Each of the coaches at this gym really take the time to personalize/scale workouts to your ability, and the community is extremely encouraging. I have been going here for six months now and could not recommend it more highly. This was my first experience in CrossFit and I cant wait to see where Im at in six more months. This place will change you, if you let it!
