BEWARE small business owners! My honest review of LYFE Website Design Services - I am a small business owner and needed a new website for my company so I hired LYFE to design my website from scratch in MAY 2020. (That was a mistake. I made the mistake of not looking at their negative google reviews prior to hiring them) LYFE was considerably cheaper than a competitor. I should have took that as an indication. I guess, I got what I paid for but how would I know? I havent worked with any other marketing companies like this before in the past. I do know that this company is not professional, lacks creativity that a design company should have, and does not communicate thoroughly.Website Design - Their 1st draft was not good and not what I envisioned at all. A huge lack of creativity. I basically designed my own website. They just put it all in wordpress for me. They did what I told them to do, via email at least. They are terrible with communication. They dont call or communicate with you unless you call or email them first.Communications started off great with Catherine when she sold it to me and I signed the contract. Then I spoke to Jennifer once at the beginning of the project, she was nice. After that no one ever called me directly from LYFE ever again. Adam was my account supervisor, he never called me. They will respond to emails. They were able to get my project done and my website went live in SEPT 2020. I was not happy with their performance and communication. The whole process with LYFE made me feel like they didnt like me and they were too busy for me and my business. Honestly I think they just didnt care about my account. I will never hire them again.

They led us on for 5 months and charged us over $5000 to get us (Conway Eader) 0 leads. Their response was to tell us we needed to launch a new campaign on a new platform and pay them more money to set it up. Would not work with them again, and would not recommend.

When they were trying to get me to sign a contract, I got a call everyday. I was guaranteed of a thorough review of my business and promised results. I signed the contract. Unfortunately my FB business manager page was hijacked by my previous social media manager, so this was an issue. I also didnt know this issue existed until I signed up with Lyfe. My account manager brought this issue to my attention and also claimed that they had a variety of ways to resolve the issue. She wanted us to recover access from the previous account manager, and their was a lot of back and forth because the person wasnt cooperating. She kept wasting time, going back and forth with what she called other options instead of contacting their Facebook rep to resolve the issue. My campaign was delayed for weeks and even without any adds running, they never failed to deduct their monthly service charge from my account. After several weeks, she finally contacted Facebook and the requirements to resolve the issue was so simple. This was something we could have done as soon as the problem was identified. I dont know if this is a trick to get people to renew their contract and stay longer, in anticipation for the so called results that they promise. My contract was for 3 months. I contacted my account manager to discuss the charges made on my account, when the promised service of adds running for three months was not delivered. Her response was that its not their fault that I had a pre existing issue before I signed on with them and that they worked to resolve the issue with Facebook and get my adds account back. Lyfe marketing basically charged me over $1,000 for recovering my Facebook manager account and running adds that lasted about a month out of the three months that we agreed on. They also charged me an extra $51 as a prorated rate for when I asked to end my contract. All these charges, were made even after I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. The worst thing that can happen to any small business is engaging with an agency who is not empathetic or sensitive to a customers plight. It doesnt matter if you are happy or not...you signed a contract and they get paid anyway. She also had the nerve to say that my adds were not converting to sales because of the quality of my website. Any good marketing rep would point that out first, and work with you to fix it, before working on your adds. They never even reached out to find out how we could possibly work things out, rather they sent me a series of emails to take down my review. They have been more responsive about me taking down a review that I made, instead of discussing how best to resolve the issue with my charges. This was a terrible experience, and I hope it helps small businesses make informed decisions.BE CAREFUL!!!! BEWARE!!! READ REAL REVIEWS!!! ASK QUESTIONS!!!

I purchased a handful of their services for my fitness studio. 27 days and $2300 later I still had nothing to show for it! They refused to give me a full refund. LYFE Marketing managed our social media for about a year. They did a good job. Account manager (A. Patrick) was very receptive to feedback and direction.

I read through the reviews and was rather excited to work with Lyfe. I scheduled an appointment with one of their sales members that answered the phone early in the morning. My meeting was for two weeks out to give me time to come up with the advertising money. They never called. I called them several times and they never answers and it has been a few days since leaving a message asking them to call me back. In some of the other reviews they state that Lyfes employees are too busy and often have a hard time communicating because if it. Im guessing this may be what happened here. If you are too busy then why even schedule a meeting. Not very good business thus far.

We hire this company to help us grow our business and the guy who was assigned to us was a total inexperience. WORST investment ever.
