Best experience hands down! Dr.Adesoji and Tahnee made this experience pleasant and relaxing. I was up all night worried about getting my crown but this team exceeded my expectations from the pain free visit to the precision dentistry using the latest technology, I was blown away! I found a new dental home!

Everyone there is wonderful. Dr Hood is the smartest, kindest dentist I have ever had and I am 50 years old. She truly cares how you look before you leave. Rosie, my dental hygienist is better than the best. She has been gentle and a ray of sunshine everytime I go. And Bree was always so awesome. She always went out of her way to answer every question I had.They are definitely worth the hour drive from Alabama. I just Praise the Lord THEY accepted my insurance after calling all around and so many Dentist Offices (that my insurance company gave me the names of) DIDNT.

Hygienist Roderick Williams is awesome. He is knowledgeable and very caring for the patient. He is gentle and very skilled when cleaning the teeth, and so they come out like brand new. Overall, I highly recommend this dentist office.

The service and the energy at this dentist office was beyond pleasing. You feel like an actual patient with needs/concerns rather than just another number in need of their service. My DMD, Dr. Adesoji, asked me what my concerns were BEFORE she looked at my chart, which goes to show how they place the patient first. Really really humbling. My hygienist, Carmen, was also super caring and made the experience truly enjoyable (yes, at the dentists). I would recommend them both to anyone who want comforting and caring treatment.

My dentist was great but the receptionist Nickoali has terrible customer service and he is rude. I paid for my service up front and when I wanted my money back they sent me a check that will take 4 weeks to come. When they could have put it back on my card it was only a week later. I would never go back unless he is fired.

My experience with Downtown Atlanta Dentistry was a very good one! I ended up here after my dentist for the past five years told me they wouldn’t service me anymore if I allowed this dentist to perform my crown procedure for a cheaper price than what they were offering. I’m glad I kicked them to the curb, because I really enjoyed my first visit here. Ms. Miriam is hilarious!!! Nicolas was a sweet guy. Ms. Ronda cleaned my teeth so well & quickly cleared up some dental myths I thought were true. Ms. Daphne is the professional multitasker of the place. And lastly, Dr. Adesoji was very gentle with my mouth (I don’t like pain at all) & she has that “southern hospitality” demeanor. Plus she’s Nigerian! Overall, I left this place satisfied.

Pleasant experience, DDS was very thorough and professional, cared whether I could tolerate procedure. Assistant was caring and professional as well, explained details of the procedure, One thing, please change the channel on TV from soaps to just relaxing or instrumental music. Ive been coming to this dentist office for about 10 years. I initially picked this dentist because I worked in Peachtree center. Ive left that job but kept my dentist because Im pleased with the service. Staff has changed over the years but customer has not! Front office and dental staff are always professional and courteous. Also their personable which makes a dentist visit pleasant!

The service was great. I got my tooth replaced and a chip fixed in less than 12 hours after it got knocked out. Not just that, but this replacement is the best I’ve ever had! Dr. Adesoji and Daphne made great conversation, too, so now I know where I’ll getting my teeth taken of at.

I love my dentist office. Dr. George, Naysha, Daphne, Nickeli are all the BEST!! They always take their time with explaining things, and answer all of my questions. I schedule our appointments and set up my day around my appointment time. My son was scheduled back in December for a 2:00 appointment and I received a call from the office around 11:00 the day of the appointment requesting to change the time to 1:00 but I informed them that I couldn’t bc my husband was running errands and wouldn’t be back in time to watch our other children. They called 20 minutes later to reschedule with a 3:00 January 23 appointment. On January 23 I received a call around 10:00 requesting that I change to a 12:00 appointment. I find these changes very unprofessional. If it had only happened once I could’ve dealt with it due to the pandemic but it was twice in a row with no explanation. They have no respect for others time. We will not be back.

The administrative staffs dont seem to care or try to understand my insurance coverage and kept increasing my bills. I was told that I would pay about $400 for a deep cleaning during my first visit. But I ended up paying more than $700 for it by the end of my 2nd treatment. I kept asking them to explain the bills, since the cost was almost DOUBLED! The final answer I got was that they got the insurance coverage wrong in the original estimate, because they thought my insurance would cover more!!! If I knew I had to pay more than $700 for treatment, I would definitely try a few other practices and compare the costs...So I canceled my 3rd treatment and decided to go to a new practice. The new office recommend me getting a copy of X-rays (which was just a few months) because the insurance only covers every 24 months, otherwise they will charge $40. Downtown Atlanta Dentistry never told me this and they just took my X-rays. I noticed this because as a customer, I really appreciate those who can explain my bills and help me lower unnecessary costs.BTW, Downtown Atlanta Dentistry also charges $20 extra for any visit during COVID.

