Im very happen to find this local business in Atlanta.Some pointers in finding it- its on the bottom level of the building. I was met with great customer service and while some of the processes could use a little updating. I was very pleased with my products that I received. I plan to support this business more!

Inconsistent with pricing: I was told $20 when i dropped my product off; it was $30 when i picked it up.Inconsistent hours: they have no set hours. You pick up and drop off on their availability... total opposite of customer friendly.Inconsistent completion time: i dropped off on Friday and was told i could pick up on Tuesday. They called me Tuesday to confirm my order. I called Wednesday and they said it would be down in 30 minutes as “she was working on it now”. I called Thursday and Friday; no answer.Payment: they do not take credit card.Don’t waste your time with this company.

I had 4 mens toiletry bags I wanted to get monogrammed for high school graduation gifts and didnt have much time to get them done.I had heard of The Monogram Shop and decided to see if they could get them back to me in time.I had a great experience at The Monogram Shop. They were ready in 2 days and they were great. The color we picked to match the threading was just perfect.My son was happy to give them to his friends as grad gifts!!!

Amazing turnaround time -best I’ve ever encountered-, great work, great prices, awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

Do not go here. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Horrible customer service and overpriced. Ruined two items less than a week before an event and wanted to charge me to fix. Rude owner.
