Been working here several years. Ive enjoyed the experience and environment. Good work/life balance AND PTO (dont know what that other reviewer was talking about). I have no complaints.

Company does not provide a healthily work style. A fellow co worker was recently let go... they were extremely hard working individual who never took off work and always put the company first. Our department was very shocked to hear they let this individual go... We have many theories on why they did it... main theory which is pretty obvious one, they were a minority in the department.

Absolutely horrible, would never recommend to someone I actually cared about. They don’t give PTO they don’t communicate effectively, it’s more like a middle school popularity contest then a workplace. This is your warning STAY AWAY.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I worked a 12 hour shift in a LTAC on 10/23/16, I submitted my timesheet and was not paid for this shift. It is now 11/8/16, Ive called yesterday thinking surely since Ive been working for this company for 3 years they would expedite my direct deposit, so that I would be compensated- SINCE IT IS THE LAW TO PAY EMPLOYEES !!!! But I still havent been paid and will be filing court documents and reporting this company to the Better Business Burea. Only a fool to treat a nurse like less than a dog !!! So long SHC, there are other companies that know how to treat hard working RNs, and will pay accordingly.
