I came in for an interview and orientation and was very very pleased at the organization of everything. The staff was so professional and nice. I’ve worked for a lot of companies before but this by far has been the best orientation I’ve ever had. The owner of the company spoke to us and was a great motivation and inspiration to me that she would take time out of her busy schedule to speak to us. All the ladies and young men were excellent and genuine in everybody joining their team. I would definitely recommend Essential Staffing Solutions if you’re in need of working in the field of Leasing, property management or maintenance tech.

My husband Greg applied for a position with this company just a few weeks ago and I am pleased to say this is great company. When he put in his application they responded with in 48 hrs and got him interviewed and he was working literally the next week. Being that he had just started we were behind on some of our bills and he couldn’t make it to work due to the gas shortage, management went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get gas by sending him money. They also provide a cash advance if they employees need, which I wouldn’t recommend continuously using it but it definitely helped us get our bills situated. They are always in constant communication with him when need are are very detailed. I like this company better then any of the previous companies he’s worked for.

Is this even a real company? Im doing a review based off my boyfriend experience there. He was called for an interview when he arrived there the girl didnt even asked him questions or wanted to see any of the documents he was told to bring. She only gave him a paper to take a test didnt explain why and what was next after that. She would ask a question then stop to answer the phone. Just horrible and a waste of time and very unprofessional. Next time before you schedule an interview make sure the interviewer can do there job effectively. Maybe its a scam company because its too many reviews thats SUPER GREAT. Even some of the best companys have at least 1 bad review cause you cant satisfy everyone. BE CAREFUL!! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO TO THESE PLACES......

My company has been working with Essential Solutions Property Management for some time, In fact we’re using them on one of our sister properties, which has prompted me to read current reviews. I’m in utter disbelief as Monique and her co-workers have been nothing but transparent with us. There was one time we had to wait on our temporary employee due to pending background checks. We’ve gone without instead of just having a warm body. The wait was worth it because we got a great candidate. I was not paid to give this review. I live in denver colorado and monique wanted me to lie and recreate my resume to reflect the needs she had for a job here in denver. I provided a great resume. I dont lie or manipulate my way into jobs and i get every job i interview for. Extremely unprofessional. This is why staffing agencies are notorious for being body fillers they dont care about the tech or the employee... nor do they care about the client...they want the hourly rate the client pays no matter what. Be weary of every company that works in states they dont hold offices in. They are apparently hungry for money and willing to manipulate anyone to get it. No good for clients...no good for employees.Update: never trust a company that lies in their response on google reviews and pays people to leave good reviews. Integrity is everything. I was asked on video chat and monique tried to do everything so she wasnt recorded making those comments...who does that but a trained liar

Worst company ive come in contact with. They extended me a direct hire offer in the first interview. Was told id receive paperwork from one of the staff members. Then never heard from them again. Total waste of my time.
