Truly appreciated Jons thorough and honest assessment of what was needed for my situation. He advised that it was more than likely a project that could be fixed by a generalized handyman for a lower cost, though he still took the time to send over a quote of what the job would entail (as well as a few handyman recommendations). While I may not use Jon for this particular project, he has certainly earned my trust and I will keep him in mind for any future issues I may have, and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Jon was great to work with. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and answers all of my questions. He was very involved in all of the work and actually came by every day and was very involved in the work. Unlike other workers I have used for work in my house he was very organized and cleaned up great. I had another water damage recovery service do some work in my home years ago that was sent by my insurance company and Jon was so far superior than they were in the quality of the work he and his crew did. Jon is also so a nice guy which is just an extra bonus when you are dealing with something as overwhelming as water damage can be.

Jon returned my call about a recurring mold issue Ive had with a tenant whom I believe was causing it. (Several showers a day & mopping floors 6-8 times a day.) John came out to look at a very small spot of mold that had recently appeared on my cieling of the living room directly under a bathroom. He said that the problem was so small that my best bet was to deal with a handyman to get to the root of the problem and get someone to fix the leak. He was honest, kind and didn’t try to gouge me for thousands of dollars. If I ever had a serious mold situation he would be the first person I would call.