Ive always been hesitant going to a dentists office, but Im not anymore. This place is great and I always feel comfortable. The hygienist Naysha is the best - she shares entertaining stories while working and is very nice and professional. I kind of look forward to going back for regular cleanings now.

I had two teeth pulled today by Dr. Bell. From what I’m told he does the more difficult extractions. This was a wonderful experience (weird right). Everyone was very attentive, they let me know what was going to happen every step of the way and answered alllllll of my questions. Dr. Bell was wonderful! He made sure it was a very calm and enjoyable environment. I had no pain at all, just slight pressure which he wanted me about every time. I’ve never laughed while having dental work done but my goodness, he’s smoothed over all my fears about dentistry. Highly recommended. I’ll be back!

The staff in this office was lovely! The people at front desk are very courteous and the entire office is being mindful of COVID practices. This was literally the first time there was no discomfort and the water wasnt splashing everywhere during the cleaning. I called maybe 5 different denist office and no one had a same day appointment for a new patient, My current denist office was closed due to a power outage. I called Downtown Denistry and spoke to Daphne and she told me to come right in and she will make sure i was taking care of. When I arrived Dr. Adesoji gave me a temporary fit until I saw my denist. She even advised me on how my crown can be fixed being that I recently had to crown done and it was paid for. I would definitely recommend Downtown Denistry for your dental needs.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dentist and the staff at Downtown Atlanta Dentistry. Based on poor experiences in the past, Ive been hesitant to find a new dentist but pain in a tooth made me go. I did research and found Downtown Atlanta Dentistry had great reviews so decided to take a chance. For one, they have late hours which is amazing for people that work the traditional 9-5. Second, they listened to my concerns and started with addressing my painful tooth before looking at the rest of my mouth. Third, last time I went to the dentist I left with a laundry list of items that needed to be taken care of totaling $10,000. When I left the dentist this time, I was told my teeth look great and only needed a crown on the painful tooth. What a relief! I havent had the service yet but all of the staff I met were delightful, the office was in a great location and was clean, and I left knowing I have a permanent dentist!

The dentist can be a challenging experience but I love this place. I have been a patient for two years and the experience is always pleasant. The staff are all friendly and professional. They make sure you are comfortable, no long waits and full disclosure regarding work (with different options) and fees. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Very disappointed in the receptionist providing incorrect copay information. As a new patient, I called and asked what my insurance covered. And, it covers 2 cleanings and 2 x-rays/yr. At the end of the visit, she stated that I owed $81. Then, she sent a statement for $81. Instead of filing the claim to the insurance company like all reputable companies, she sits at the front desk and talks about her trainer at the gym. I called the Office Manager, Debbie. She was very unprofessional and rude. I told her that I was going to report it. And, she stated “you can do whatever review you want and she hung up the phone.” I can’t believe that a dentist located in the upper echelon of Downtown Atlanta would have that type of personnel servicing clients. Unbelievable! Do not frequent this establishment, if you want quality service. They are so desperate for money, that they try to give money for covered services. Then, the hygienist lied and said that FIouride was covered. When I stated this to the Office Manager, she stated ‘no one forced you to get it.” I am sure they will be out of business soon. Ive been pleased with my service at this dental office for the past 3 years. They do a great job of maintaining my dental health without trying to pressure me into unnecessary extras. They have always gotten me right in at my appointment time. Ive never had to sit and wait. The dentists and hygienists are gentle and procedures have been as comfortable as can be expected. I recommend this practice to all of my co-workers as they are located right across the street. The office is above the Peachtree Center MARTA station. The location is super convenient.

Called as a new patient needing to set-up an appointment. Customer service from Nikolai was subpar. He didn’t have a good attitude and acted as if I didn’t know what a social security number was. Maybe he’s not a morning person but, customer service should be excellent no matter what time of day. I decided not to move forward with the appointment.

Daphane was incredibly rude in absolutely refusing to help with directions. The administrative staff was very bad and kept screwing up my insurance and sending me fake bills. Find another dentist!

