’m definitely calling state boards. The lady who did my nails did not know what she was doing and she cut me as well shaped my nail uneven The police officer the works in the plaza told me himself that he gets tons of calls there because of the terrible service and price changes at checkout. I would never spend a dime there again. The place needs to be shut tf down immediately!

I just came from this place and will not go back. I told them that my skin is very thin around my nail beds and I just had sns removed. And every time she filed hard then clipped my skin and of course it bled. I flinched and she said she forgot. I got a pedicure, too, and the same thing happened. I told them I didnt want any polish. I just quietly paid and left.Im so tired of these places.

I’m so mad. Came in to get my eyebrows cleaned up after growing out for 2 months and this lady made them so thin. I could tell she was rushing and mad that I had my 2 little girls with me. She was so rough. I specifically said I do not want them thin. I just want them cleaned up. I now have thin eyebrows and they’re not the same. Will never come back.

I went to get my nails taken off. I was the only one there, with 3 employees working. At first, they sat me next to this guy. Then, it seemed like he didnt want to take my nails off, so they told me to move to a different seat. Then, by taking them off, they only used nail clippers, a cuticle cutter, and 1 fake nail. This process left my nails so damaged! My nails were cut too short and some uneven. My nails had holes in them and rips due to this process.

The worst service ever!!! If I could I will give zero. I did a full set gel and the guy who take care of my nails was texting all the time and talking by phone making the time over there even longer. Besides, he didn’t focus on the job he was doing and cut my finger with the tool he was using. Also, I asked for a design and he didn’t do it as I asked. When I walk in the woman said it will cost $35 but at the end he charged me even more. I went there because I had to get my nails done in this area but if you got a chance go somewhere else. I waste money and time there

ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND. The man that did my nails was very aggressive, he used the file to slap my hands and elbows to position my hand. After he finished filing a hand I would bring the other up and he would stop me and tell me to get my hand off the table, then 5 seconds later signal me to bring it up. I got SNS and it was $40. Overpriced for the quality of the salon and the unprofessional employees. 0/10 service. They need to be shut down.

The Short Story: I only went to get my dipped nail set removed so based on how that went, I wanted to come back. I will NEVER return. He said soaking them off would take too long so he started clipping them off! *I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE SALON SO WHATS THE RUSH?*DETAILS: When he started clipping, I told him he was hurting me so he changed his method but I was still IN SHOCK that a professional would choose this method. I was already thinking, at this point, I wont come back so Ill just get this over with. When he got to my last finger (in the pic) he ripped it off and took a chunk of my nail with it. *Speechless*

I have visited this place twice and left unsatisfied most recently today when I told them I did not like the color on my toes they told me I could not be redone a had to wait till next time!! I will never support a place that doesnt meet the customers needs they have poor customer service and show aggravation when your requesting your nails to be a certain type away I just moved to Atlanta this was the 1st shop I visited and after 2 times there will not be a 3rd they suck go elsewhere!!!

Okay honestly. There’s only one guy there who can do nails and if you happen to be unlucky and not get him, your nails will be very unprofessional. I was charged $30 for a new gel polish and to replace one nail. The women painted, my nails and my cuticles, very messy. She also put my nail on slanted. They kept switching between each other and everyone kept having to wait in between getting their nails done so they could do other people’s nails. I paid and left without saying anything because I was already late, which brings us here.

Save your time, money, and energy. They are rude and very disrespectful. The manager (Hannah) had to finish my nails because one of her techs cut my finger and wouldn’t stop aggressively grabbing at my arm when all he needed was my hand to do my nails. Upon finishing I asked Hannah if she was going to discount me for the poor customer service and my finger being cut. Her exact words were “No”.If you value your hard earned money and don’t want your fingers cut please stay away from this place. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope! I should’ve realized this is how they treat customers when I saw the same scenario play out with Hannah some months ago. Only she tried to FIGHT THE CUSTOMER WHILE PREGNANT after SHE (Hannah) was in the wrong.

