Never come here as a driver. Appointment times arent real and the security at the guard shack is rude and has zero empathy that we are humans. No restrooms for drivers to use while sitting for hours on end for docks to open up. If you are the unlucky one to deliver here, have a full 14 when you arrive. Youll need it!This place is mismanaged to hell

Had a 6am delivery got here the night before my appointment and parked along the curb good luck with that and truck stop up the street is always full with bobtails anyway took about a hour to check in once checked in things went smooth in and out the door in less the a hour and a half his get there early do to the check in and dont look to park there cause it aint happening

First, the directions to the dock were vague, causing me to drive around for ten minutes, and turn around twice to find it. No signage directing to docks, or exit, and it smelled worse than a chicken plant.

Any delivery in the Atlanta do at your own risk. Always a wreck on the freeway

Going on a hour and havent even got past the guard shack😂😂😂 update. 11 am appt now 230 and no paperwork. Stay away from this place

You can park out front on the street. Don’t attempt to deliver early. Once I was in the dock they started quick. It’s not super small, but it also doesn’t give you a lot of room to maneuver.

Got here 40 minutes before 0800 appointment time, now 0835 and no trucks have been allowed in yet. 9 of us in line. This is crazy.

Will accept loads 45min to 1 hr early , facility seemed shared and temporary, used to be Kroger facility now used by Dollar General.

Worst place to come appointment at 6:00 am checked in at 5:15 am now it’s 8:00 am still waiting at security gate . So disappointed

In and out here also maybe an hour it was a Sunday. Oops this was the first stop where there was only 2 of us.

This place needs lots of help

Dont show up at dollar general DC before your appointment time you will be turned away. Yes there is a little parking on the street

Pulled In and unloaded within 30 minutes! Then it all went down hill, took 3.5 hrs to get the paperwork from the office.

Slow to unload and slow to process paperwork, 2.5 hours to unload a straight pull of orange juice, and still no paperwork

You can park along the road outside the gate, per security guard.

Dont care about the truck drivers will not come back I will buy a thing from them
