The crew arrived on time and got to work. They were professional and performed an entire house clean out quickly. They also broke down and removed an aluminum shed from our property. My wife and I are very happy with their work and highly recommend Junk King.

They arrived outside the 2 hour window; although it was less than a hour. They still didn’t call. I had to contact them. The workers were quick and efficient, but the pricing guidelines is suspect. When the arrived they quoted me $318, but when I said no I can rent a dumpster and do it myself the price went to $218.

The movers were absolutely wonderful! They were very nice, and they moved everything out quickly without any damage. The price was fair, especially for less than a days notice, and they even arrived hours in advance (with a 10 minute heads-up phone call to ask for my okay). I also think its great that the company recycles some of the items and donates some to charity as well. I would definitely use them again!

King Junkie was set to arrive between 9-11am and they came exactly at 9am. They call before arriving which was great. They cleared my garage within 20 minutes I was so surprised. The men were very professional and worked super fast. I do think they were a little pricey but I’m very satisfied with the work that was done.

Dwayne and his partner (I didnt catch his name, but he was working hard on the back if the truck), were professional, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were on time, efficient, responsive of our needs and kind. They seemed to enjoy doing their job even though it was hot and we had about a full truck! It was way more than I wanted to spend but its gone and I dont have to worry about where to bring it. All we had to do was point to what we wanted to go, and they took it. Almost worth the $500 ;)

Junk King showed up exactly when they promised and gave me a reasonable estimate on the spot for removing a pile of cardboard, boxes and packing material from my move. It was easy to schedule them and they confirmed time of pickup by text, very convenient. Highly recommend!

The people are nice but have absolutely NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME. 1st appointment was on Wed for 1pm. They called at 9am asking to come early. I had just gotten off work from a 12 hour shift and was in bed. So I wasnt able to accommodate them. They never showed for the actual appt. Never called. Owner called me, apologized, did a phone estimate and rescheduled me. 2nd appt they came saying it was an estimate appt. I told them owner gave me estimate already I thought this was a pickup. They said they had already been to the junk yard already. 3rd and final appointment they were supposed to arrive between 11am and 1pm. They never came or called. I called customer service who tracked the drivers down. She made them call around 1:30pm. They asked if I still wanted them to come. I said no. I couldnt afford to let them waste any more of my time. They seemed shocked. Wow.

Guys came early after calling to confirm. Very nice and courteous. However they neglected to tell me about the $30 off if you booked online which I did. After I paid I saw it on the truck. Also this service is very pricey all I had was about 10-15 contractor trash bags and card board boxes a little over a quarter truck and it was $308. I could not believe it. I should of stayed in Charlotte. The state of Georgia are theives smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

The Junk King guys were very quick to respond to my text message with photos of what I needed removed. They said they needed to do a free, no-obligation estimate in person to give me a better idea of the cost since they couldn’t really tell how much junk I had from the pictures. They showed up right on time, which was great, and they were extremely efficient. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will say that the “free, no-obligation” estimate felt a little sketchy. They were already backed into my driveway ready to load up before they looked at my junk and told me how much it was going to be. I just felt like this made it more difficult to say no thanks. Overall, it was a good experience and certainly very fast and efficient. I just think I overpaid and that I would have been more prepared if they had been able to give me some kind of estimate from the pictures I sent.

They were help me remove the bulk of the trash that I wanted removed. As long as you make sure it gets removed and you do a sweep yourself, they will remove everything you ask for. It saved a bunch of time.
