Honestly I only contacted this company once and it went to voicemail and I didn’t leave a message. I thought that I would call them again in a day or so. After viewing their website I felt that I was going to go with them. They seemed so professional and I loved that they believe in making the process fun.I had to check off all of the boxes and did meet with another agency. One of the last questions that they asked me was if I was considering anyone else. When I said yes and told them about this company she asked whether or not I had viewed some of the responses to bad reviews that the owner had posted. She pulled up the reviews and responses on the spot and I saw with my own eyes how they claimed foul play on a few of their negative responses and that scared me away. That’s a red flag to me that indicates not taking responsibility for their own faults and differing the blame instead of taking ownership.I will not do business with a company like that but that is just my humble opinion.

I am a small business owner and was looking for a marketing company to help expand my business. I have never written a negative review for another company as I understand how toxic that can be to one’s business; however, there is a certain professional etiquette that must be adhered to.The website lists a phone number and when you call it it always goes to voicemail. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe they were busy and tried multiple times but could not reach anyone. This makes me think that it it a home or a garage based business rather than a firm that has a firm grasp on effective business practices. If they don’t answer a call for new business I wonder how they would react to a problem or an issue.It does state on the website that email is the best way to contact them but again I wonder why someone or anyone would not answer their phone as I prefer talking to someone. I read so many high reviews but I am wondering if those reviews were real or not. Make your own decision.I have learned to stay away from firms that have apparently have no work ethic. I went with another firm to which from the first call I was greeted with a real voice and was walked through every step of the way.Do your self a favor a stay away from this “company”

Have to agree with the negative reviews. I called many times over the course of 5 days and never reached anyone real. As a small business owner I need to actually talk to someone rather than sending an email and waiting “24 hours” for a response.——————————————————————————-Is this how you conduct business? Ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone and it’s the same voice on both the sales and service lines. I am the CEO of a new company here in Atlanta so I did a little research to find that most of the sterling reviews were from the founders friend list on LinkedIn. Total fabrication and dishonesty.Honesty in business is apparently a thing of the past. There are several legitimate marketing companies in the Atlanta Metro Area and I highly recommend that if you are like looking for a marketing firm look elsewhere. Truth in branding is important even in today’s times.
