Awesome, well-rounded workout with the best instructors. Every class is different so I never get bored and I’ve been going for years. I love it because every class offers different levels of intensity, so you can switch it up. You can go as hard or as easy as you need, depending on your level, or your day!

I have been a member at Blast for about 2 years, but was going to Blast off of ClassPass for the last 3 years. I caught myself repeatedly going to Blast so ended up getting an unlimited membership. It has been a great move on my part. I have noticed a positive difference in my endurance and body image. In addition, they have Midtown and Buckhead locations that offer class times before and after work. Their clean amenities allow me to shower and get ready in the morning before heading to work.Each instructor has great playlists, good enthusiasm, and provides alternatives to each exercise based on your ability. The environment is very welcoming. They know me and many of the other individuals by name, which makes it great community and homey.I always look forward to the workouts, because there is always new music and the workout is always different. I dont believe I have ever done the same workout in the last 3 years. It keeps it exciting and makes me show up to work on whatever is instructed.I highly recommend this gym/workout if you are interested in a great community of instructors and members, looking for a great workout each and every class, and great class times and amenities.

BLAST has been a part of our lives for more than 10 years. Their professional instructors provide a really motivating and supportive environment. Each session is unique (seriously, in 10+ years I dont think weve ever had the same sequence and work out!). Highly recommended for your get fit and stay fit routines.

I have been coming to Blast for over 10 years now. This is by far the best class workout I have ever done. I am a runner (1/2 and full marathons) and I love the combination of treadmill and weights/bar/bands/ball/kettle bell, etc. The beauty of the workout is that you dont have to be a marathon runner to get a great workout. All levels are equally supported and encouraged! This class is truly full body. While the basic premise of flip flopping treadmill and floor formula doesnt change, each class is different while still maintaining full body exercises. The instructors are knowledgeable, energetic, supportive and start class on time. It is a full 60 minutes and worth every second!!

BLAST is the best! For 7 years its been my favorite workout. Each class is unique, even though the ingredients (half tread/half floor) are the same. Major thanks to the instructors who exude such upbeat, positive energy. Together with the awesome staff, they make us all feel like family:)

There is not much to say except this is the BEST workout you can get in this city. I have done Blast for over 10 years and its a game changer. I am 56 years old, have had a hip replacement and workout a great deal. The instructors care, are vested in your progress and want you to be your best, most fittest self.Want your body to look different? Want you to feel different? Blast is your place. It is my workout home.

Ive been a member at BLAST for several years now and cannot say enough great things about it. The entire staff is wonderful and its a fantastic full body workout. BLAST has been amazing during the pandemic and when opening back up, they have been extremely careful in keeping the gym safe. Highly recommend it!

I was a member here for a couple of years. The classes are great, the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have done a great job observing Covid-10 guidelines. If I did not have to move, I would be a lifetime member!

Ive been blasting for 8+ years and I absolutely love it! The full body (+cardio) workouts are ever changing so I dont get bored. Its an hour of my day I cherish and I know I will leave simultaneously physically exhausted but mentally refreshed. Positive results can happen fast. There is a community vibe here that is real and hard to find- the instructors know you and your goals and care about you reaching them. I was never into group classes and now I hate working out/ running alone! Covid safe and highly recommended. Take one class and you will be hooked!

I have been going to Blast for 10 years now, and it is without a doubt my favorite work out in Atlanta. The treadmill and floor work outs are always challenging. I missed it during the quarantine, and I was SO happy when they opened again! They have done everything to make us feel safe and healthy in their environment.

CANNOT say enough great things about this gym. I love being a member. Everyone on the team is so friendly and they all make it a point learn your name, your goals, and will genuinely push you to be your best every sixty minutes you share with them. The energy levels and the positive attitudes are so present as soon as you walk into a blast studio, you can’t help but conform to the good vibes. This is a gym that definitely gives you back what you put into it. The trainers do a great job incorporating their own personal coaching style, which makes each experience different than the last. If you want a gym that will push you to do your best, in a judgement-free and friendly atmosphere, while having fun and meeting some pretty great people.. Blast is for you!

I took my first Blast class 11 or 12 years ago, right when it first opened. It has been a lot of fun to be a part of the studio as it has evolved and embraced evidence-based fitness/wellness. I am fitter now than I was in my 20s/30s thanks to this workout - making me strong enough to keep up with my 6-year-old son. I love the instructors and the crowd in general. The atmosphere is one of camaraderie and focus. Were all there working hard together as one group, whether you are running, jogging or walking. And our awesome instructor of the day - some have been there since the start - always leads the way. Love Blast!

I started BLAST in November 2018 and absolutely love it! Every trainer knows you by name and they truly care about you. They push you hard in the best way possible. The workouts are different each day which make you actually want to go to the gym. Ive never been in better shape in my life, thanks to BLAST!

The coaches, assistants, and front desk staff are all amazing. I started going a little over a year ago and the coaches have pushed me and challenged me every class to improve. The classes change each day so the workouts dont get monotonous and they have a good schedule with a bunch of options. Definitely recommend if you want to have the accountability to help push you forward in your fitness.

I love Blast!!!! I have been going to Blast for a year and a half now and have seen so many amazing improvements with my health and fitness. Blast workouts are never the same. They are different every day and are always challenging, but the instructors encouragement and support helps to keep everyone going. All the instructors are so positive and offer different modifications and tips to make sure you never injure yourself. I have tried many gyms and workout classes, but this has been my favorite!!