As always the ladies at the front desk are pleasant. My hygienist Kim always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Its a very down to earth atmosphere and Dr. Phillips is a great dentist! I was recommended to this practice and I will definitely recommend it to someone. Plus they are in network with my insurance.

Ive been going here for around 4 years. Though the older office space can be hard to find at first, the staff and techs make visiting worthwhile. No one loves the dentist, but my appointments here always seem to run quick and on schedule the majority of the time. *Major plus, their alternating hours make it easy to book early morning or evening appointments with work.*

Atlanta Dentistry is an amazing place to have your dental work done. The doctors, technicians and the entire staff are amazing. The office is clean and conducive. Parking is free so you don’t have to worry about the rigors of finding parking spaces in the busy downtown Atlanta. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Yeah, when I first starting going there the staff was amazing and welcoming. Now, it’s not either of those things. I suppose you get half-decent service if you pay your bill RIGHT then and there, but just know that if you don’t they will call you, text you, email you, mail you; just about anything to harass you until you do pay. The front desk staff is hands down the worst part of this establishment and there’s something shady about the dental assistants as well. They don’t seem honest and I honestly get the feeling that they tell you what you “need” to get done and you don’t actually need it done. It’s all about the money with these guys so I’ll be settling my balance and going elsewhere.

Everyone here was amazing!! I was in from out of town and had complications from a root canal 5 days prior back in Pennsylvania. I called at 10 am and they were able to see me immediately. It was just around the corner from my hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful, even helping me with the cost, it only cost me$55 for problem visit and x-ray. Dr Melissa was awesome. Ive had a couple appointments here and so far, I feel like they are very good at scheduling, communication and executing! both the dental hygienists and the dentists have been kind and helpful during appointments and when I needed extra work done, I feel like they thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns. Scheduling has been pretty easy and, if you can be flexible enough, they can sometimes make day-of appointments if you need small adjustments (e.g. to fillings). Best dentist I’ve ever had. You can book appointments online, clean and modern office, reimbursed parking in garage for one hour, fast service. Dentist are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Can be a bit confusing to find the first few visits as it is in the international tower second floor (above the mall food court).

This is the worst experience at a dentist I have ever had. The staff is rude and discourteous. I was asking for directions outside on the street at the time of my appointment and was placed on hold. I had to call back to find the location.I had to wait an hour while they looked up my insurance information. During that time, the front desk was rude and cackling. I was given x-rays by an X-ray tech who was unhygienic and who screwed up when she started blasting me with X-Rays, twice.They found out my insurance plan didn’t coincide with their practice. I was not told the previous day when I set the appointment or before I was given X-rays. I left in disgust and treated rudely. I never saw a dentist, but based on who they hire, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Exceptional service - no waiting time at all, all the appointments start on time, professional staff, and what i liked most of all - doctors dont try to rip you off prescribing unnecessary treatments. To compare - the 1st dentistry where I had my check up told me that I would have to pay 4000$ out of my pocket (these are procedures that my insurance doesnt cover), at Downtown Atlanta Dentistry I went through the same check up and I spent less than 1000$ of my money.Plus they validate your first hour parking.I highly recommend this dentistry - if you want to save your time and money and receive great service at the same time - this is the best place for you!!!!

This dental office is the best. Dr George is great and very friendly. My hygienist Kimberly was the best! She cleaned my teeth perfectly without hurting me, and took her time. I hate when cleanings are rushed and hurt. Not with her, You can tell she genuwinely cares for all her patients and their dental needs. General staff is also cool. 👍🏽

I am currently experiencing the same thing as Bob Preston and I could not be more angry about it. I went in in September to get work done, signed for a certain amount to be paid, and that was that. Never received a bill. After a follow up appointment 3 months later I received a bill for $60 or so, no big deal. I call to make the payment over the phone and they say I owe $747!!!! I ask them to check again because there is just no way thats accurate, and she comes back a few minutes later and says No, sorry, its actually $40. Great! No worries at all. Then a few weeks later (and now yesterday) I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $747 again! Even though Ive checked with my insurance company and all the claims status updates and I should only owe about $50 more right now. This is just ridiculous. Even AFTER correcting them on the phone Im STILL receiving a bill saying I owe them over $700 almost 5 months later? How can you have such a huge accounting error and think it will go unnoticed?