Services bad, I advise people to not go here they rude and unprofessional. They tell you one price and once you done the prices go up. The guy in there mess up my SNS nails. They don’t follow direction. I pray this place get shut down!!!! Real reviews and real issues!!!!

The lady was rude and didn’t let me correct any of her mistakes without having an attitude. I have never seen nails done like this. Whole Finger nails were crooked and parts of my nails were not painted. Will never be coming back.

I came in to get my nails took off and a Medicare medicare and the guy ripped my nails off to the point where he took off my Entire Nail and it was bleeding and they still told me I had to pay !!!! They do not listen to you at all - I had to say about 10 times I wanted different colors on my fingers and toes. Its only been 3 days, and my gel manicure is already starting to come off. She did not file my nails evenly, and I had to re-do them after I left. I could have done a better job myself. I will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 4 years and the service has never been amazing its been ok. The difference with my and other customers I teach people how to treat me and I demand great service but enough is enough. They are rude to most of the customers that come in there whether new or returning. ANGRY doesnt not begin to describe my level right now. Husband and wife run the shop and you would think they were located on the west end the way they treat their loyal customers. The wait is always ridiculous because they have three women that only knows how to do pedicures. They never keep appointments at all. I hope this location switch owners because its so convenient for me. UGH!!!!!!! Why is it so hard to find a consistent shop???? I spend $100-150 every two weeks. Who deserves my business?

This nail salon has the most attentive talented and friendly workers. Your greeted at soon as you walked in. Hanna is my favorite. She listens to your wants needs and also remembers her customers. Often asks about particular parts of your life example how your kids are doing etc. I been getting my nails done with her over a year and will continue to.

Very awkward experience and i will not be back. I went here after leaving the eyebrow salon a few doors down. While I was soaking my sns off the nail tech was arguing with a customer about how another nail tech there messed up here nails. The customer wasn’t at any point rude to this man. Then after the customer left he sits down to vent to me about what the customer was complaining about. Mind you, while he’s venting, he’s cutting down the nails i had just said I didn’t want cut down. And he was rushing and when he was brushing it was so aggressive. I will not be back. This is supposed to be a cathartic experience and that certainly wasn’t the case.

I got a gel fill. The guy used nail glue and it got everywhere on my fingers. He didn’t clean it off me. He constantly made me jump by using his drill tool over my cuticles which made me bleed. He didn’t make sure my nail lengths were the same on each side either. I had to tell him to make it match my other hand. Will not be going back to this place.

They are HORRIIIIIBBLLLEEE. I have been here several times to get my eyebrows arched so I finally decided to see how they do. Worst mistake ever. In less than a week 2 of my nails broke. I went back to get them fixed they tried to charge me $12. Within 1 day another nail broke. There is no reason my nails should be breaking within 1 week. Not to mention they initially charged me $70 to get a full set when the sign says $35. Do not waste your time. My boy Michael can hook you up at T&K nails on Mount Zion! Shout out to Michael and he only charge $25.

Came in with my natural long nails to get gel fill. Less then 3 days one day broke and never have when I went somewhere else. Came to get it repaired and was charged $5. The man rushed through my nails which I was already unhappy about. Then less than a week later the nail broke again and was charged anothe $5. I will no longer come to this shop. I will return to who I use to go to.

First time will never Go back. Walked in no wait . Got a pedicure and sns . They could barely understand English . They rushed through my pedicure and skipped steps you would normally do . I had to tell her how to do things to fix it . Sns my nails were not buff at the end and they were not straight or smooth and different lengths than other hand.. once a regular came in they didn’t care and rushed to finish . Prices were reasonable . Place was clean.

