Eti is a pleasure to work with! She is responsive, has a good eye for design, and really has the customers goals and needs in mind. I felt in good hands with AA Flooring and the team, my family and I left for vacation and came back to beautiful floors (lvp in the basement and hardwoods on the main). There were a couple touch ups needed (as is usually the case and touch ups were built into the price)... Eti arranged for the painter to come back within a couple days and now the finished product is perfect. Quite happy with their work and definitely plan to use them when we change out the floors upstairs in the future.

We had a great experience with AA flooring. They were professional, efficient, fast and reasonably priced. We replaced the carpet in 4 rooms plus 2 staircases and it only took a day and a half. Etti was great to work with, professional and nice, she worked with us to get it done in our tight time frame. And the crew was also excellent. We love the end result. I worked with AA Flooring to get new carpet installed, kitchen countertops, bathroom flooring and new bathroom vanities, a major renovation to say the least. Their prices were reasonable, but quality was very good. My personal shout out for Eti, who walked me through every step, helped with selection and you can tell she really cares. What more can you ask for ? I live in a different state and having the flexibility and persona touch matters. Highly recommended business.

We had another great experience with Eti and her crew! They were on time, moved our furniture and took up carpet in the master bedroom. They installed the wood floors in the master bedroom and master bath. It looks great. They had a better price by 30% over the other company. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have used AA Flooring for the third time now over a time period of 5 or 6 years and each time they have done a wonderful job. A few years ago I had them install new hardwood flooring down a hallway and bedroom in my current home which I am now using for a home office – they did a great job matching up the hardwoods with the existing hardwood floors and honestly you can’t tell they weren’t all installed at the same time. This past week they installed new carpeting in my home and they did another great job – we are really pleased with how everything went and how nice the carpeting looks. The pricing was good as well - I always get at least 2 estimates and on my most recent job they came in with the lowest price. I also really like how you deal directly with the owner Eti – she took really good care of me and I am sure she does the same for all of her customers.

AA Flooring di an outstanding job on our hardwood floors. They had to refinish, laminate, and replace hardwood throughout the house. . Our new and old floors look brand new. They also put a beautiful vinyl flooring in our kitchen area which looks like tile. They were on time with the project, reasonable and kept us posted on their progress. .You find very few contractors with this type work ethic I highly recommend Etti and Ely for all your flooring needs.

We wanted a very specific floor which Eti had to track down for us. She did it and there were manufacturing delays so we had to wait. Eti stayed on the manufacturer and the distributor to make sure she got the product as soon as it was available. She doubled up the work crew to get it done ASAP after it was in. They did a great job. We love it - worth the wait! Thanks Eti for being so great to work with.

I called this company on Monday the 24th of September. I spoke with a lady on the phone to set up an appointment for Thursday the 27th. Before ending the call the nice lady confirmed my appointment for 1pm on Thursday the 27th. No one showed up and when I called the company they asked me to leave a voicemail which I did and no one called back. This was just all around bad experience considering I am on a tight time line to move into the home.

Great product, great service, great people and great company. AA Flooring has many options to choose from but more excitingly you feel confident after speaking with their staff and even happier once they finish the job.
