The quality and care the team did for my entire order was impeccable. I asked for a rush ordered and all of my items came earlier than expected. Grateful for the time and they have a lifelong customer in me.

Call owner before ordering chairs. I ordered the embroidered chair for my husband and the embroidery is absolutely gorgeous but the quality of the chair is not what I had hoped. My husband is no where near the weight limit but I am unsure about its longevity. The owner is responsive and I wish I had reached out before ordering but I didnt know to. Just call them and theyll let you know if they can find a vendor to supply a solid chair. Again the embroidery is stunning!

Very disappointed in the time for “production” to receive order for one item!! Order was placed mid-March, it’s almost June. Only if I paid the rush order fee, I would get it be the 45 days.. When I call/email I get the general response oppose to my actual item. Why continue talking orders if your short staff and can’t complete what you currently have in a regular manner.

I was so please with the service and quality of our items! Same day?!?! Thats unheard of where were from. My fiance and I needed matching ΚΚΨ and ΤΒΣ shirts for our engagement shoot on Sunday. I walked in on Friday around noon, received great customer services and was assured that it could be done within hours! Did I mention that the price was very reasonable as well?! I have been to several stores but Zeus is the best at customize Greek apparel. They have all the latest designs and able to create from your own vision. The personal attention to your order is always greeted with professional courtesy. Now the prices are a little high on some projects but what you get in the end, is well worth it.

Great customer service! I’ve always enjoyed their work quality and effort! Today I’ve had the chance to experience the process of a walk-in customer. The designer was friendly and helped me through my order process quickly and had a wonderful turn around time! And the jacket I got done looks great!!!

Good quality overall and customer service is helpful and responsive. Which is a plus, especially with everything going on with COVID-19. There are loose stitchings on a some of the numbers and letters but overall it’s a quality jacket.

I had steak meal. The steak and pita were good. But there were only one Olive. No feta. Skimpy serving of dressing. The potatoes were too salty. To many wait staff maybe focus on improving and providing more food.

My daughter has been waiting 7 days shy of 60 days for her sorority jacket. Their production is extremely slow. If you are in need of your items for a special event, I highly suggest going else where. The design was approved on March 2 and I was told by the owner that I would receive the jacket between April 15-April 29, excluding weekends. Today is April 24. I was told 30 business days from production. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER order from here again.

I am very disappointed. I ordered an Alpha Fratman, long sleeved shirt. It arrived today but the Black graphics came out Brown. They have my payment and I have a shirt that I wont wear. I was very excited when I ordered the shirt and this was my first time using this group. Probably my last.Update:I was able to have a conversation with Ethan, the owner of Stuff4Greeks a couple of weeks ago. We discussed my previous post and underlying disappointment. I have now received a new shirt which is much better and I am pleased. His attention and focus on my concerns has caused me to soften my position and I will use them again. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

This place is ridiculous! They have 1 machine printing.... If you have an important event forget going with them. We ordered our line jackets in January, come April theyre still not done. Many of my sisters did not even get the jacket.... Paid for shipping, but had to pick up and be in their face to even get the jackets done. They told us that its probate season, mind you we ordered in January. So they didnt take our orders seriously and put upcoming lines in front of prepaid orders. Will not be purchasing from them anymore! Good riddance!

My experience was a mixed bag. I ordered a Crossing Jersey on 11/13. I got first proof on 11/19 and saw issues and they resent proof on 11/23 which I approved within 2.5 hours from when it was received. S4G confirmed within the proof email it would be received by Christmas. By 12/13 I had not heard anything and I asked for shipping details. I received a response restating approval of proof on 11/23 and would be received by Christmas Eve. On 12/19 I emailed again asking for shipping details and no response. I emailed again on 12/23 with no response. Finally I called the Kennesaw location on 12/23 and talked to Woody who was very pleasant and assured me hed find out the status of my order. He responded back and said would be overnighted and then got email message with tracking info. Indeed it arrived on 12/24 which I was delighted. Got the shirt and saw that it had details I had not approved and not provided in the proof. I emailed that there was an issue and included picture of the discrepancy. No response. Also felt the shirt itself was of thinner material than I thought but didnt call it out and kind of felt defeated and will deal with it. I paid over $90 for a custom shirt where communication was limited, delivered on time but with inaccuracies and shirt material was not of the quality anticipated, especially for the price. I hope it holds up but for the effort and frustration - not worth it to me to do over with S4G. Woody, you were great and should be commended. The rest of the process needs improvement, communication needs improved. No-one should wait 6 weeks for 1 shirt and emails should be returned promptly. Building trust between he business and client is essential and when client doesnt feel attended to..... well, you know, reviews reflect it

Never again! I ordered a T-shirt and some smaller items on April 5, and I have yet to receive any of my items. I have emailed the company MULTIPLE times just to receive generic emails about high demand and them being a small company. Tomorrow, it will be 6 weeks with no order and no shipment of my order. I remember ordering from this company many years ago which is why I was a returning costumer. I live in a city with no Greek apparel stores, so ordering online was my only option. I tried to support this small business, but it was a GRAVE MISTAKE.

Their production time is extremely slow. Like ridiculously slow. But on top of their production being unreasonably slow, they dont answer the phone, or reply to emails in a timely manner. Theyre clearly swamped but their service is suffering because of it.

We put in an order on 7/27 expecting the order to come in within the 45 days they stated we would receive the order. which would have been 9/10 at the 45th day. Its 9/12 and they said if we wanted it by next week we need to pay 350 dollars for us to get our items in time. That is absolutely unacceptable. We tried calling the company and the number just loops us in circles. We emailed them, but it took 2-3 days for a reply. Worse service I have ever had with a Greek store. I once purchased from this company with no problem and thought that this order would have been fine, but unfortunately they dropped the ball on this one. If you see this review please contact me immediately.