My experience with this studio was horrible. I came in thinking I was going to come out with a great outcome, unfortunately I didnt at all. My nails where not done right, I had to ask for gel polish atleast about 3/4 times they werent listening very well. I dont even want to talk about how it felt like my pedicure was done half a**. They need another name other than Nail Studio, more like Nail Nightmare instead. Not to mention they still had me pay for the service. Meanwhile Im walking out unsatisfied with the work they have done. I tell you one thing my money will never be spent here Again. Now I have to take this polish off my feet and do it myself. If I didnt get gel on my nails I would do the same. Youre suppose to have a steady hand while polishing. Well I guess the training is not up-to-date.

Ive just had the worst experience in a nail salon at this place. The guy that started doing my nails cut my nails short after I told him not to. Asked for my nails to be done a certain way and he still did it his own way. Then when I started to complain he got up and started someone else. He had me just sitting there until this lady came to finish. The lady who did my toes has my polish looking like Ive had it on for 2 weeks already. This is the worst nail salon ever. I am so disappointed. Im never coming back here and I will make sure to spread the word because I am pissed.

Unfriendly staff! I had my nails done and literally the day after, 2 nails broke off and the gels on the other fingers bubbled up and I can just peel them off very easily. When I came back to have the two broken nails repaired, they cut them short as well. Now I have 2 long nails, short, long short on each hand. It looks like I had my nails done 7 weeks ago and it is less than 6 days. When they cut my cuticles, I have 3 infected and swollen areas and it is very painful. I will never set one foot in that store ever again.

Horrible customer service skills. Ignored me for 30 minutes. The nail tech rushed. My sns was uneven and chipped within 5 hours of getting them done. Never going there again. Establishment was kept clean.

They do not take time to complete your pedicure service before they rush to tend to others as they come in the door. You dont feel welcomed and there is definitely a racial undertone in the way the Manager tends to certain customers. I took my mother in law this past weekend and the experience was lack luster and we will not be returning!!! Slow down and complete a service before rushing customers out the chair.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager was extremely rude. Unfortunately, the salon lost Wi-Fi connection. They could not check me out by card. Little did I know this happens often here... Even though the situation was not ideal for me I was still polite and was willing to accommodate their needs without hesitation. I told them I’d grab cash from the ATM next door to pay for my nails. The manager rudely insisted that I leave my phone and card behind while I go get the cash. Unfortunately them not being prepared to take care of customers because their Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough should not mean I have to leave my phone and credit card behind as insurance for them. Nor should I be treated poorly because the salon wasn’t prepared. Not impressed by the quality of service here or the people. Never coming back to this place... it’s absolute trash.

Its probably not good practice to laugh at your customers, get up and leave the building w/o saying anything in the middle of service and file your own nails in the middle of service. Just terrible.

I used to come here all the time but they have gone down hill tremendously. Lack of products, spotty customer service, and they try to disguise services (that actually cost additional money) like there free. I sat there for 1 hour and 30 minutes drying my toes, and no one came over to check on me to ask why I was sitting for so long. They have no drying spray, they use cheap powders, and their gel polish actually chips. I hate this place it needs a makeover. They will not get my next $70.00

Worst experience I spent my hard working money for superb service and they gave me the worst service. My nails broke off in two days they were chipped n broke my nail off my skin. Caused bleeding n bruising. They refused to return money n refused to fix without charging me. Women laughing being disrespectful. Do not go here others have been charged for poor service. Asked for an SNS manicure and was shown a palet of colors on the display nails. I chose a dark red/ wine color and was not told that it was a mood change powder. When the nails were done they were a burnt orange color and when I asked why the color was so different they claimed I was told it was a mood changing powder which I wasnt. They didnt offer to re-do the polish instead they continued to claim I knew from the beginning and told me it looked nice anyway. Im stuck with weird nail polish that turns different shades throughout the day. And the problem is they dont all turn the same shade at once so sometimes one nail is light orange and another is a darker shade or they turn a weird ombre color. I wont be returning to this place. It wouldve been fine if they offered to fix it instead of turning it around and placing the blame on me.
