I left positive feedback because I have been treated properly, after reading all these negative feedback I was expecting same experience what other have got from there,its NOT necessarily the treatment that I got everybody got the same treatment, maybe I was lucky who met professional people that day.For direction purpose: you need to pass caterpillar then check in with guard shack right after that they will give you a piece of paper that you going to take it to shipping and receiving office which is cross the street from guard shack. From shipping and receiving office you going to get your door number you going to drop your trailer there and bobtail next to guard shack wait right there till you get loaded. Once you get loaded they gonna to call you.

I come here often to drop empty containers and really appreciate the folks in the entrance booth, but today I picked up a load for the first time and I must say the older lady at the shipping window is all attitude for no reason!!!! If you dont like your job quit or retire in my opinion! 3 stars for booth NO STARS FOR SHIPPING LADY!!!😒😒😒

I would give them zero stars if possible. They hardly ever have the loads ready. And they make you park out on the street. Who ever does the logistics here needs to do better hairing. They people in the office are verry rude.

Worked at DHL at this locations and it was very clean and organized for a warehouse location. The pay was great and the work was fairly easy.

We had an appointment for 13:30. So we arrived at 12:45 and was asked to leave and come back at 14:00. Sat on the street until 14:00 then came back inside parked and checked back in. We put our trailer on a door within a few minutes and parked on the side AND WAITED!At 18:30 we went back inside to check on our load and was told that we were loaded and they were waiting on paper work. Finally got paper work at 19:10 and we are now hooking to our trailer. At 19:15 we are hooking to the trailer and the RED LIGHT IS STILL ON AND THE BUMPER IS LOCKED!We have YELLED and the people in the building but they are all in their own little world!WILL NOT BE BACK!TIME IS MONEY OUT OF OUR POCKET!

A multibillion dollar company, and they cant afford a sign? Very hard to find. A little slow, but otherwise okay once you get in the place. Does have a restroom, but also hard to figue out where.

Truck GPS tells u to make right on S cook rd that rd is not going to the building make sure u make right on hunter rd.

So far, Ive sat MT for 4 hrs. This is a place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO EVER COME TO. Only positive was little 3rd shift lady at guard shack. She was very nice.

This place needs to be boycotted! I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional ,unorganized people in my 26 years of driving! This is absolutely the worst! If your DM set this up is your next run tell him NO!!!!!! I Sat for seven hours and 48 minutes for a 15 pallet live load are you kidding me! One guy told me he went back to parking because he ran out of drive time on his clock and was back again and still setting a day later! Never ever been treated like this in all my years!

More than 5 hours to get loaded. Made me late to my delivery in Greenville, so I got to sit another 5 hours till morning when they started receiving again. Ill definitely be requesting not to get sent back.

Its the same Kellogg DC as 15 years ago. Parking is very limited. But the security staff are always nice.

Hard to find. Hidden behind 1st warehouse cant see it till you get all the way up the hill. Sign hidden by trees. But once you are there they are normal fast. Gates can back up but still not bad.People at the gate pretty good. .

Had 4am appointment (delivery ), Checked in with Nice lady at guard shack 👏. On dock at 345 am. Signed BOL hooked and rolling at 0430 am 👍👍. Only issue was trying to get clear legible name on the signed BOL. 🤔

Worst place. the arrival time stamping machine is setup 15 min ahead if your appointment is 1800 and you arrived 1745 on the stamping sheet it will show 1800 be careful.

I give 2 stars because the yard guys were very helpful. They will put anybody in a security costume and tell them they’re in charge. She didn’t even want to do her job, not helpful at all. Never did get her to give me an empty, she told me I disrespected her and to leave or she would call the cops. Yard guys told me where to find my trailer.

I got here 3hrs early for my load that supposed to be ready at 1800 to D&H . They let me In to drop my MT and wait for my loaded trailer. I got my loaded trailer around 1900. There is plenty of room for parking on both sides of the street that leads in . I finished my 10 out there on the street. Overall good experience.