I was getting tired of my same gym routine so I decided to try Blast. I love how diverse each instructor is, yet they all push you towards your goals. Each class is different so you never have the same class twice! I especially love the sense of community there. Seeing such quick results and getting out of my “plateau” state has given me more confidence and why I love this place!

I have been going to Blast Buckhead for approx two years. The instructors are amazing - truly take an interest in your personal goals and support you in achieving them. I started going w my daughter and my husband caught our enthusiasm and works out w us now too! I have lost weight, gained muscle and feel great. I can’t imagine my weekly routine without Blast!

This is a very challenging work out class. Hybrid structure between cardio and weight lifting/toning exercises. You spend half of the workout between a treadmill and the other half doing floor movements/weights. Very energetic instructors who provide direction on the varying treadmill speeds/incline, as well as the floor exercises, depending on how hard you are pushing yourself that day. Harder/more challenging than most group fitness classes out there

I started going to Blast about a year ago and I could not be happier to have found this gem of a studio off of ClassPass. After joining the studio as a member, I could not be more pleased with the changes I have seen in my fitness level. I genuinely look forward to coming to class because of the amazing facility, encouraging staff, and full body workouts. The workouts are challenging and are different every day, but the family and team oriented atmosphere makes this studio so unique!

Blast is by far the best workout in the Atlanta area! I went to my first class about a year and a half ago (truthfully.. just because it was free) and ended up absolutely loving it and signing up that exact day. The coaches truly care about you and your health and will always help you modify if needed.They also do metabolic testing, which is where they find your exact heart rate numbers that you need to be hitting in order to complete your workout efficiently. These numbers are YOUR numbers- not based off everyone as a whole.I truly enjoy waking up every single morning and coming to blast. They have changed the game for me in working out 100%!

I have been going to BLAST for 6 years now, and after trying out numerous fitness studios over the years, BLAST is by far my favorite workout! The instructors and staff are incredible, and each of them take time to get to know you and call you by name when youre in the studio. The workouts are the best around - and you are able to go at your own pace based on your own personal goals and how you feel. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been an unlimited member of Blast Buckhead for several years. It has truly been the best investment Ive ever made in myself. I have consistently worked out since my early 20s but have never found anything like this. Blast is a great complement to heavier weight training in the gym. The studio is amazing - it is spotless, and all appropriate distancing and sanitizing measures are in place. The equipment has always been well maintained. But the best part of Blast are the instructors. They are second to none, there is no other studio in Buckhead that comes close to this caliber of instructors. Bri is the lead instructor and creates all workouts - I literally believe she is a superhero, just go to one of her classes and you will see. Missi, the owner-founder, is amazing. She takes a personal interest in her members and fosters an atmosphere that is both supportive and challenging. If you have not given Blast a try, you should - you will be hooked!

Best full body cardio and strength training workout in Atlanta! 60 minutes of full on work. Great for anyone at any fitness level because the instructor is hands on with modifications for injuries, pregnancies, strong and less strong people. Combines intervals of cardio treadmill and floor strength to cover all muscle groups. Intervals and floor routines change daily so you always get a fresh new workout. Highly recommend!

I like Blast a lot. Its very similar to Orange Theory for those familiar with that model, though the coaching is more hands on here than with Orange theory. I think its a Max of a 28 person class where you switch between the treadmills and floor work.The coaches push you hard and are very motivating. Great treadmills, nice facility, good location. They dont do the water bottles for you like they used to, so make sure to bring your own.Bri is my favorite coach, but Sarah is good too and one of the guys.

I tried to go to this gym with my Class Pass. However, I was refused access to the class since I was not 15 minutes early but was still on time for the class. The fad workout places have gone overboard. Anytime I’ve gotten to a class or gym early for my first visit, they simply show you the facilities. I was offered another time but respectfully declined. I’ll stick with more flexible gyms. No other gym with Class Pass has been this rigid. Thankfully, Class Pass was flexible and gave my points back to me.

I started Blast two months ago and I’ve been hooked since. The front and exercise staff are the BOMB!!! From the moment you enter the facility to the exit, everyone makes you feel seen and pumped up. The instructors are awesome. My favs are Bri and Sarah, they are very supportive and encouraging. Bri makes you feel anything is possible with her energy; while Sarah encourages you and ensures your form is correct. I can’t wait to see how my body transform.

This place is more than just a gym. Its therapy for me. In the last year that Ive been a member Ive gotten in better shape than Ive been in for over 10 years. Its not only been great for my body but for my mental health as well. The staff are amazing....they really take the time to get to know their members and create better relationships than any other gym Ive been to. As a former ClassPass-er Ive been to allllllllll the gyms and this is the gym I choose to call home!

Love love love my Blast workouts! Every workout is different but just as challenging. I love to run my distances but its fun to change it up with some sprints, inclines, and interval training. The transition from treadmill to floor workouts every 5-10 minutes for an hour keeps your heart rate up and blasts that fat. The new Buckhead location on Roswell road is clean, spacious and convenient. Everyone should try it...first class is free!

I am into fitness, and love a new challenge. As I am sure you can agree, one can only run the treadmill so many times before having a nervous breakdown! I went here last Tuesday and loved it! Nathan was the instructor, full of energy, excitement, and ready to help out ! At no point in time did I feel like the newbie. The class starts off on the treadmill, transitions to resistance and weight training, then back to the treadmill...for an hr!!! It is so worth it

Literally, got there 1 minute late coming from Lawrenceville and they told me I couldn’t workout. That was a first and last for me!! Never again. Sorry Blast .... I can’t always time Atlanta traffic! Took me 45 minutes to get here and now I have nothing to do. Sculpthouse would never do this.