This is the most sorriest place I have ever gotten a load at. Why does it take over 5 plus hours to load a damn trailer. Then you got this obese clerk that doesn’t know nothing nor will he try to find out what’s going on. There needs to be a manager there that’s handling things and being on time. We are not on paper logs no more and you people are wasting to much of our time. I seen more damn works outside hanging out then inside working. What a damn shame. You all need to do better and hire more people

I came 2 hours before my appointment. Security let me in and park but when I came to the shipping department for a dock number I was commanded to leave the property, park outside and come back in an hour. This is simply ridiculous.

If they worked as hard at loading their freight as they did their mouth in that office, they might get your load ready on time instead of behind schedule and u not have sit and burn your clock up waiting on them to do their job and your load was supposed to be ready yesterday. Lady in office on nights is extremely rude.

A good place to pick up a load good parking the dispatch is quick and courteous and you usually get in and out fairly quick

If you are a live load please please don’t come to this place. I don’t know what their reason is but the take forever. If you’re lucky you may be loaded in 5hrs. Otherwise forget it. You almost can’t cancel the load once they start loading it. I tried to cancel the load after waiting 6hrs but the refused to empty my trailer. It is horrible.

Will only let you in 30 minutes before your appointment time. Took 6.5 hours to get me loaded. I wont be back and suggest you dont go there either. I ended up stopping with 7 minutes left on my electronic logs, and had to drive crazy just to do that. I even went in twice to let them know i had to leave by 9pm. I think the guy even held my paperwork until the last second to teach me a lesson. They have no overnight parking even though they burn your hours. Hopefully places like this will have no one to pull their freight.

Id give zero stars if I could. The security gate personnel has absolutely no professionalism what so ever. The 1st time I came here and was checking in, the security guard was sleeping and I had to wake him up! He fell asleep watching YouTube! Finished watching his clip, laughed and then said, what? Took forever to check me in and had an attitude just because I woke him up! You are at work, have some class and dignity. 2nd time was today, 3/3/17 at 1130 a.m (just in case management might see this) and the young lady was completely ignorant and lacking any type of professionalism or common courtesy. How do people like that get a job??? Im really dumbfounded at how you have people like this being on the forefront of a bussiness and representing a company. DSC...step up your security! Carry on.

Truck drivers worst nightmare! Even drop&hooks take forever with a line of a 100 trucks backed up on the main road obstructing traffic.

Backed up way out to the street, very slow. Their yard is a total mess.

Believe the reviews about this forsaken place! Company drivers or Owner Operators avoid this place like the plague! This place is a HOS killer! Ya best bet is to arrive a day early and park down the street from the Costco DC which is about a mile or two away from this horrible place and start your next day with a full set of hours, because theyre gonna hijack at least 5 of them from you!!! The guard lady which was training some new girl was very rude, then waited for awhile just to get door. There is no sense of rush with this place AT ALL!! Also make sure you dont pull pass the yellow line when checking in, she will jump down youre throat!!

Easy turn around. No overnight parking on property but you can park out on the street next to the entrance on quiet dead-end road.

My apartment is 4pm I am still loading now it is 3am 12 hours to load the truck dont come her your west your day the load I take from xpo make sure this hunter rd please dont take the load this company need over night trailers not live load every driver get crazy here minimum waiting 6hour some of them waiting 15hours I am telling you dont take a load .

8/8/17. Well the first time gave them the benefit, that maybe they was busy. This is the second and there will not be no third time , arrived @ 13:00 and it is 23:46 and im still not loaded . DSC logistics I would be ashamed to have my name associated with this kind of work and the rude behavior. But that comes freom management and people like Kelloggs should be too.

Park in the driveway for overnight. Unloads at time only. Unhook and hook when shunter tells u when done.

Others reviews are right. I started to give 2 stars; but the few nice folks that are here, are overwhelmed by the clerks that lied to me to cover for crappy management.
